Kelly and Lauren are extremely professional and talented. It was so nice to not have to stress about doing my own hair and make-up on my special day! I was able to tell them what my vision was, and they made it happen. Kelly and Lauren also had great recommendations for what I wanted. They were so responsive to my messages and questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and professional make-up and hair artist team!

NVS Bridal & Beauty did an amazing job!! I'm so happy I hired NVS Bridal for my wedding! The hair and makeup for myself, my five bridesmaids, MOB, & MOG was beautiful! Candice provided the hair services and Danielle provided the makeup services. They were both so friendly. I had trials with both of them, which helped me to decide on the details for my final look. Their prices are very reasonable and cannot be beat in my opinion. I even had a facial done before my wedding as the salon offers discounts for bridal clients. The only thing I wished would have been provided was a makeup touch up kit at least for the bride. Overall, I was very pleased with their services! I highly recommend NVS Bridal & Beauty!

Sam and her team were absolutely amazing to work with—from the initial planning and contract signing to the trial and every step in between! I even had Sam do my makeup for my bridal shower, and I was just as obsessed with that look as I was with my wedding makeup. Mackenzie created the most gorgeous wedding hairstyle—it was truly to die for! If you’re looking for a hair and makeup team in Maryland (or anywhere they travel), look no further. They made me feel so beautiful on the best day of my life, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of my bridesmaids and our moms loved their looks, and our sneak peek photos turned out stunning. Sam’s makeup artistry is unmatched, and I feel so lucky to have had her and her incredible team be part of my wedding day!

I had the pleasure of working with Kim. I had a bad experience with an online invitation service. The samples were awful and I was desperate to find something in a hurry. I went into the store and explained to Kim what I wanted. Within 20 mins she had customized an invitation for me and it was perfect! I will definitely use Prestons for my Thank you notes!!

Great DJ! Awesome music! Created the perfect Vibe for our Wedding! If you want a DJ who will keep your dance floor packed and the energy high, look no further than DJ Carl Jr. and the Collective DJs! He did an absolute phenomenal job at our wedding. Why DJ Carl Jr. is the Best: Awesome Music & Perfect Vibe: He completely understood what we were looking for and curated the perfect soundtrack for our big day. The transitions were seamless, the song choices were spot-on, and he created an incredible vibe from start to finish. A Truly Great Person: I have actually known Carl for many years, and I can say firsthand that he is truly a great person. He brings so much positivity, passion, and genuine care into everything he does, which made having him as our wedding DJ even more special. He is professional, incredibly talented, and an all-around amazing guy to work with. We used the Main Street Tower for our 60+ people dress rehearsal dinner and the service was impeccable, the food was great, and the price very reasonable. It was a great choice! Mario even turned on the dance lights on at the end of the night which made for an even more memorable evening, which turned into a dance party. Thank you so much!

Heidi and Belinda were a great team! We had planning calls 6 months out, 2 months out for a venue walkthrough, and 1 month out to finalize the timeline and take over communication with our other vendors. Heidi knew our venue incredibly well, which made the final prep seamless. On the wedding day, they helped execute months of our planning and hard work to make it a reality. From timeline management and moving guests to helping with setup and packing up our belongings at the end of the night, they handled it all. Heidi made quick executive decisions to keep the day running flawlessly, and they thoughtfully coordinated with our bridesmaids for quick questions so we could just relax and enjoy our day without being stressed by minor details. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day knowing you are in expert hands, hire the Anchor and Lace team!

I had a total of two maid of honor’s, eight bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and myself to buy jewelry for. This made it very difficult to find the perfect jewelry at the perfect price! I would highly recommend Julie Ellyn Designs to any bride or anyone who just loves jewelry. Julie’s work is EXCEPTIONL!!! The first time we meet, she showed a lot of concern and she really wanted to find exactly what I wanted. I had looked for months and couldn’t find anything in department stores or on-line. However, once Julie started showing me her samples, we are able to create something unique for everyone!! Julie worked very hard to stay within my budget when we were designing the pieces, which meant a lot. She also took the time to get a feel for the details of the wedding, which helped select certain types of jewelry over others. I would highly recommend Julie because her work is made with a lot of thought and detail, as well as made with high quality materials! I as well as the rest of my party still wear the jewelry today…it looks just as good as it did when she first delivered the pieces to me!!! -Karen
