Amazing shoot with beautiful pictures! 😍

Before the photoshoot, my fiancé and I had a call with Tell It Well Photography. It was very helpful since Josh could explain his philosophy and procedures for doing a photoshoot. He was easy to interact with, and very personable too!

When we arrived for the shoot, he walked us through various poses with their names. It helped to set us at ease, and it also helped us throughout the shoot when adjusting for new shots. He set us at ease so that we could have very natural looking pictures. I could tell Josh loved his work; he would show us how the pictures were turning out and point out small artistic flares that we might not have noticed!

We had a great time, and our pictures are SO BEAUTIFUL! We’ve never looked so good!

Lovely experience - highly recommend!

Josh made my wedding pictures a wonderful experience! He was kind, professional, reassuring & very friendly. Photos can be a stressful situation but Josh ensured that it was a fun and creative experience that we genuinely enjoyed! He not only had great ideas for photos but made great use of our very limited time before the ceremony. We had a fantastic experience with Josh & truly cannot recommend him enough!

Our Engagement Session

We couldn't be happier with our engagement photos! From the moment we met Joshua, we felt completely at ease. They took the time to understand our vision and made the whole experience feel natural, fun, and so special. The photos perfectly captured our relationship and we couldn't be more appreciative! Their eye for light, detail, and composition is incredible, and they made our cherry blossom shoot feel like a dream. We’ll treasure these photos forever and truly can’t thank them enough. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only insanely talented but also kind, professional, and a total joy to be around, we can’t recommend Joshua and Tell It Well Photography enough!

Wonderful experience all around!

Joshua did an absolutely marvelous job capturing our big day, working with the occasionally overstimulated bride (guilty!,) shifting nimbly and easily from posed portraiture to more in-the-moment documentary style, and fitting in perfectly with our intimate and offbeat event. His photos came out gorgeously and we will treasure these incredible memories for the rest of our lives. He had some brilliant ideas for shots that came out amazingly well! Multiple guests pointed out how wonderfully he fit into the day - never obtrusive, always friendly and upbeat, and managed to get some of the best photos I've ever seen of many of my friends and family. If I could give Josh, Elizabeth and Tell It Well 20 out of 5 stars, I would!

The Absolute Best

I would 100% recommend Tell It Well Photography to anyone looking for a wedding or engagement photographer. Josh and Lizzie were professional and knowledgeable from our first email inquiry to the moment we received our finished photos. Josh made us feel comfortable on the day of the wedding, and our photos are absolutely perfect. The price was amazing for two photographers and for the quality of images that we received. We can't recommend them enough!

Captured the feeling of the day

Best wedding photography team!! Our hope was to find a wedding photographer that could capture more than just the events of the day, but also the feelings of the day. We just had our one year anniversary and looking back at all of the pictures brought all of the nervous, excited, happy feelings and emotions flooding back! 1000% recommend Elizabeth and Joshua. They were so kind, fun, helpful and were able to capture the day without drawing attention away from guests. Friends and family absolutely loved the photos!

Absolutely phenomenal!!

Josh and Liz were amazing!! From the very beginning to end they are great at helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera and can get absolutely every amazing moment captured!! Our engagement shoot was so fun and easy. Our wedding photos came out fantastic! Best possible choice we could’ve made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing!!!
