Arrow Prestige from start to finish was the easily vendor to book. They were so flexible and kind. I made a time shift only a few weeks out, no problem! Day of, the driver was so fun and sweet. He took care of us! We even accidentally got locked into the driveway of the State House and he was completely unflustered, getting our vehicle out and back in action in no time. I am so grateful for such a stress-free piece of our special day!

I had a great experience working with Arrow Prestige Limo for my wedding day and would absolutely hire them again. They were able to split the 5 hour minimum into two separate times so they transported us to the church and reception and then again after the reception several hours later (without charging us for the hours in between). The staff at Arrow Prestige were so kind every time I called and very helpful in figuring out the final details of the day. Our driver was so patient, professional, and was on time for everything. It was truly a seamless experience and I'm grateful I hired them.

If there is something that made me incredibly happy and stress free the day of our wedding was how patient and incredibly professional our limo driver was! Due to weather, there was a last-minute change to our ceremony plans. In the hecticness of it all, we forgot to inform Arrow Prestige that we wouldn't need the service till later. James arrived (on time) and he patiently waited for all the pics to be done, for us to get ready, and to finally get the show in the road. He was happy, friendly and provided excellent customer service. I must have apologized a million time and each time he smilled and said: 'no worries at all, this is your day, and I'm here not worried about a thing and neither should you. Enjoy it!'.

The driver was very friendly and easy to work with. They worked with us so well and were so flexible and great. I will highly recommend them! The cost was not crazy the car was clean and stocked with water for us. Great job!

This was the only company that wasn't trying to overcharge us for a limo rental because it was a wedding. They are the best price, answered all our questions, and arrived early the day of the wedding and didn't give any pressure to hurry. Our limo driver was polite and friendly. Would definitely use this company again.

Before my wedding, I didn't have much experience with services like this to compare my wedding experience in June 2018 to. But after being n weddings after mine and seeing how disorganized they can be, and so unexpectedly, I am so glad we didn't have to deal with that with these guys. It was easy to plan a schedule to get the groom and his guys and myself and my girls to the venue at the perfect times, the drivers were nice, the limos were roomy and clean. And the limo driver even knew our DJ, who was the first person we saw when we pulled up to the venue. It was sort of a comfort to see that everyone around there was used to working with each other on big events like this. Would definitely use them again if I ever need another limo in Newport!

We used Arrow-Prestige for our wedding on February 18. We reserved the 26-passenger Luxury Coach. Debbie and the coach arrived right on time at the Omni and took us to our ceremony location, after the ceremony Debbie brought us back to the Omni in a timely fashion. Debbie was so nice and always offered to help with whatever we needed. The luxury coach was a great choice; there was plenty of room for the 14 people in the bridal party. Arrow-prestige was extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend their services, very reasonable prices.

We used Arrow Prestige for our wedding day to shuttle the bridal party and guests back and forth from the hotel to the church and the church to the venue. We rented a white 25 passenger luxury coach and it worked perfectly for us. It was great to know that tip was already included in our payment so we did not have to address it later in the evening. The driver, Tony, was terrific. He was friendly and willing to do anything he could to help make our day special. After the reception was over he dropped the wedding party off at a bar on Thames Street in Newport and returned promptly in about an hour and a half to pick us up. Dealing with him and Arrow Prestige was a great choice and they took good care of us. It was not the first time we have used this company, nor will it be the last. They are a great business partner for weddings or just a night on the town. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were the only transportation company that would work with us on our specific timing needs, which was amazing -- we were able to spread out our 5 hour minimum, and it worked really well for our guests. Everyone came in on time (we were praised by the venue for having such punctual guests), and when we asked the driver on the last shuttle run from the reception to wait for stragglers coming out of the reception, she did. Everyone made it to the hotel safely, which was our primary concern. They also gave us a bit of a discount for booking a limo service with them to the airport for the honeymoon since we booked them for our wedding. Highly recommend. They were one of the few vendors that did exactly what we wanted them to do, no problems.
