We used Abbey in 2011 for our wedding, Neal and his amazing staff from time of initial consult, to booking, to day of our wedding and then to album creation always exceeded our expectations.. But here in 2024, when we needed so help they blew us away.. My husbands mom passed away suddenly and for some reason we couldn't find ANY digital pictures of her from our wedding.. So on a chance I emailed Neal asking for help... Well Neal wasted no time in reposting all our proofs to his site as if we were married that weekend, therefore allowing us to choose any and all photos we wanted.. We emailed him the photo #'s and within 1 hour we had all the photos we needed... He made a hard situation so much easier and was beyond kind to us... Not sure how many photographers would have been so quick to help 13 years later.. What also stood out to us was even though it was 13 years later Neal spoke to us and acted like he had worked with us just yesterday.. True professionalism in every sense of the word...
