Antonia was truly the glue that held our entire wedding day together. From setting up the decorations at both the ceremony and reception, to keeping everything running smoothly and on time, she was absolutely amazing.

She made sure we didn’t miss any of the small but important details, and her professional presence gave us so much peace of mind. On top of all that, Antonia was incredibly friendly, bubbly, and just such a joy to be around—she brought great energy to the whole day!

We’re so grateful for all the hard work and care she put into making everything come together so perfectly. If you’re looking for someone who’s both highly capable and a total delight, Antonia is the one!

Tonia and her team had worked effortlessly in order to make my event one of a kind! I am so glad that someone had referred her to me for event planning services. During the buildup towards our wedding date, we had decided that finding a planner wouldn't be necessary. However, after attending multiple meetings with various vendors, dealing with invites/family members, and finalizing details with caterers we started to realize the amount of stress that Bride's and Groom's have to endure towards their wedding day. That is where we found Antonia Baker Experience! They alleviate all of the stress that goes on within ones wedding. This includes help with the timeline, walkthroughs, meeting with our vendors and finalizing decisions, custom card stock menus and gift favors, and much more. I cannot express how thankful I am for this wonderful team in making my event so exclusive! Would definitely recommend them to others!

Absolutely loved the work Tonia and her team did.

With a positive and upbeat attitude Tonia makes you feel like a close friend throughout the planning process. However, we feel as if she needs a team to help her with the wedding details because she books has a large amount of clients.

Sadly several important moments of the wedding were missed due to a lack of communication and or announcements to the guests. Way few people saw the cake cutting. Many family members were told to leave the church during the photo session in a very abrupt way and therefore our family photos were missing very important people. We will never get that back.

Tonia was outsourced as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. From the moment I met her, I thought her energy and personality were great, but my (now) husband had strong reservations about her unprofessionalism on our first call. Our wedding had a lot of details, but unfortunately it seemed that the company who contracted Tonia did not relay everything to her. She controlled the movements for the ceremony, including fixing my train as I walked down the aisle, meaning our entire, formally-dressed audience would see her as she accompanied me and my father down the aisle. My expectation was that she too would dress the part (of course with concessions for comfort as coordinating events and being on your feet can be exhausting), however I did not think the fluffy slippers would be that concession. I did not hire Tonia directly, so I didn’t review her website or her Instagram to know these slippers were her staple, but they were inappropriate and unprofessional in my opinion. 3 months later and I still have guests bringing the footwear up, in jest. From the expected day of challenges, to the ungodly July heat in Virginia, my husband and I tried to be flexible, that said, Tonia allowed our wedding party into our reception space before we did our room reveal, and during our room reveal we also had guests directed by Tonia to go in, which really ruined that moment for us. No one ever communicated to us that Tonia would be leaving the reception early, but we actually really appreciated her coming to let us know because I do think it might have been the responsibility of the actually company we hired to inform us of that beforehand. Finally, the card box fiasco!! I handed Tonia a box of essentials, all labeled and outlined, including a pad lock for our card box. Needless to say, that lock never made it onto our card box and our cards were actually removed during the reception because of it. Thankfully, it was my MIL who took the cards after multiple guests told her they didn’t feel comfortable leaving the cards with cash in an unlocked box- but that should have never happened. Despite these things, our day was wonderful! That said, as I person who plans events for a living, I could not in good father recommend this company. Wedding planning is already stressful enough, having an incredible vendor team is of the utmost importance to give you and your partner peace of mind.

Tonia has a good personality, but overall very unorganized. Seems Like she is trying to take on too many events, and can’t remember what you require for your own event. Never was on time for our meetings to discuss plans. I was stressed out the week prior to my wedding, because Tonia just didn’t seem like she had everything together. I had to stay on top of my vendors because Tonia did not contact them to keep them updated of any changes due to COVID. Tonia assistant was more professional than she was. Also Tonia should wear proper shoes instead of shoes that look like furry slippers.

She was our wedding coordinator and was the absolute worst ever. We had to end up doing our own rehearsal for the wedding she didn’t show up for our wedding rehearsal our wedding started an hour late due to her and her team, we had to end up coordinating our own wedding reception because she ran off and wasn’t nowhere to be find. We paid her 3500 to do a job we had to end up doing ourselves. Do not go to her she’s was very rude and disrespectful not only to us our wedding party and also our parents.
