Sweet Butter Baking is a certified and licensed bakery in Albuquerque. It’s owned by Andrea Schulte, who is also a Baking & Pastry Instructor at a culinary school and is the former owner of the New Mexico Pie Company.

Andrea has over 20 years’ experience as a pastry chef and her passion is to make the most delicious and beautiful cakes and desserts. She makes everything by hand, from scratch with only the best ingredients!

Sweet Butter Baking offers Custom Made Wedding Cakes, uniquely tailored to each couple’s taste and style. Andrea will work with your vision, style, theme, and colors to make your unique wedding cake into a reality. Andrea has several cake flavor menu choices from a classic Very Vanilla, Lemon Raspberry, Honey Lavender, New Mexico Pink Champagne, to Caramel Mocha Latte, and Chocolate Raspberry. There are many other cake flavor choices, as well as signature French Macarons, Heart Shaped Biscochitos, and more listed on the website.

Sweet Butter Baking also offers an online shop with a selection of signature styled Ready to Order Cakes that you can order for your wedding, elopement, anniversary, birthday, etc. You can order these ahead, or the week of your event! Andrea has made it easy to order and purchase a cake online for a smooth process, which includes the delivery. You can also opt to order a cake from their ready-to-order designs, which include beautiful decorative touches, such as textured buttercream, dot borders, or contemporary edible gold paint. You can choose from a selection of sizes and flavors for these cakes.
