I'm Phillip J Campbell, Justice of the Peace and wedding officiant based in Bloomfield, Connecticut.

I believe in providing you with the ceremony of your dreams - your wedding, your way! With 48 years of making couples happy, I focus on your desires for your perfect ceremony. From our first communication, I strive to listen and guide you in a respectful and loving manner.

While I have a ceremony that I receive high compliments on, I am very willing to work with you to make the ceremony as personal as can be. In my professional career, I was always the problem solver and that ability has carried over. As a result, if they should arise, I have yet to find a wedding problem that we can't solve together! My decades of experience have left me well informed with ceremony protocols, and I will happily share that experience to assist you in your ceremony planning if you so choose.

Your wedding is all about YOU and my ceremony will reflect just that! I will take away the stress and ensure you have a ceremony that is relaxed and reflective of your personalities. We’ll even have a little fun along the way!

Worth every penny

We weren't even going to get an officiant, and let me tell you that would have been a huge mistake. This guy is so awesome, he was the glue that made the ceremony spectacular. Would not have been the same without him. Lighthearted enough to put everyone at ease (and trust me, the day of, as the bride and groom, it can be stressful), with the perfect amount of seriousness. He knew not just the ceremony part, but how everyone is going to walk in, who's doing what afterwards, what to say, when to prompt people, this guy knows everything and is maximally prepared. You will have no regrets, he is worth every penny, definitely give Phillip a call. Also, __definitely__ don't skip the practice rehearsal ceremony. We almost didn't bring him out to save a buck but wow it was definitely necessary and worth it, he fixed some stuff before the big day we hadn't even thought about. Trust me, this is your guy! P.S forgive the low quality picture, we only had a video as he gracefully moved out of the shots for most of the pictures. Don't forget to take a pic with this fantastic man!

Phillip is your guy!

Phillip was a pleasure to have officiate for my husband and I 's wedding. He was super responsive, went over in details how his ceremony is, nice, and a funny guy! We loved his jokes! Phillip has the experience to officiate as well. He made us feel comfortable with our decision of choosing him. He isn't just an officiant that will stand there; he actually helped us to create an order of entrances for our bridal party at city hall. He played a huge part in our day and we will be thankful for it forever.

Simply the best!

If you’re looking for an incredible Justice of the Peace - look no further!! Phil is professional, responsive, kind, and fulfills his role exceptionally. Those who attended spoke very highly of his ceremony. We appreciated him taking the time to get to know us as a couple prior to our ceremony. He went above and beyond and we cannot recommend his services enough!!
