The best wedding planner ever!!!!!

Anita Dubala is a highly organized, top-notch wedding planner. It feels like she is everywhere and she sees everything and ready to help any minute. Anita makes the wedding day go smoothe and worry-free. I highly recommend her as a wedding planner!

Wonderful experience!

Anita was amazing from beginning to end. She met with me several times before the wedding and was always available via phone or email if I had a question or needed advice. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her on the day of the wedding. I read that hiring a wedding planner is the best thing you can do for yourself and I agree 100%. We decided to have a wedding planner only because our venue was a private property that needed everything. We knew that we wouldn’t be able to pull it off without additional help. Hiring Anita and her team was the best decision we made. My husband and I do not have a clue how we would have done it all. She walked thru everything with us, went over budget information, guest count, vendors and our timeline that change several times.She answered emails and calls quickly thru out the entire process. Her top priority is to make sure everything will be smooth throughout the whole planning process.

I highly recommend Anita to anyone looking for help planning their wedding - she is super organized, professional, friendly and knowledgeable in the planning process. We wanted to have a different unique wedding and I can say it was exactly how we envisioned it. Our guests were commenting on how beautiful it was.

Our Fairy Godmother

Where do I begin? Anita has been a godsend throughout the wedding process. I met Anita at the bridal convention and knew right then I had to convince my then fiancé to get a wedding planner. He was hesitant at first but after we all met each other, it was a done deal. Her vibe and her positive energy just rubs off on people which made everything exceptional. Her attention to detail made our minds at ease that nothing would be missed.

On our wedding day, she and her assistant took over everything. From making sure vendors are on time, the ceremony and reception designs are to my liking, making sure I eat (haha) and many more. We couldn't have done all this without Anita.

We love Anita, our fairy godmother, and let’s do this again in 25 years 😁

The best events planner.

My husband and I can’t imagine getting through the wedding planning without AD Events! Anita put her heart into planning our special day and it absolutely showed. From the beautiful décor to the smooth flow of the day. Our wedding day was everything I dreamed of and much more. The best thing of all is that we actually had fun at our own wedding! Amazing service!

More Than Amazing!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for such a fairy-tale wedding day!
Willie and I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Anita and her team for helping to make our wedding day beyond wonderful! We interviewed 5 other wedding planners before we found Anita. Boy, where we lucky we found her!
From the interview to execution day, Anita treated us with esteem and professionalism. During the entire process, Anita was engaged and warm. She was well-organized for each meeting, paid attention to detail, and superbly skilled at handling nervous brides (and grooms!).
Of special note, we are soldiers who live out-of-state with hectic schedules, so we especially appreciated Anita’s flexibility and responsiveness to our situation. Her organization, expertise and design talent were essential in planning our wedding.
From the day and evening phone calls to teleconferences to face-to-face vendor meetings to nervous bride meetings to the “I’m calling to check on my bride and groom” calls- simply stated: Anita was on top of things, all the time. She made our day easier and our hearts lighter, despite the anxiety of wedding planning, as she did so with care, enthusiasm and professionalism. She even has a sense of humor. Her sense of humor was sublime for two type-A soldiers. LOL!
We just cannot thank Anita enough for all the planning and behind the scenes work that she and her team executed to make our wedding go off without a hitch! It was better than we imagined! We have received SO MANY compliments about the remarkable décor, flow, and organization of our wedding.
Our guests had so much fun. They are still talking about the love the felt throughout the day. This was due to Anita’s expertise to bring our vision to life.
Again, we could not have had such a beautiful day without her hard work.

Excellent service!!

We have hired Anita Dybala Events for Full Wedding Planning. We’ve started wedding planning and we quickly realized that this requires full time job. Doing research, contacting the vendors, and waiting to hear back and then playing phone tags… so frustrating. I convinced my fiancee that we needed a wedding planner. That was a game changer. Anita referred us to trusted vendors, was on top of the things-to-do list and made me feel excited about the wedding again. I honestly don’t know how we would have planned our wedding without her and her team. Everything was just perfect, better than I have imagined! Highly recommend!

