I was looking for an original concept to provide something fun and memorable for my guests at my wedding, and A.E.’s live sketching more than fit the bill. From the very beginning, A.E. was a pleasure to deal with, dependable, and blended right in among the guests as he went to work sketching. Guests were delighted and tickled when they were handed an envelope containing an original portrait for them to take home. A.E. provided us with a lovely sketch of our ceremony, and he will also sketch anyone you specifically request among the guests. A.E.’s live sketching more than enhanced the experience at my wedding, and I cannot recommend him enough for your event.

We have hired A.E. Kieren for several events from fundraisers to weddings to milestone birthday parties. He’s consistent across the board; from being prepared, punctual, and professional. Anthony has this gift of always disappearing in the crowd to work his magic from any corner of the room.

A couple standout moments…

Once he had a random kid at the event help with handing the subjects their own personal portraits which was fun to watch—from the excitement of the no longer bored kid to the shock and awe of the guest seeing his portrait for the first time.

Second, is how little he needs where most vendors require a lot more. Anthony needs a highboy. That’s it. Oh… and of course it doesn’t hurt the guests find him eye-candy with a side of charm. Hiring A.E. Kieren is a no brainer for any event.

Recently hired A.E. to sketch at a big industry event… his sketches were easily the most talked about feature of our celebration! The sketches are truly works of art, and guests were so blown away by them! Cannot recommend him enough, his professionalism and talent is beyond. Bring him to your wedding or party and blow your guests’ minds! 100000% would hire again.

As my husband and I were planning our wedding, one of the things we knew we wanted was something unexpected for our guests to enjoy and A.E. Kieren completely blew us away!

He's a master at his craft and his ability to create such stylish portraits while seamlessly blending in with the crowd was so smooth. AE Kieran is an incredible asset to any party, event (or in my case a wedding!) I used him for several events for work and reached out to him to see if he would be interested in painting for my wedding. What a memorable element to our very special day! Everyone in our micro wedding got a portrait and he even painted a beautiful piece of us getting married. I'm finding as many excuses as I can to book him again!

Anthony is a true wonder. He painted our guests from his perch in a corner and then would present them with gorgeous watercolors of themselves. Everyone was raving about this. So much more unique than a Photo Booth. It was also great fun for people to wander over and watch him work. He's so personable and so many people mentioned him to me after. Truly pieces people could take home and hang on their walls. Absolutely recommend hiring him for your wedding or event.

Anthony was without a doubt the highlight of our welcome party. Guests had no idea he was sketching until he presented them with a drawing, and all of our guests commented it was one of the most unique things they've ever seen at a wedding. It's a super special touch that people can walk away with a memento from the night. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony at a recent wedding industry event - it was the opening of a new venue upstate located on an arts campus, so we wanted to incorporate that into our afternoon. Wedding vendors are notoriously hard to please, and everyone who Anthony sketched was absolutely delighted, especially since they were unaware that we was doing it in the first place. He adds such a nice touch to any event and I can't wait to recommend him to couples so we can work together again soon!

A.E. Kieren was the best vendor that I chose for my wedding day! Everyone said how awesome it was that we hired an illustrator. He was professional yet laid back and blended in perfectly with our crowd. He also had the coolest attire. We got a great watercolor of our ceremony and he was sure to draw several people from our wedding party. I felt very fortunate to have the opportunity for him be a part of my day!!!
