Always Available and Well Detailed

A must if you want to have a stress-free wedding day!
Ashley is WONDERFUL and so great at what she does! She was referred to us by our venue and we are so glad we hired her. Thanks to Ashley, my husband and I were able to actually RELAX and ENJOY every second of our wedding day knowing that Ashley had everything taken care of behind the scenes- from setting everything up before the wedding, to making sure we were staying on schedule during the wedding, and cleaning up after the wedding. Wedding planning is no joke and at times it became very stressful, but hiring Ashley as our Month Of Coordinator helped us so much and made the planning process more manageable than it would’ve been if we were on our own. My husband and I are very organized, but this was the first wedding we had planned so needed some guidance in certain areas. Ashley worked with us to create a wedding day timeline, prioritize what we needed to do ahead of time, and she was also helpful in referring us to an officiant, florist, and videographer, all of whom we absolutely loved. She was responsive in her emails and answered all of our questions.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, it was so reassuring to know that Ashley was taking care of all of the communication with our vendors regarding set up times and other day of logistics. Not have to deal with that part of the planning process was so nice and made the days leading up to the wedding so much less stressful. The day before our wedding, we had a ceremony rehearsal and having Ashley there to walk us through what was going to happen and the order of events, made us so much more relaxed on the wedding day.
Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we can’t thank Ashley enough for making the day run so smoothly. We highly recommend her!

More than a day-of coordinator!
We hired Ashley to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding, but she really went above and beyond her call of duty. A full two months before the wedding she was working out our wedding timeline with us via google doc. Her template made the whole crazy event seem manageable and organized, and allowed us to solidify the schedule of our wedding day quite precisely. Throughout the time leading up to our wedding, she helped us plan seating arrangements, procession order, and worked with our caterers (ArtQuest Catering) to organize their role within the schedule. Over a week before the wedding she sent us a to-the minute timeline of the day, and worked with us as we tweaked it right up until the day before.
Despite being, as I mentioned, our day-of-coordinator, Ashley literally ran our rehearsal session the day before the wedding. She was on site before we arrived, took us through every step of the ceremony schedule, made sure everyone knew what they were responsible for, coached us our walking speed, asked pertinent questions, etc.
On the day of the wedding, she seemed to be everywhere at once, managing what was a pretty complicated, orchestral event. We were not the easiest clients- our wedding was packed with a ton of tiny specific events, like surprise serenades, and a very short window for sunset photos, and a rock performance that included the bride and groom. Ashley was there through it all making sure we knew where we were headed next, that we were on time, and properly hydrated.
Seriously, we were super stressed planning for this wedding, but on the day it happened everything went so smoothly and that was in large part to the care and precision and professionalism that Ashley brought to her work coordinating the day.
