Welcome to the 1888 Wedding Barn in scenic Sunday River Valley Area where lodging accommodations like motels, Inns, B&B's, and large rentable farmhouses are a short walking distance away. We provide at no additional cost a Beer, Wine, and a Mixed Drink Cash Bar with Complimentary Bartenders for your guests and Free Wedding Ceremony Chairs and Arbor in the beautiful White Pine Cathedral Forest or offsite at the Sunday River Artisan Covered Bridge. The Authentic Rustic Barn is newly renovated with Hickory Floors, New ADA Compliant Bathrooms, Fire Sprinkler System, and comfortable Heat and Air Condition. Services Offered
The 1888 Wedding Barn is a full-service wedding venue that offers on-site catering and wedding planning assistance. Wedding Packages start at $45 pp and can be customizable with Barn Rental Service Fee starts at $2500 with all rentals included. Additional services offered at no extra cost in the wedding packages include:
- Wedding Ceremony Chairs and Arbor
- Full bar service with Bartenders (no extra cost)
- Wedding Reception Setup and Cleanup
- Pressed Table Linens and Napkins
- Plateware, Flatware, and Glassware
- Cocktail Tables, Sweetheart Table, Banquet Tables, and Round Tables
- White Padded Chairs or Elegant Brown Chiavari Chairs
- Paper Lanterns, Pearl White Globe Party Lights, and Mini Jewel Lanterns
- Patio heaters
- Air Condition and Heat (Competitive discriminator)
- COVID-19 Mitigation
The only thing that is not covered in the Wedding Packages is Wedding Officiant, Photographer, Florist, and DJ/Band and we can even help you out with that with our amazing "Do it Yourself" DJ QSC Sound System and PA System.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day!
Paul, Chef Charisa, and their wonderful team were absolutely amazing. Not only were they all friendly, personable, and professional, but they understood everything my now husband and I were looking for with our wedding and suggested ideas that helped to reassure us and give us peace of mind. Beautiful inside the barn and out, well maintained, and made our wedding day a dream come true. The food was DELICIOUS, my friends and family kept raving about it! Thank you for working with us each step of the way. Truly outstanding!!!

Spectacular venue & total wedding package!
Thank you for making Saturday such a special day for our daughter and son-in-law. The 1888 Wedding Barn was beautiful, clean and a refreshing experience from start to finish. The food provided by Gourmet in a Pinch was absolutely delicious and every staff member on hand was extremely professional. Thank you again for everything.

Perfect Venue
The 1888 Barn is absolutely beautiful! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception here. Paul was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. Can we just tell you how amazing the food is?! Charissa really out does herself. They both helped personal out day. It was perfect!
