Amanda's Catering is a wedding catering service in Candler, North Carolina. We are crazy about preparing incredibly tasteful cuisine and an unforgettable experience! Your special event is all about you and your guests. Amanda will work personally with each host to customize menus that fit everyone's taste. In addition, we are family-owned and operated.
Amanda has worked in the culinary industry for 30 years. She started out as a banquet manager and found her way into the kitchen, where her true passion & talents lie. Amanda worked with and learned from some of the country's top chefs and culinary experts from Chicago to Miami. Since she could speak the words "Carolina," she yearned to live in Tar Heel State. Now, Amanda is living her dream here in Asheville. She and her fantastic staff would love to fulfill your dreams as well! From our family to yours.

Delicious Food, Excellent Service!
Everyone was raving about the food and the price was affordable! Amanda was so easy to work with and accommodating throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

We love Amanda's Catering!
From the first phone call, I knew Amanda was not only professional and attentive but also a lovely person. I come from a big Italian family, and I lost my mom ten years ago. Amanda helped me craft a personalized Italian menu, including stuffed shells, cannolis, and tiramisu, which made me feel like she was still there with us in spirit and in the food. The charcuterie board was so bountiful, and our guests raved about it. The chicken and asparagus were also a crowd-pleaser. We had two vegan guests who said their stuffed squash was the best vegan wedding food they had ever had. Everyone on the staff with Amanda's Catering was so attentive and wonderful during the event, especially her son, who was also a pleasure to work with.
