Anita Dubala is a highly organized, top-notch wedding planner. It feels like she is everywhere and she sees everything and ready to help any minute. Anita makes the wedding day go smoothe and worry-free. I highly recommend her as a wedding planner!

Anita was amazing from beginning to end. She met with me several times before the wedding and was always available via phone or email if I had a question or needed advice. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her on the day of the wedding. I read that hiring a wedding planner is the best thing you can do for yourself and I agree 100%. We decided to have a wedding planner only because our venue was a private property that needed everything. We knew that we wouldn’t be able to pull it off without additional help. Hiring Anita and her team was the best decision we made. My husband and I do not have a clue how we would have done it all. She walked thru everything with us, went over budget information, guest count, vendors and our timeline that change several times.She answered emails and calls quickly thru out the entire process. Her top priority is to make sure everything will be smooth throughout the whole planning process.

Where do I begin? Anita has been a godsend throughout the wedding process. I met Anita at the bridal convention and knew right then I had to convince my then fiancé to get a wedding planner. He was hesitant at first but after we all met each other, it was a done deal. Her vibe and her positive energy just rubs off on people which made everything exceptional. Her attention to detail made our minds at ease that nothing would be missed.

On our wedding day, she and her assistant took over everything. From making sure vendors are on time, the ceremony and reception designs are to my liking, making sure I eat (haha) and many more. We couldn't have done all this without Anita.

We have hired Anita Dybala Events for Full Wedding Planning. We’ve started wedding planning and we quickly realized that this requires full time job. Doing research, contacting the vendors, and waiting to hear back and then playing phone tags… so frustrating. I convinced my fiancee that we needed a wedding planner. That was a game changer. Anita referred us to trusted vendors, was on top of the things-to-do list and made me feel excited about the wedding again. I honestly don’t know how we would have planned our wedding without her and her team. Everything was just perfect, better than I have imagined! Highly recommend!

Anita was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding. My husband and I absolutely loved working with her and the rest of her team! Anita spent so much time in the month leading up to our wedding reaching out to our vendors, speaking with us, and making sure everyone was on the same page. She created a timeline that fit our needs perfectly. She and her team were incredibly friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. On the day of our wedding, Anita did not miss a single detail. She even made sure to have gluten-free snacks on hand (my husband is gluten-free) throughout the day, which ended up being incredibly necessary! Our wedding ran so smoothly and we didn't have to stress about any of the logistics.

I decided to go with Anita Dybala Events because from our first telephone conversation I could tell that Anita was professional, organized and she takes pride in what she does. My husband and I have hardly any experience with weddings, together we have probably attended less than five over the past 35 years so we really needed a Day-Of Coordinator that was experienced and could keep everything on track. Anita was very accommodating, she replied to every email in a timely fashion and she helped me with anything I asked for. A month out from the wedding, Anita took charge. She kept in regular contact with all of the vendors to make sure everyone was always on the same page. We appreciated that Anita traveled to our venue with us for our rehearsal, so helped to put everyone at ease.
On the day of the wedding, Anita goes into a no-nonsense coordinating mode. She kept me and my bridal party on track and on schedule for make-up and hair. She made sure we ordered food so no one would go hungry. She even delivered my husband's gift to his hotel since I didn't see the Best Man prior to our wedding day. At the venue, Anita and her team turned my vision into a reality. I had all of my items in bins and provided her with a list and they took that and ran with it. Of course, I didn't see the ceremony space until the doors opened for me to walk down the aisle, but I was absolutely blown away when I did. Anita paid close attention to my vision and my requests and my ceremony and reception were both over the top gorgeous! I can't thank Anita and her team enough for their contribution to our special day. I would highly recommend that you give them a call. They are definitely worth every penny!
