Must book! Great staff, easy to work with, great service

I could not recommend Limousines of Newport and Providence more! From start to finish, Dianne and her team made booking transportation for our guests so easy. I had to make schedule changes a couple of times - Dianne made these changes without any issue. The bus driver the day of our event was kind, prompt, and got everyone to our destinations safely. Reasonably priced. I am so glad we booked with Limousines of Newport and Providence and hope to use their services again in the future! Thank you, Dianne and all of the staff!!

Excellent Professional Service in Every Way

Dianne McGillivray of Limousines of Newport and Providence is amazing: experienced, knowledgable, personable & unflappable. She answers every call/email promptly and quickly moves your plans to the next step. We needed two days of transportation for 100 guests/wedding party, so we had a lot of moving parts.
What was superlative:
- The clean, well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers who showed up on time, were patient, friendly and adapted to last minute changes;
- Dianne's ability to assess and provide for our transportation needs from start to finish.
- Consistent, professional excellent customer service all around.
Dianne and her team are awesome. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic from start to finish!

Limousines of Newport and Providence were fantastic to work with! Dianne was responsive, helpful, and friendly from the moment I first reached out to her. You are in excellent hands with Dianne and her team. We used three different vehicles on our wedding day and everything was perfect. The drivers were also so professional, friendly and courteous. I have nothing but positive things to say about their services and would highly recommend them!

Amazing experience!

We contracted a vintage rolls Royce, a 20 passenger super stretch limo, a 10 person limo and 2 school buses for guests through Limos of Newport and Providence for our wedding in Kingston & Plymouth MA on 10/1/22. We had a 200+ person wedding with a huge bridal party and the transportation being taken care of so seamlessly was such a relief to get everyone where they needed to be. The sales manager Dianne was great to work with and extremely responsive. Everything showed up on time and was great, highly recommend!

Stellar service at a great price

Kathy, our driver, arrived early for pickup in a clean, well-maintained limo, that was even better than we imagined. Working with Dianne in the planning process was also a breeze. She quickly replied to emails and was always ready to help figure things out. Their prices are also unbeatable. I wouldn't hire a limo from anywhere else!

Seamless experience with Dianne!

Dianne was wonderful to work with! She helped us reschedule our booking by a year due to Covid, and leading up to the wedding helped us to map out our shuttle routes - which were a bit complex as our guests were spread across many locations. The shuttles were clean and reliable on the day-of. Thanks team!!

Exceptional!!

Could not ask for better service! My husband and I had to move our wedding last minute from New York to Newport. It was a blessing to find Diane! She was super responsive and knew exactly what we wanted! Carlos, our driver, was fun and really gave us the best ride around Newport! I’m so thankful for Limousines of Newport and Providence. My bridal party still is talking about how fun the Trolley was!

Efficient and easy!!

I worked with Dianne & Limousines of Newport and Providence to coordinate my plan B COVID wedding. I can't thank Dianne enough for being professional and seamless in her communication. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! The day of was absolutely perfect! They arrived on time (early!) for transport to and from the venue and made sure our rides were fun on both trips!! My friends said the trolley ride was one of their favorite parts! We also got our favorite photo with the trolley! Thank you for everything!
