nice, clean cars, very attentive drivers and very affordable! slight little issue with one of the cars when they couldn't find the pick up location for the grooms men (it was an address that does not appear on any GPS). the problem was not so much that they were lost - but instead of calling the best man (who was the designated contact person for the guy's limo), he called the BRIDE! we had designated the best man and the maid of honor as contact people just in case there were any issues... they called me instead just as i was trying to get into my dress! it all worked out fine - but they shouldn't have called me! it was just a small hiccup in an otherwise flawless day!

We hired Austin limo to get us to and from our wedding venue. One for the groomsmen, one for the bridal party and one to bring us at the end of the night . Bridal party was picked up promptly with a child’s seat and was brought to the venue. As we were almost at the venue, we got a distressed call from the groom stating that the limo never came for the groomsmen. The driver went to the venue to pick the groomsmen up. Thankfully our event coordinator was quick and told the driver that he was to drive them to our venue and not pick them up there. I spoke with Austin limo the day before to confirm timing and addresses which all were correct. I spoke with them to voice my displeasure and nothing has been done to rectify this. Thanks to Austin limo, my husband was late to his own wedding.