Anita was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding. My husband and I absolutely loved working with her and the rest of her team! Anita spent so much time in the month leading up to our wedding reaching out to our vendors, speaking with us, and making sure everyone was on the same page. She created a timeline that fit our needs perfectly. She and her team were incredibly friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. On the day of our wedding, Anita did not miss a single detail. She even made sure to have gluten-free snacks on hand (my husband is gluten-free) throughout the day, which ended up being incredibly necessary! Our wedding ran so smoothly and we didn't have to stress about any of the logistics.

I decided to go with Anita Dybala Events because from our first telephone conversation I could tell that Anita was professional, organized and she takes pride in what she does. My husband and I have hardly any experience with weddings, together we have probably attended less than five over the past 35 years so we really needed a Day-Of Coordinator that was experienced and could keep everything on track. Anita was very accommodating, she replied to every email in a timely fashion and she helped me with anything I asked for. A month out from the wedding, Anita took charge. She kept in regular contact with all of the vendors to make sure everyone was always on the same page. We appreciated that Anita traveled to our venue with us for our rehearsal, so helped to put everyone at ease.
On the day of the wedding, Anita goes into a no-nonsense coordinating mode. She kept me and my bridal party on track and on schedule for make-up and hair. She made sure we ordered food so no one would go hungry. She even delivered my husband's gift to his hotel since I didn't see the Best Man prior to our wedding day. At the venue, Anita and her team turned my vision into a reality. I had all of my items in bins and provided her with a list and they took that and ran with it. Of course, I didn't see the ceremony space until the doors opened for me to walk down the aisle, but I was absolutely blown away when I did. Anita paid close attention to my vision and my requests and my ceremony and reception were both over the top gorgeous! I can't thank Anita and her team enough for their contribution to our special day. I would highly recommend that you give them a call. They are definitely worth every penny!

I can't stop thinking about how pleased i was after using Anita's services!! From ths arrangements to food to music-everything was perfect and beyond my expectIons! Responsiveness to text message and phone calls are on the top of my list as an indicator of someone who cares and Anita deserves more than 5 stars in this and every aspect that falls witin the wedding planning arena. I booked Anita as a day-of coordinator. But in reality it was a month-of coordinator/planner, which was wonderful. I found Anita through websites like this and I was so happy with her service. I actually wish I had found her earlier so I could have booked her as a Full Wedding Planner. She was always there when I needed her, whatever it was. From the time she started, my husband and I knew we were glad to have her. She made sure every little detail was taken care of. The day of the wedding, she was there coordinating/directing everything and everyone which made my day was stress free. I did not have to worry about all the details I knew I wanted because she was so thorough leading up to the wedding that I knew I could trust her with all my visions. I was so thankful for her when anything wasn’t going as planned because she was there to change it and work it out. I honestly did not have to worry at all the day of and she really helped to make me enjoy my day with my husband. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator or planner; she is really a magnificent person.

I remember my first phone interview with Anita. She asked me many questions and I felt that she's very passionate about weddings and she really wanted to get a feel of what I want. She was making recommendations and giving advice even before I hired her. I've decided that I need her expertise. My husband and I both have busy schedules and Anita was able to work with us, even if that meant late night meetings.
When it came to the design, it was literally all her and my florist. I had some general idea of what I want but she clarified my ideas. I trusted her judgment and the decor was better than anything I could have done. She is very thorough and was on top of every little thing, many times things that would have never come to my mind.
I felt so relaxed and at ease when the day finally came, She was with us every step of the way and on that day we had time of our lives! That was the best decision that I've made and I couldn't be happier! XOXO

