EXCELLENT, GREAT, AMAZING, are only a few words that describe Connie. She is seriously the best seamstress in the entire DMV area. Not only does she know her designers, but she knows exactly how to work with high end wedding dresses. She altered my heavily beaded dresses to meet all my needs, and I didn't get nothing but raving reviews on my dress. If you're looking for someone who can work on your wedding dress, your mom/groom's mom dress, bridesmaids dresses, then she is the person to go to. She saved the day when one of my bridesmaids ordered a bridesmaids dress two sizes too small, and worked her magic on making sure it fit properly.

She also fitted/hemmed my now husband's tux, my fathers tux, and all of the groomsmen. Seriously, the best in town! Hands down. Thank you soo much Connie, and I will be seeing you forever now, for all my dresses!!

She had great availability, weekends, especially since most alterations places in the DMV were booked on the weekends. Her work was perfect as well as affordable. She took in my dress, shortened it, and did a bustle for a great price. She also only required 2 fittings to get it perfect. She is very kind, friendly, hardworking, reliable, and flexible. Her shop is clean with great lighting. I would definitely recommend her to any bride in the DMV area, especially if time is of the essence !!! She's AWESOME !!!!!

My bridal salon had gone out of business and my dress came from the manufactured after the shop was closed. I needed someone to do alterations. The shop owner recommended Connie. When my dress came in, it no longer fit (it was too small, a bride's worst nightmare). I called Connie to see if there was anything that could be done before I went searching for another dress. Once I met with Connie and Alice, she looked at the dress and she said that she could make it fit. I was a little skeptical at first because she needed to add some small panels to the side, along with beading and tulle. When I went back for my second fitting, I was amazed at how much better it fit. My sister came to my third fitting and she couldn't even tell that anything had been added because Connie had done such an amazing job. My mom and I were relieved and thrilled with the way the dress looked. She even steamed my veil for me. She and Alice were professional, meticulous, and very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
