Talitha was recommended to us by a former client who Talitha had done a wedding for. We loved the style presented on the website, and as a same-sex couple were reassured to see she had also photographed gay weddings, making us feel safe and comfortable to see if she would take our wedding. We had a very easy Zoom meeting with her to discuss our vision and plan for the day. We were glad to secure our date with a reasonable downpayment. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had an additional call to finalize details and key shots we hoped to get. The day of, Talitha came with an incredible team who worked together seamlessly. They clearly are very experienced working together to efficiently manage lighting and we had a second-shooter as well. Many people commented how professional the team was. The initial photos we have seen are gorgeous and timeless treasures. We are beyond thrilled with these memories being captured so artistically. The communication with Talitha was efficient and comfortable during the whole experience. The pricing is very clear on the website as well which made planning easier. We would highly recommend this photographer to anyone, and especially to same-sex couples who want to work with someone who feels like an ally.

Thankfully, my soon to be fiancée’s best friend informed me that the surprise engagement would include a photographer! At age 62, I had less than a week to hire a make-up artist and hair stylist in Santa Fe on Christmas Eve- yikes! I am so lucky that Madeline was not on a film shoot and quickly answered that she could do both in less than 2 hours’ sitting time! She was right on time to my room at Bishop’s lodge. She inquired about my needs, dress and style, and then became creative! She even created me a personal lipstick color which I lost in my excitement, so not pictured, but appreciated! When I asked for slightly more dramatic eyes, she was quick to apply just the right amount. We laughed as she remembered that the definition of dramatic is different to Texans. She was an absolute pleasure to talk with and gave me a ton of skincare tips, too. Hair-wise: Madeline looked at a few of my formal hair pics from the past and asked what I liked about certain ones. Then, before you know it, my hair was pulled back on the sides and perfectly curled. I was blown away when I saw the back of my hair in the engagement pics. I strongly recommend Madeline’s Magic (which I think should be the name of her company) for both hair and make-up. If you can get a spot on her busy calendar, you will be so thrilled with the results!

Walter Burke Catering was an amazing choice for our special day! Honestly the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. The whole team was a dream to work with and helped us create a menu that fit our dietary needs and budget perfectly. The chef is so talented. I couldn't recommend them more!

Our wedding was April 20, 2024 and Alex and the team did an absolutely stunning job with our wedding flowers! Every arrangement was beautifully crafted, with attention to every little detail. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and added the perfect touch to our special day. Alex really listened to our vision and brought it to life beyond what we imagined. We couldn’t have asked for a more talented and professional florist. Thank you for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Beautiful beautiful flowers and arrangements! I highly recommend Artichokes and Pomegranates if you are looking for wedding flowers! They worked endlessly with me to get flowers in my budget and with the vision I was hoping! Thank you Shannon for always responding and being so helpful with my many many questions! You created the perfect arrangements for my bridesmaids and I and the ceremony flowers!! I can not recommend them enough!

We really didn’t know what to expect with our DJ as we’d been to other weddings that seemed like the DJ could be a little hit or miss, but with Justin, it was a hit!! He did such a phenomenal job. Things got so hectic leading up to the wedding that we hadn’t had a chance to talk prior to our wedding. We filled out our online questionnaire/profile and just hoped for the best. Justin certainly delivered! The music was spot on, the transitions between different songs we requested, to particular covers of songs, he nailed it. We had many guests who had never done La Marcha before and we weren’t sure how it would go over, but he set it up perfectly. Our guests loved it and so did we! Hands down would book with Complete a billion times over!

What a sweet little flower shop! I have used Amanda's for years and am always very pleased with the result. Their flowers are fresh, artfully arranged, and priced fairly. If you need flowers for any occasion in Santa Fe, NM, Amanda's is the place to go.

I not only ordered my wedding cake from ABC Cake Shop and Bakery but also the cupcakes for my bridal shower and both desserts exceeded my expectations! They were both so beautiful and came out perfect! We had multiple meetings and enjoyed the cake tasting and having all of our questions answered and our ideas listened to! Our cake was so delicious I can hardly wait for our anniversary cake which will be a combination of both my favorite and my husband’s favorite flavor!

I took my wedding dress here to be steam cleaned. It got very wrinkly since I had to stuff it into a carry-on suit case. They finished with it in only 2 1/2 days and came in at half the price I was expecting! They even helped me bring it to the car since it would have been difficult for me to lay it out without wrinkling it again. I also did not realize that the dress had a bunch of loose pieces with it (beads and extra ribbon). They took extra care to save those pieces and put them in an extra baggie to make sure that I got them back. I would love to get my after-wedding dress cleaning done here too but I left town too soon. I just hope to be able to find a place as quick and competent as this place again.
