Amber is nothing short of an exceptional photographer (and human for that matter)! From our first inquiry until we received our full wedding album Amber was simply a joy to work with. The quality of the photos were stunning and really took our breath away, but equally Amber made us feel so at ease during the entire wedding day, and fit so seamlessly into our day.

Amber was a dream to work with. We loved her mix of editorial and candid photography right off the bat, but once we met with her, her passion for capturing love and weddings was apparent, and we knew we had to work with her. As two camera-shy individuals, we weren’t sure what it would be like having engagement photos taken, but Amber instantly put us at ease — carrying on a conversation while directing us and shooting all at the same time. We knew then that we’d chosen the best wedding photographer for us. She’s incredibly kind and easy going, yet at the same time a badass on a mission to get the best shots — she was literally traipsing through a field while quite pregnant on our wedding day! Photography was one of our top priorities for our wedding, as it’s how you’ll relive the day again and again, and we couldn’t be happier with how Amber captured it all. Beyond her talent, Amber was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole planning process, including our postponement due to the pandemic.

Working with Amber was easily one of the highlights from our wedding planning process. She was easy to get in touch with, answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were her only clients even though I know she is a VERY busy lady. She was able to capture such an important and beautiful day in our lives in a way that felt truly authentic yet magical. We could not have asked for a more comforting presence at our wedding which was so helpful considering my husband and I are both introverted at heart.

Once again we’re totally over the moon by how they all turned out. She gave us so many photos with friends and family that we’ll cherish forever. If you want absolutely gorgeous photos with an even more beautiful person, look no further.

Amber is incredible. We chose to work with her because I loved that her photos felt almost documentary in style, with a balance between film and digital. We wanted someone who could capture the candid moments but also knew how to help us pose (we’re kind of awkward). We did not want a photographer who was in our face but someone who knew how to capture from a distance. It was one of the best decisions we made to work with her.

One of our favorite photos from our elopement was all Amber's idea. She knew how much our date night tradition of eating at a restaurant bar meant to us. We went into the hotel restaurant for a cocktail and she stood outside, capturing the moment through the windows. I would trust her a million times over to do any event and I hope I can work with her again! On top of that, she is just a genuinely amazing person.

All the glowing reviews here are true and then some. Amber was professional, attentive, and available throughout the planning process. The day of, her energy and spirit put everyone at ease. She also gave us plenty of direction whenever we felt awkward. And then of course, the photos. As other reviewers have said, her eye and sense of style are impeccable. Warm, chic, candid -- all at once. Photography had been one of our most important investments. But it wasn't until after the wedding we realized how crucial it was. The wedding day flew by so fast. And Amber's pictures not only helped us relive the day, but catch up (and soak up!) the moments we missed. And every picture was gorgeous. We liked the gallery so much that we shared it with our guests. I think there's no greater compliment than your guests downloading YOUR wedding photos for their own enjoyment -- scrappbooking, social media, and yes, even Linkedin and dating app profile pics. And don't get me started on Amber's dance floor pics. Every picture. Vogue.

I am so glad we were able to have her document our wedding day. Looking through her past work, I knew she would be a good fit for our small and intimate celebration, but after seeing the full gallery of our pictures, I was completely blown away! Looking through our pictures, I feel like I am reliving our wedding day. Amber made sure to capture every aspect of the day and there is such a perfect mix of candids and stunning portraits. She is also the absolute sweetest! You can just tell that Amber loves her job and it clearly imparts into her work. We had not met until the day of, but she was so warm and friendly, we instantly felt at ease with her. Amber was also so flexible and accommodating with rescheduling from our initial wedding date due to the pandemic, too. Hiring Amber to document our day was one of the best decisions we made!

Amber is absolutely amazing! She did our engagement pictures and wedding and both turned out better than we could have ever imagined. She has excellent attention to detail and listened to everything we wanted. I provided her with a list of pictures I wanted for our wedding and she did all of them and more! Anytime we had any questions, she would respond so quickly which was appreciated since we had a destination wedding. I cannot say enough great things about Amber. My fiance and I are so grateful that we were able to have Amber shoot our engagement photos. We were incredibly nervous, as we're not fans of getting our pictures taken or too much attention, but Amber made all of our nerves go away. At the end of the shoot, we realized we had just had SO MUCH FUN! On top of the experience itself the photos we got back made us emotional and so happy. Photography was one of the my important things to me when thinking about our wedding budget, and Amber was the first vendor we hired. I was immediately drawn to her documentary style, and the candid moments I could see from her Instagram photos. She is obviously extremely talented and seemed to catch all of the beautiful, quiet moments I was hoping to capture at our wedding -- not the staged, sparkly group shots I see in so many wedding albums. But just as important as her talent, I felt that Amber was 100% the right choice for our wedding upon meeting her in person -- she was so sweet and so normal, softspoken, easy to talk to, and made me feel very at ease. It just felt like the right fit. And she loves dogs! Amber proved to us exactly how wonderful she is when she moved her schedule around to accommodate an emergency engagement photo shoot after we learned that my old hound dog had to be put to sleep. She met us the night before we said goodbye to our dog and was able to capture the most wonderful engagement shots including our dog -- and she even helped us smile and enjoy the evening, under such bittersweet circumstances. I will forever cherish those photos - they are beautiful. As for our wedding photos, we just received the album and I truly could not be happier. A few of my friends have said they are the most beautiful wedding photos they have ever seen, and I couldn't agree more. I can't stop looking at them! I've already recommended Amber to everyone I know who is looking for a wedding photographer, and will continue to do so. She's the best!

Amber has been amazing from start to finish, she always maintains the best level of professionalism while still being 100% approachable. Her love of candid photos is unmatched. While still knowing and completing all the portrait style photos we needed. We got a slideshow within days of our wedding and I simply ADORED it.
