As a first-time bride, I was enamored with the letter pressed/hand-woven/bougie paper styles. I quickly realized that the cost of those invitations would be the same amount as my entire catering budget. I also knew that I wanted to go with someone local or small business, not a major corporation.

Enter Lavanya!

I researched a few vendors online and really loved her designs. Her response time over email was FAST. Like super-mom status fast. The ideas she provided for my original invitation with succulents, sage greens, and soft purples were gorgeous. After several months of back-and-forth emails, drafts, a couple proofs, and envelope color choices, my ENTIRE color scheme/vibe changed months before my wedding.

She was able to create an entirely new invitation for me, no problem. I got a proof a couple days later -- the flowers on the invitation were gorgeous and she even created a liner for the envelopes upon request! She suggested burgundy envelopes which brought our entire invitation suite together.

It’s easier to make edits by looking at it in person if you can, and she very kindly offered to ship me a copy or meet in person. While the paper she had was nice, I was looking for something a little more elevated. She suggested a linen paper which was exactly right for us. At no cost to me, she sent me a proof overnight on the linen paper. That was the winner.

We received our invitations shipped to us in perfect condition. Our guests LOVE them! Most importantly, my fiancee and I love them. Although we opted for a couple more expensive options like an envelope liner and linen paper, we got our perfect invitations for a very reasonable cost. Our many thanks to Lavanya for her great work!!
