One of the absolute best decisions we made while planning our wedding was hiring Desira as our JP. Planning was absolutely SEAMLESS with her! Her passion, professionalism, and her truly caring personality are second to none. She will give you and your guests a ceremony you will never forget. We literally had multiple guests come up to us at the wedding to tell us that it was the best ceremony they have ever sat through because of how personal and emotional she made it. I also want to mention that I had a mini crisis with some flowers a week before our wedding, Desira not only reached out to us immediately to help but also put us in contact with other vendors to help!!! She goes above and beyond and we cannot tell her enough how appreciative we are to have worked with her!!!!

I'm surprised no one has reviewed Desira yet! She married my now-husband and me, last week! We hired her 8 days prior to our wedding after our former JP essentially ghosted us. From the beginning, Desira was accommodating and very prompt at responding to our questions, which we highly appreciated after what happened with our former JP.

On the day of the wedding, she arrived 30 minutes early, collected our wedding license, and gave us a super brief run-down of the plan to make sure we were on the same page. She delivered the most heartfelt, personalized speech while still catering to our silly, quirky side. This was particularly impressive since she had only known us a week. She had the guests laughing and "awww-ing" through the entirety of the ceremony.

Desira is also a day-of-coordinator, meaning she will make the logistics of your ceremony run as smoothly as possible. I did not use her as DOC, but she took the reigns and actually cued our wedding party into the ceremony. Then she managed to walk around to the front of the aisle so calmly and put together without distracting from the bride/FOB entrance. Thank you so much for making our day special, Desira :)

Desira was supposed to be our JP and Day of Coordinator. She met with us a few times before our wedding. She texted me the night before (our rehearsal dinner!!) the wedding at 8pm stating she was unable to make it due to health issues and a “close Covid exposure.” She assured us that a replacement would be there at 1pm the day of the wedding. When we got to the venue at 3:30pm for family pictures. Upon arrival, we were advised that the replacement was not there and nothing had been set up. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a professional JP!