Anita Dybala is simply the best of the best in wedding planning. Anita made my wedding planning experience amazing and my wedding beautiful and unique. During the wedding planning process Anita met with caters, venue managers, spoke with DJs, videographers, photographers and coordinated everything from details big to small but all according to how I wanted things. She was my eyes, ears and voice when I needed her most. Her attention to detail, professionalism, work ethic and kind heart truly set her apart and far above all others. My wedding day was special in many ways but I really got to enjoy every second because Anita was there making sure everything went according to plan so that my husband and I didn't have to think about anything but enjoying our time with family and friends. Months later family and friends are still talking about how perfect our wedding was and I couldn't have pulled it off with out Anita Dybala!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Divya and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Anita and New Era Weddings. Anita and her team were extremely professional and provided outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Anita was by far the best investment that I made regarding my wedding. I had an indian wedding at a private mansion which posed many logistical challenges. Anita was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and foresaw many potential problems which she resolved ahead of time. She also collaborated well with all of the other vendors, family members, and other parties involved with the wedding. I cannot say enough about Anita and her team - Thanks to her, my wedding day ran very smoothly and was a once in a lifetime memory for my wife and I. We are so glad we chose to work with Anita. She was professional, flexible, and beyond helpful! Our wedding was extremely DIY, and Anita was such a big part in making our day perfect. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without her. If you're on the fence (as we were,) just go for it. In hindsight it was a total no brainer... We hired New Era Weddings for day of coordination. We knew exactly what we wanted and Anita happily supported our vision and then executed it perfectly. Before the wedding she was always timely in every single response, sometimes responding in the middle of the night to our emails. She's created a very detailed itinerary, which helped us visualize the flow of the day.
When it came to the day of, Anita and her team made everything flow so smoothly, even our guests mentioned that. She kept all the wedding participants, guests, and vendors on time, she was communicating with the DJ, photographer and videographer at all times to make sure that nobody misses any important moment or information. My wife and I worked with Anita to plan our incredible wedding
ceremony and reception. During the planning process, she was always
present when we needed her and answered every question in a timely
manner. She organized an amazing team of professionals from the
invitation designer, photographer, videographer, nanny, florist, to
lighting and rental companies. She was also great in sending ideas and

Anita and her staff did an exceptional job on planning our wedding. Working with Anita made planning simple and stress free. She handled her work very professionally, and was always extremely responsive and willing to work with whatever ideas we through her way.
On the day of the wedding there were so many "behind the scenes" details, which she handled that even we weren't aware of! She just allowed us to enjoy our day!

Honestly, I could go on forever with compliments about the service Anita provided. We got her full planning package, and our wedding turned out better than I could have ever imagined. We wanted a small, personal wedding near my home state of NJ. Anita found the perfect venue in Staten Island that fit our tastes! The venue was a hidden gem, and honestly as soon as you stepped into the garden it was like you were in a whole new world. Anita's creative eye and attention to our unique flair/personalities made our reception and cocktail hour equally as beautiful. She worked hard for what we wanted as well and she was just as concerned as we were about getting things done the way we wanted them to be. She is also an absolute sweetheart. After a year of planning, I really feel like we made a great friend. Anita made our small wedding feel like a huge party! Even our dogs, our little ring bearers, loved her. New Era Wedding Planning is affordable, but you wouldn't ever feel like you're working with a company that's anything less than the best in town. Truly, they might be the best planners in town! We received a 10% military discount since my husband is currently serving our country in the USMC. It wasn't necessary, but we are very grateful for this thanks for my husband's service. My husband and I definitely looked at a lot of planners and we couldn't have been more confident in our choice. All of our planning was done from a distance. Anita worked with us through a change of duty stations for my husband and through a whole state move all without any huge planning oops happening! She also helped us with any of our stresses or concerns. Anita was even nice enough to help some of our guests with travel accommodations and travel planning. I'm so lucky to have found New Era Weddings and to be able to have the wedding of my dreams. A sincere thank you from the Welman-Korsunsky family to everyone at New Era Weddings!

Anita was fantastic! From the moment we met her, she was very supportive and understood the feel we were going for when it came to our wedding. Even though we had hired her as a day-of coordinator, any time we had a question throughout our planning, she was always more than willing to help. My biggest concern when planning the wedding was the timeline and Anita helped me make sense of it all. During the wedding rehearsal, Anita gave specific directions to everyone to make sure what we were doing was clear (it was a bit different than the typical processional). On the day of the wedding, Anita and Jelissa made sure everything ran smoothly, that we were well taken care of, and that it was a stress-free, fun day. Things would definitely not have been so good without her/them. I would recommend New Era Weddings, LLC highly.

