I don't normally write reviews, but I can't say enough good things about Neil (the owner) and A Perfect Taste. They did a great job advising on food that was within our budget and both beautifully served and delicious. They were extremely accommodating at providing special meals to meet our guests' various allergies and food restrictions, some of which were very complex. All our guests reported the food was amazing, and the guests with special meals were very satisfied. One guest whose allergy we missed mentioned something to a server who returned with a special meal we hadn't even ordered! Neil himself was at the venue for the entire wedding ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

We also ordered food for meals for a crowd on the weekend before the wedding and the Monday after the wedding, which were again within budget and delicious. The guests for those meals thought the food was homemade and raved about it.

Most importantly, Neil was a delight to work with, consistently positive, always accommodating, able to make great suggestions, and easy to get in touch with when needed.

Our experience with Perfect Taste Catering, particularly with Neil and his team, was nothing short of exceptional. Neil, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding and Shave Brachot were not only catered with delicious food but also executed flawlessly.

Neil's accommodating and understanding nature made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Despite the kosher dietary requirements, the food was unbelievably delicious; our guests are still raving about it, and we've received numerous requests for the recipes, especially for the mashed sweet potatoes with plantains which were a standout.

Not only did Perfect Taste Catering deliver on taste, but they also took care of all setup details at our venue, which lacked the necessary facilities. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything looked and tasted perfect did not go unnoticed.

We are genuinely grateful for Neil and his team's professionalism and culinary expertise. Their contribution played a significant role in making our special day memorable and enjoyable for everyone. I would highly recommend Neil Morris and his team at A Perfect Taste to everyone, for any and all occasions! His food is modern, artful, and absolutely delicious. I had several guests asking for the caterers info, before my event was even over! His staff is top notch, professional, and make you feel like your event is their event. I plan to use them again in the near future!

Neil Morris has been an absolute dream to work with. Not only did he help me with creating a diverse menu but also planning a unique and delicious food experience for my guests of all ages that fit my budget. He truly listens and is always approachable/ available even willing to work with my planner. Of all the variables involved in planning such a large event you want the food to stand out and be amazing and delicious…. Neil and A Perfect Taste did NOT disappoint. I highly recommend you use them as they do book quickly and my guests raved about their food for days! Delicious and more than met our expectations!! Fabulous dining experience!!

Neil and his team created a kosher event for my daughter's wedding that was beyond my expectations! The food was creative, both contemporary with a traditional flair, and absolutely delicious. Guests raved about the fried rice bar (served in a take-out container) at the cocktail hour and the fabulous banana foster parve ice cream bar during dessert (as well as the apple pie pops served on a stick). His attention to detail was incredible. In addition, he was able to work with the Hilton Garden Inn in Canton to coordinate kosher breakfasts for our guests who were staying there who required them. If you choose to work with Neil, you will not be disappointed!

We got married in December 2021 and used Perfect Taste Catering. Neil is an awesome guy to work with- he's clear, helpful, talented, caring, and flexible. He ended up being a huge help in the planning process even outside of the realm of catering. He even let our other vendors into the building day of when the guy who was supposed to didn't show up! And of course, the food itself was also amazing! He was able to make a special gluten-free version of the main course for me which was delicious. He clearly lays out food and pricing options and will work with you on your limited budget, shaving away costs that other caterers can tack on as a charge without even discussing. If you want a caterer who will only add comfort, professionalism, great service, spectacular food with beautiful presentation, he's your guy!

My son’s wedding celebration included a Shabbat dinner, a welcome dinner the next night and the actual wedding reception. The food and service for each event was perfect! He was very concerned that each of the menus was very different so that there were specific taste treats every night.
I hosted the welcome party and as I am not Jewish, this was my first experience with a Kosher event. Neil was wonderful, educating me on kosher 101! He answered all my questions and if I had more, he was easy to get in touch with.
I wanted to make sure that my culture, I Italian, was represented and was concerned that that may be a problem. Neil settled my fears and we came up with a great dairy menu which included lasagna, cod puttanesca, penne and broccoli and risotto. Everything was great. Actually, the lasagna was the best that I have ever had! So many complements!! The tiramisu served in individual containers was to die for!
Neil personally oversaw the preparation on site and the service which was excellent. At every step of the way he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied, which I very much was. Neil also came to the reception the next day which again came off without a hitch and was superb.
I very much recommend A Perfect Taste for both Kosher and non Kosher events. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I cannot believe how lucky we were to have found Neil and his team! We had a big ask - not only did we want a delicious, creative kosher meal but we wanted the whole thing to be a vegan affair. A Perfect Taste blew our expectations out of the water. The food was delicious, creative, and interactive, the displays were gorgeous, and the timing of everything was perfectly on point with our wedding timeline. Neil and his team worked with us on every request, from hunting down a specifically requested vegan Parmesan cheese to serve with our pasta station to creating a fun and delicious hot chocolate bar for our dessert table. And not only was the food astounding, Neil was out and about the whole time checking on tables and asking how they enjoyed the food. We received multiple compliments from our guests on how friendly and hospitable he was. We honestly can't even imagine what our wedding day would have been without him and his team. We would give him a million stars if we could!

Neil catered both of my son's bar mitzvahs. He worked within my budget and taste to come up with something unique for each of their events (same people, so it had to be different.) Neil's staff is very professional and flexible.

Neil himself is a caterer/event planner/therapist. When I thought my DJ had canceled, he immediately jumped on the phone to find me a replacement. I would use them again if I had another mitvah to plan!

I couldn’t recommend A Perfect Taste highly enough. We found Neil Morris and his team to be exceptionally customer service focused. He listened to all of our needs and wants as he tirelessly provided end-to-end guidance and consultation from our very first meeting all the way until the last guest left the building.

Initially, we were concerned about the prospect of bringing a Kosher caterer into our venue. Our concerns were put to rest once we saw Neil in action. Neil is a highly skilled operator. He has extensive experience and possesses deep knowledge of the catering industry. He quickly got down to business first by laying out a comprehensive plan, building relationships with the venue staff, and skillfully assuming control of wedding day logistics.

A Perfect Taste went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the options and pairings our guests could ever want. Not only was the food delicious, it was artfully prepared and added to the ambiance and theme of our wedding. Our special day went off without a hitch and turned out better than we ever could have imagined.
