I could not recommend Limousines of Newport and Providence more! From start to finish, Dianne and her team made booking transportation for our guests so easy. I had to make schedule changes a couple of times - Dianne made these changes without any issue. The bus driver the day of our event was kind, prompt, and got everyone to our destinations safely. Reasonably priced. I am so glad we booked with Limousines of Newport and Providence and hope to use their services again in the future! Thank you, Dianne and all of the staff!! -

Kathy, our driver, arrived early for pickup in a clean, well-maintained limo, that was even better than we imagined. Working with Dianne in the planning process was also a breeze. She quickly replied to emails and was always ready to help figure things out. Their prices are also unbeatable. I wouldn't hire a limo from anywhere else!Limousines of Newport and Providence's reply:

Dianne was wonderful to work with! She helped us reschedule our booking by a year due to Covid, and leading up to the wedding helped us to map out our shuttle routes - which were a bit complex as our guests were spread across many locations. Could not ask for better service! My husband and I had to move our wedding last minute from New York to Newport. It was a blessing to find Diane! She was super responsive and knew exactly what we wanted! Carlos, our driver, was fun and really gave us the best ride around Newport! I’m so thankful for Limousines of Newport and Providence. I worked with Dianne & Limousines of Newport and Providence to coordinate my plan B COVID wedding. I can't thank Dianne enough for being professional and seamless in her communication. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! The day of was absolutely perfect! They arrived on time (early!) for transport to and from the venue and made sure our rides were fun on both trips!! My friends said the trolley ride was one of their favorite parts! We also got our favorite photo with the trolley! Thank you for everything!Limousines of Newport and Providence's reply:

I’d definitely recommend this vendor for all of your transportation needs. While I felt they ran a little on the pricey side (though I feel this way about almost all wedding transportation) Dianne was extremely helpful throughout this process and provided great guidance and support. She was even able to work out a bit of a deal for me for booking all of our transportation with her as opposed to using her for the shuttles and someone else for the wedding party. All in all, would recommend. -

We hired Limousines of Newport and Providence to provide transportation for our guests between our hotel block and the venue. The mini coach we booked was in great condition and was very convenient for our guests. However, the process of booking with them was a bit tedious. After signing the contract and sending my payment information via a Word document (I would have preferred a more secure way to pay), it took a while to get confirmation that we were successfully booked. Our wedding venue had given me tight time restrictions to work with for guest drop-off, and Dianne was patient in helping me to work through those to figure out the best schedule for the shuttle. We wanted a specific vintage Rolls Royce, which is why we decided to book with this vendor. Upon booking, it was confirmed via email that we would be getting that car on the day of the wedding and were reassured that the car had A/C. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The Rolls Royce that showed up at my mom's was not the one we booked, and the driver was standing outside the car smoking a cigarette. The driver was kind, but I was so nervous about my dress smelling like smoke and the hardware inside the car was broken and the interior was dirty. I was nervous about my dress getting dirty before we got to the venue....Limousines of Newport and Providence's reply:
Hi Amanda. We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the transportation. I would like to address the complaints.
The chauffeur of the limousine picked up the groom/groomsmen on time and as planned. His next stop was to pick up the bridal party and drop everyone off at the venue. However, Muhammad (the groom) insisted that he wanted to get dropped off at the venue first. The chauffeur explained to him that his instructions were to pick up the bridesmaids next and then drop off everyone off at the venue together. The groom again, insisted that they get dropped off first and return for the bridal party. That being said, the driver did what he was told....
