    Amazing coordinator who gets everything done!

    Cinthy was a great coordinator and really helped us bring all the logistics together. She was invaluable in last two weeks before our wedding and stepped up in big ways on the actual weekend to get whatever needed to be done DONE. In the months before the wedding we corresponded mostly over email, which could be scattered at times but worked fairly well. She went with us to choose our rentals and was very helpful during that process with opinions, context, and things she knew about our venue because she had worked there before. She was also helpful at the venue walk through with the caterer. As we got closer to the wedding she really turned it on, managing many different active email threads and staying on top of all the varied requests from us and our vendors. She provided us a ‘to bring’ list that was very helpful for the wedding weekend and she even had some items we were able to borrow from her so we didn’t’ have to spend money on them. She started working directly with our vendors in the final weeks and coordinating with them, which took a lot of the admin work off us. On the wedding weekend, she was there early and the last to leave through the whole weekend. Her attitude was consistently that she would get things done and handled random needs as they occurred, like getting more simple syrup when the bar started running low or sending one of her helpers to pick up our late night pizza from a nearby Round Table. She also came back early Sunday morning and helped to set up brunch. After the wedding, while we were abroad on our honeymoon, she dealt with our rentals vendor who incorrectly charged us for missing items and showed up in person to the venue to doublecheck that items hadn’t been left (they hadn’t). She fought the battle, got the incorrect charge taken off the bill, and then sent us an email to let us know it was handled. Overall she was so pleasant and helpful to work with and we REALLY appreciated everything she did – we would highly recommend Cinthy and A Touch of Grace!

    I cannot say enough good things about Cinthy and her team. Simply put, she made our wedding.

    When we began the planning process, we weren't sure we even wanted/needed a wedding planner. I'm a very neurotic person who fancies herself great at planning. I make a spreadsheet for almost everything in my life and plan everything. Despite that, Cinthy was still 100% necessary.

    We opted for the wrap-around service that starts a couple months before the wedding. Even though we didn't get the full-service package, Cinthy was always available and kept track of all our vendors.

    Heading into the wedding was a breeze with Cinthy. Cinthy kept track of all the details, kept me calm and on track. Cinthy was not only keeping track of all the details flying around, she was a great sounding board. One of the big disadvantages of weddings is that you really don't have much context for what's normal and when a vendor is taking advantage of you. Cinthy is that back-up that every bride needs.

    Cinthy proved her worth time and time again leading up to the wedding but I was blown away by her dedication, patience, and just plain magic on the wedding day. Starting with her disposition, she was flawless. She was firm with vendors but calming with me.

    One of the most amazing things Cinthy and her team did was handle the photo booth. Our photo booth vendor cancelled at the last minute (the afternoon before or the morning of). Cinthy handled it with such poise that I had no idea they cancelled until she found a replacement. One of Cinthy's best qualities is she intuitively knows what she can take care of and what she should get my input on.

    Finally, Cinthy is just great to work with. She's hilarious, sweet, tenacious, and so much more. My husband says that Cinthy's the type of person that you'd want to be friends with after your wedding. I couldn't agree more. Thank you so much for all of your amazing work!

    So the address on their website shows Walnut Creek, but here on Wedding Wire shows Dublin but the website and phone numbers do match. Either way we didn't have to travel to the office anyhow. We live in San Francisco and Halina was able to meet us in San Francisco for our initial meeting and then in Burlingame every time after that - where our Ceremony & Reception were being held.

    Just a quick review! You need a wedding planner or at the very least a day of coordinator, and you should hope you get Halina from A Touch of Grace like we did! Like most couples, we didn't think we needed a planner until about a month before the wedding. With such a big expense and 200+ guests, we started worrying about a bunch of little things and had so many questions and nowhere to turn. Luckily Halina was able to take us for our wedding day and it was meant to be! She put us at ease so much and on the day of, she brought the equally lovely Amanda and they both made sure the event ran very smooth. We don't know how we would have done it without them! Thanks Halina and Amanda!
