LOVE this company!!!

I read so many reviews as well as personably me knew friends and family members who used this company! My husband and I could be more please to have used this company! From meeting the owner in person, to scheduling and setting up appointments, everything went smoothly! The staff is very professional and on time the day of the wedding. The workers have a great sense of humor and as we all know your wedding day is so exciting yet stressful and hey help lighten the mood. They have many option when it comes to albums. The prices were reasonable. I loved the selfie booth! It came with great props as well! I really encourage you to take a look at this company!

We chose ADA based on the phenomenal reviews that everyone had posted on various sites and by word of mouth. We cannot be any more dissappointed in our experience with them! It started when someone that doesn't even work there "helped us" to book the party. Someone eventually came in to the office and saw what was going on and didn't even apologize, just looked confused. Then, we were told that we would have two photographers and the lead photographer was going to be "Big John". A week before the wedding, I had to call them to confirm all the details, as they hadn't bothered. At that time I was told that we would have one photographer and if I wanted an assistant that I would have to pay extra...ridiculous; and there is nobody there by the name of John. They got very rude with me when I questioned them about this and asked me to look at the contract, because it doesn't say it anywhere on there. Finally, the wedding day comes and we have a nice lady named Ida. She was friendly enough, although she did make an inappropriate comment to my sister about her and her husband about their sex life, however, the pictures were fairly dissappointing. There wasn't even a picture taken with the bride, groom and bride's father. As we go through the proofs, which they did get back to us rather quickly, we see many things that we would like to get edited. Only to find out that there is a $50-$100 charge to edit each picture...are you kidding me? During the contract signing, there was no mention of this and it doesn't say it anywhere in the contract. Now the thank you cards...we selected a picture and explained that we wanted the picture cropped...they print them up and call us in. The picture was not cropped at all. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, they want to charge us another $50 to have it fixed! They spent an awful lot of time blaming my wife about the mistake. What kind of customer service do these people actually provide?
