We absolutely were amazed by Tasteful Events by Tomas and Cassie Jones one of the senior coordinators. Our wedding would not have happened as perfectly as it did with out them in the mix. We reached out in desperate need in the final week before the wedding due to many other hiccups with vendors and they jumped on the task with no hesitation. Helped us with all the issues leading up to the event and then on the day stepped up in a way I could not have imagined. Cassie showed up ready to work, grabbed everything she could with out much direction and made everything happen seamlessly considering we had family friends helping and no true vendors. Then during the event she was always around when needed, handled issues with confidence, and made sure that it was handled with no stress to me or my husband. She even helped manage my mothers stress as best possible and she is a hard working German woman that is a do it your self kind woman. Then to cap it all off she stayed after the event and made sure all the food was cleaned up, stayed way late into the night helping with dishes and all necessary tasks even after we were in bed. If I were to ever consider another event regardless of the size I would hire them in a heartbeat and a lot earlier then we did. Only regret of my entire wedding was that I didn't hire them in the beginning of the planning period.

Best advise for a wedding I can give knowing what I know now: Hire a wedding planner/day of coordinator even if you don't think you need it and second piece of advice HIRE THIS VENDOR.

They are truly amazing and will refer them 100000000000000x over!!!!

Tomas is amazing! He will work with you to make your event exactly what you want it to be.
We started with a different event coordinator for our wedding venue and with her it was basically, "what you see is what you get." Tomas later took over and he went above and beyond to make sure we had an ideal wedding experience. He even took care of last minute things that we hadn't even considered. Also, he was very budget conscious and we never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us.
We really just can't say enough good things about him!

When my husband and I decided to tie the knot I started looking for vendors that did wedding planning. Tomas was very highly recommend because of all the experience he had in event planning . Having Tomas made my wedding planning go smoothly and stress free . He was there by my side to find the perfect vendors and get the best out of our budget as well. On the day of the wedding he was there by our side setting up, picking up our flowers, making sure we were all on time, and doing everything he could to make our day go smoothly! Tasteful events by Tomas helped make this day perfect. I highly recommend this event planner! We can't explain how happy we are to have choose Tomas . He has so much knowledge and experience in this business.

In June 2014 my partner and I decided to travel to Santa Fe to get married. A friend of a friend recommended Tomas to us and we were very satisfied. He had very helpful suggestions on the ceremony, but was completely open to our adaptations. He also helped us scout out a location. Total satisfaction! I can honestly recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant.

We honestly cannot think of how our day would have been as perfect as it was without having Tomas. At the end of the day, we both couldn't believe how smooth everything went and believe it was because of Tomas. He is very organized and keeps you on a great time line. You can tell this is something he truly loves doing and can tell he has been doing it for many years. I would not recommend anybody else!

We were very happy that we used Tomas, the wedding would not have happened without him. He handled the unexpected rain for our outdoor ceremony very well.

We hired Cassie from Tasteful Events by Tomas for our Santa Fe elopement, and it was the best decision we could have made. We reached out to Tomas' company about 6 weeks before we ideally wanted to show up and get married, and Cassie was just brilliant. Not at all thrown for a loop by our short timeline, she took it all in and ran with it, when we told her we wanted everything but the audience--hotel, ceremony venue, cake, flowers and photographer. She helped us find everything we needed and stayed on top of every detail right up until our wedding. We trusted her to hold our 8 month old baby while we got married, if that tells you anything about how we felt about her! Cassie is warm, kind, patient (but has the right sense of urgency about wedding details!), and just all-around great at this work. If anything even started to look like it might go off the rails, she was on it before we could blink. We'd hire her again in a heartbeat!

We had a day of the wedding service. It was such a stress reducer! Tomas and Maria were practically invisible, kept things running smoothly and right on schedule! They set up our decorations, and packed everything up after the wedding. Maria delivered all decorations the following day. Great service, recommend them highly.

We were amazed to see so many changes do to weather in the last 48 hours of the event. Yet he pull if off as if everything went as planned.

The fist coordinator in my 20 years in the industry that has proven to handle last minute changes with such style.
