Cali was our saving grace! We had our wedding at Riverview Country Club, and like many couples who had their wedding there recently...went through 5 coordinators. It was hard to repeat what we were promised to each coordinator. After going through this, we new we needed to hire someone externally. When we initially met Cali, she was very calm, pleasant, organized, and fun to work with. We hired her as our day of coordinator. She was efficient with meetings, contacting our other vendors, and setting up a timeline. She helped a ton with our rehearsal, setting up for the wedding, and cleanup. She came to the hotel the morning of the wedding to check on us, made sure we had food and drinks while taking our photos during cocktail hour, had our drink of choice ready at our sweetheart table, and keep everything organized. She even helped serve meals at our venue due to lack of staff. If Cali was not at our wedding, I do not think it would have turned out as well as it did. I cannot recommend Cali enough!!!

About two months before our wedding, we were having major communication issues with our venue and knew we needed additional help. Cali hit the ground running immediately. She was so quick to respond to emails and was reliable from day one. Her calm and confident demeanor was so helpful amongst the stress.

Cali helped us organize our timeline and confirmed it with all of our vendors which allowed the day to run smoothly. She was there in the morning as we got ready to make sure our hairdressers, photographer, and videographer found us and then went to the venue to set everything up before we arrived. She executed everything perfectly - when we walked in, all the stress of the year and half leading up to that day truly melted away because everything was set up perfectly.

Cali kept us on time the whole day, kept our very large wedding party organized and on cue, and made sure we ate! She had a whole sampler plate of our hors d'oeuvres ready for us before making our entrance into the reception and had our signature drinks waiting for us at our tables.

We were originally told by our venue that we could return the following day to pick up our decor, but were surprised the night of the wedding when they said that everything needed to be out that same night. Cali didn’t skip a beat and had half of our stuff safely packed away before we even knew what was going on.

We hadn’t originally budgeted for a coordinator but in hindsight we can confidently say that, venue issues or not, having Cali as part of our wedding day was a must. She took such a huge weight off our shoulders and we were able to enjoy our wedding day so much more because of all of her help.

Cali recently helped me plan a large gathering for members of my bridal party and some wedding guests. She had eased my stress by knowing exactly what to do to make the day beautiful. I told her how I wanted things to look and she brought my vision to life. Wouldn’t have had the beautiful party I had without her help! Highly recommend Cali for any events, big or small!

She is so helpful to me as another planner and other service employees in the industry. With her attention to detail, she is able to guide you on diagram layout, escort card displays, and understands the importance of lighting and temperature of venue spaces. Cali was absolutely amazing to work with. She always responded in a very timely manner and was extremely organized at all that she did! She has an excellent background in design which really helped me and my indecisiveness! Cali knew exactly what to do the day of the wedding and took the stress completely off of my family and I. Her floral background also came in handy as they were last minute things that needed to be done the day of my wedding. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and we were so happy to have her as a part of our day!
