Absolutely amazing team! The best experience for a wedding planner.

Alexandra Madison Weddings literally made my dream wedding come true in my hometown of Santa Fe, New Mexico! Although they planned a majority of our wedding from South Carolina, Alex and her staff were incredibly thorough with their research and attention to detail to make sure that we not only got exactly what we had envisioned, but also at the best industry price! They were able to create customized mood boards, budget estimates, timelines and checklists leading up to our big day and scheduled regular check in meetings to make sure that everything was organized and on track and fit the aesthetic that we envisioned. They came out for a site visit and in person walkthrough and the day of the wedding had staff onsite making sure everything ran smoothly. Not to mention the obstacles thrown at them such as not being able to set up the ceremony until 5:00pm for a 6:00pm ceremony at Gerald Peters Contemporary Gallery they net let us seem stressed or worried which helped us to relax and enjoy our wedding day. Their staff also helped us organize our welcome party and customized and flew in all our signage at the welcome party and wedding for the entrance and bar areas which came out amazing! They were able to contract an artist to recreate our pet pug for our napkin art and cocktail signs and we loved those personal touches. From the moment they assisted us with sending out our invitations to cleaning up the gifts and alcohol after the wedding they were an absolutely irreplaceable part of our big day and we couldn't recommend them more to other couples!

With my package, I had a venue walk-through with Alexandra a few months prior where we walked the venue and then went together to the rentals to select linens, place settings etc. We had several meetings leading up to the wedding to discuss details and timelines and then AMW took over fully at 30 days including full coordination the day of. I really appreciated this middle ground option between a full service planner and day of coordinator.

Throughout the process, everyone on the AMW team was communicative, timely, professional and kind. I valued their industry experience and the way they guided and informed my choices without pressure. During the wedding weekend, everything was executed perfectly which allowed me and my family to enjoy the day without being stressed. I felt really taken care of the whole weekend - my lead planner Anna Brady was always checking on me and my husband making sure we had food, drinks, and that we were relaxed.

Alexandra Madison Weddings (AMW) team is simply the best. We hired them to handle all services for our wedding and we could not be more pleased. Their attention to detail, compassion and understanding during difficult moments of our wedding planning process, and their availability were top notch. We had an engagement that lasted longer than a year, but the AMW team never made us feel like we were on the “back burner.” They were always there when we had a question and always knew what direction to point us in. They have done so many weddings and their connections made everything very seamless. All of their team members are so friendly as well.

While the planning of the wedding was outstanding, the day itself was even more perfect. They handled every aspect perfectly and provided us with the wedding of our dreams. We hired AMW as we were an out of state couple and needed guidance during the wedding planning process since we were not familiar with the vendors in the area. To be honest, even if we were local, I would recommend hiring AMW! Alexandra and her team went above and beyond in making sure our day was flawless from the beginning to the very end! Her vendor recommendations, decor/design assistance and planning were amazing and made the process and our wedding day stress free and truly enjoyable. I cannot say enough great things about Alexandra and her team. We had so many changes for our May wedding due to COVID restrictions, so we pushed big day to October and had a micro wedding on our planned day in May. Alex & her team have done above and beyond what we contracted for and have been so incredibly helpful with every single step of the way, especially when we kept having to change plans due to new restrictions. Everyone we have been working with on the team has been communicative, organized, and so friendly with us -- we truly cannot thank them enough!!! We strongly recommend hiring AMW for any wedding event size!

Where do I even begin?! Alex and her team went above and beyond every single time we spoke. Unfortunately, we were one of the many couples affected by COVID-19 and in the most stressful times of our lives, Alex and her team eased every fear that we had. After going through multiple "Plan Bs" in a week, we changed our 175 person guest count to a 15 person micro-wedding in two days, at a different location, and with only two of our vendors and Alex and her team never flinched! They were so patient with us and made it happen. I don't know what we would have done without her! I will be forever thankful for the patience, organization, love, and support she showed me through my year of wedding planning. Can't wait to finally have our large celebration in 2021, and have Alexandra Madison Weddings helping us every step of the way!