I remember when I first spoke with Anita on the phone she was so enthusiastic about our upcoming wedding and was very keen to help us in whatever way she could. After a free consultation with her, where we discussed our wedding day she always made it her priority to listen to our ideas and adapt them so that it's achievable in our budget.
On The Big Day Anita did everything! I honestly couldn't tell you how it came together, but things ran very smoothly. She was as organized as one can be and helped a great deal with the wedding.

Anita is a beautiful person who went above and beyond her position in wedding planning. Her professionalism provided a welcoming sense of relief while she dictated and organized all the little details to make my day absolutely perfect. I was so happy to have her by my side keeping the event and all steps leading up to it running smoothly and efficiently. Her personality is warm and everyone adored her reliability. Anita is amazing!!! She is the reason I didn't completely lose my mind during the whole wedding process. I could tell that she would respect our taste and budget, gave us ideas we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, she was consistently available to work with me, communicate and negotiate with vendors, and make multiple site visits. Her help on the day of the wedding was invaluable. So many of our guests commented on the small touches that added
to the joy of the day and were things that Anita had suggested we do.
When we started planning our wedding, a wedding planner wasn't on our radar; we thought we could handle it ourselves. We now say that hiring Anita was some of the best money we've spent.!!!

I highly recommend New Era Weddings to any couple planning their wedding. We hired Anita about 8 months prior to the big day. We had no idea which venue to select, which vendors to use or even where to begin with. Anita came in and steered us in the right direction. She stayed in very close contact with us and helped every step of the way. She helped negotiate with vendors and even saved us money. On the wedding day she was there to organize everything and it couldn't have gone smoother, our wedding was perfect! I can't express gratitude enough that the only thing we needed to worry about was enjoying the most amazing day of our life!

Anita of New Era Weddings is phenomenal! Our November 2014 wedding was a huge success thanks to the help of Anita. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to step in and help me when I needed her most. I had done most of the planning myself, but I was anxious when it came to the flow of the day itself. Once I spoke to Anita, she put me at ease. She created a timeline for me and coordinated with the other vendors to make sure everything went as planned. She arrived at the venue to set up the centerpieces, favors, place cards, and other decorations. She did a beautiful job and everyone at my wedding was commenting on how amazing she was. I was a very happy bride thanks to Anita!

So glad I went with Anita!

I found Anita through Weddingwire reviews and initially reached out to her to discuss full service planning. Anita really impressed me during our first consultation call with her thoroughness and helpfulness, she asked me about my wedding vision and gave me tips and honest advice with my ideas. After our call, Anita sent over detailed information on the services she provided, which was really helpful to me to understand what wedding planners actually do. We didn't end up needing full service planning but hired Anita as our day of coordinator after an in-person meeting. Anita is so warm and friendly and thoroughly obsessed with the details, my then-fiance and I both felt she was the right person to trust with the wedding day logistics so that we can enjoy the day. I consider myself a great project manager, but Anita was even more on top of things than I was and she really considers all aspects of the big day, especially things I wouldn't have thought of and raised potential red flags ahead of time. Our wedding day went beautifully and we were able to enjoy our wedding and had an amazing time thanks to Anita!
The one thing that sticks out for me which illustrates how dedicated Anita is to her job happened toward the end of the night when I went to change into a different dress for dancing. On the way back to the reception room, I saw Anita taking our guest book from its original location and placed it on the now empty welcome table (it had held the escort cards) to encourage guests to sign the book if they weren't able to do so earlier. I didn't ask Anita to do this and wouldn't have realized this small detail if I hadn't passed by the area. Because of Anita and her dedication to making sure our wedding day was a success in every way, we also have a full guest book with loving messages to remember the best day ever.

Unfortunately, my future mother-in-law became very ill and our wedding plans completely changed. So I was unable to continue services with Anita, but in that short time she was amazing. She was very flexible and understanding to our wedding needs. Even when things changed in the beginning of planning, she understood the nature of the situation. My fiancé and I are planning a wedding party later in NJ and we are DEFINATLY going to reach out to New Era Weddings to help bring it together! The only reason I gave a 4 for value instead of a 5 is because we never got to see how great Anita and her team would have made our wedding. Hopefully that will change!!
