We are Maura Jane Photography. A traveling team of wedding photography chicks who truly love what we do. We believe every couple deserves an amazing wedding photography experience, and the relationships we have created with our couples last far beyond the wedding day. While our editing style is bright and timeless, our shooting style is lighthearted, romantic and fun! We are based in the southwest but are available for travel worldwide, and would be so honored to capture your beautiful love story. Our goal is to not only capture memories for our clients but to create an experience they will never forget.

The Best Photographer!

Where to begin…ahhhh to say Maura knocked it out of the park with our photos would be the understatement of the year. After following her work for a few years, I knew she was talented but my gosh! She captured our special day so beautifully! Every photo is one of my favorites! I am blown away every time I see our wedding photos. I look at them and instantly feel like I’m back in that moment. I feel the love and joy, feel the laughter, feel all the feels! Her photos truly captured every special moment of the day, and then some! So many details I wasn’t able to appreciate while in the midst of things and yet she captured them with so much beauty! I could go on and on with how beautiful our photos came out and how much they mean to us!! We will cherish these photos forever!! *tears of joy*

Spectacular photos from an incredible team

Maura and her team were a joy to work with. Maura’s photos are absolutely beautiful and speak for themselves. She is such a talented photographer and her light, airy, and romantic style leaves you with timeless photos that you will treasure. Not only is Maura’s photography top-of-the-line, but she is also amazing to work with. I felt entirely supported by her throughout our entire wedding process. She provided countless recommendations for various vendors and was quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed advice. Maura and Hannah were also the perfect addition to our wedding day. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and made taking our portraits a fun and memorable part of our day. We had a blast hanging out with them and I felt like they were old friends by the end of the night.

Best in the Southwest!!

Maura and her kick-ass female crew were absolutely amazing for our engagement photos and wedding photos. But the thing was, she not only took THE MOST AMAZING pictures ever.. she helped me with my timeline for the day of, sent this beautiful book on pretty much “how to be a bride” (I needed all the help I could get!), answered ALL of my questions (picture related and not), and just completely made me so comfortable on my wedding day and leading up to it. I truly hired the best I could when it comes to something I will literally have forever… pictures of the most special moments of my life. Thank you times a million Maura, Hannah, and crew. You girls make such an impact on so many people’s lives without even knowing it!

Awesome team and beautiful/stunning photos!

Maura and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! When first selecting a photographer for our wedding, we knew right away that we had to have the MJP Team capture our special day! We were one of the unfortunate couples that had to postpone our wedding and Maura and her team were extremely flexible in adjusting our wedding date.

The photos that Maura and Sarah captured of our special day were truly the most beautiful photos and the memories that each photo holds is timeless!!! Maura's photos help us RELIVE the BEST DAY of OUR LIVES each and every single day. We will definitely have the MJP Family take photos of all our future memories :) - Melanie G.

Amazing quality and fun

Maura and Hannah were our photographers for our wedding day. They are both so fun to be around. Maura is wonderful at what she does. She captured every detail beautifully. Not only were they amazing photos they were so fast at getting us our photos back. We are having trouble deciding which photos to print, because there are so many great ones (which is a good problem to have I suppose :) )

The Best Photographer in New Mexico

Maura is a amazing! You will not find a more professional, sweet and caring individual. We hired her for our wedding day and we also took our engagement session with her and believe me, we were so nervous about having our pictures taken. We would talk about it all the time, practice our posing and we would get so frustrated because we weren't happy with out home practice. She reassured us both prior to the session, helped ease our nerves and then found a way for us to just go with the flow during our photos. We've gotten several prints already and we were speechless by the beautiful lighting she caught, the small details she took during our shoot and has made us feel so much more confident for our wedding day! We are so excited that she is apart of our wedding day!

The best of the best!

Where do I even begin? If I could give Maura ten stars, I would! When I started the search for my wedding photographer I knew that I had to hire Maura strictly based off the pictures I had seen from her other weddings. She was the first vendor we hired and it was one of the best decisions we made! Maura was an absolute joy to work with- she is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and organized. Maura and her assistant Kayla were so helpful on our wedding day. They kept us on track and captured the most perfect pictures throughout the day! The turnaround time for the photos was so fast (even during peak wedding season) and the photos were AMAZING. I could not have dreamt of a better photographer. Maura is truly a gift to the New Mexico wedding industry and I would recommend her to any bride.

I can’t say enough about how AMAZING Maura’s work is! When we did our engagement pictures we were both a little nervous but Maura made us feel so comfortable and our pictures were beautiful! Then when the wedding came we were already comfortable around her and it made the day that much easier. Maura and her team do absolutely beautiful work and I am IN LOVE with our wedding pictures!! I have received so many compliments on our pictures and I would recommend Maura Jane Photography to everyone!! Thank you thank you thank you for your amazing work!

Maura is the absolute best wedding photographer. Every picture she takes is stunningly gorgeous. I met with several photographers, but once I met with Maura and saw her photos, I knew immediately I wanted to hire her. Maura and Kayla both photographed our wedding. All of the pictures are absolutely amazing. Now my husband and I will be able to look back on every perfect moment from our day. I normally think I'm not photogenic at all, but Maura took so many pictures that I love. In addition to having the highest quality work product, Maura is also incredibly nice and responsive. I just can't speak highly enough of Maura Jane Photography.

Where do I even begin?! Maura work is incredible, and speaks for itself. It is timeless, romatinc, wimsical, and everything my husband and Inwere looking for. Finding someone like this was a gem in the midst of the typical southwestern style. So of course, we called her. And booked her for our May wedding. However, three months before we decided to elope in Iceland instead. We called her, and she moved a few things and found us a weekend she was available! Not only did she travel the globe for us, but she did research on places that we hadn't found ourselves! She braved the cold and wind for the most stunning photos I have ever seen. I don't think we'd be as happy if anyone else did our photos. She is so kind and thoughtful and compassionate. We loved her so much, we will be recommending her to EVERYONE check out our wedding photos!!
