My husband and I were just married there on March 20, 2012! It was far better than I had even dreamed. We were married in their outdoor pavillion and it was well worth the upgrade...it was so beautiful! We also used their violinist for our music and it was incredible, he was even able to play "Marry Me" by Train on the violin. We had the reception there as well and I wouldn't CHANGE A THING. Everyone was amazing during the reception. The DJ got EVERYONE on the dance floor and played a great selection of music. Our maitre d' doted on us and made sure that I got to eat my dinner. When he caught me mingling instead of eating he actually sat down in my groom's chair and kept me company so that I would finish (I told him that I didn't want to eat alone, lol). Oh! We also used their photobooth, which is a definite MUST if you get married there! Everyone loved it!

All in all Victoria's Family was wonderful to work with and I couldn't be happier with the way our day turned out. Everything was perfect, even way beyond my expectations! The food and cake was yummy and the bartender was generous ;-)

We could not have asked for anything more!!

Everyone keeps complimenting our wedding and telling us how much fun they had, so thank you Victoria's Family!

Victoria's Family is amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating. Anything I needed help on or questions they answered briskly and in detail. They walked me through everything, being my first wedding. If there was a hiccup with anything at all they fixed it before it was even an issue. I recommend them very highly. Everything turned out more spectacular than I planned. The food was great. And everyone was brilliant and very nice.

I had my wedding and reception at Victoria's Family and it was beyond perfect. They were great to work with and did all the work for me. All I had to do was pick out what options I wanted. You are given a maitre d' on the day of your wedding and mine was great. He always made sure we had a drink in our hands and did everything in his power to make sure we were happy. Although I don't have much of a dancing family, the DJ was great and was able to accomidate our requests. My husband had a surprise dance that he and his friends did at the reception that he didn't tell anyone about. The DJ was great with it and you never would have know that it wasn't planned. The decor at the reception was beautiful! The food was fantastic as well. I couldn't believe how great it was and my family couldn't get enough of it. The only con I would have with this venue is the wedding ceremony room. I wasn't a fan of the painted cloud ceiling but other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone! My husband and I are both in the military and needed a place that our families could come to and also have some fun. I researched tons of places in the Las Vegas area and this was by far the best place for the money

We just got married at Victoria's on 01/21/2012 and we are pleased with the service rendered to us. Amber was my coordinator and she gave attention to details of our requests. Our minister (Rev. Roger) did such a wonderful ceremony, our guests were so touched how he conducted the service. All our guests was raving how delicous the foods were. Our Matre D, Pat was so nice and made sure we had food on our table. The DJ (Tiny) was soooo cool, he played most of our requested songs and our guests had fun partying that night. Kevin was there to make sure things run smoothly. It was well organized, and our event wouldn't be such a success without the help of Victoria's family staffs.
If you want a wedding without a stress, we highly recommend Victoria's and guaranteed they will take care of all your needs/requests. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our event.

I was married at Victoria's last month and we had a blast. The food was amazing. The DJ I think his name was Josh was so much fun, he had all of my guest dancing. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process of planning my wedding. Amber, my planner answered all of my questions and kept me from completely stressing out. I had such a perfect day. Thank you!

I rarely write a review on anything. BUT being that a wedding is such an important date I wanted to share my review with everyone.

A+++

Doug was the one who started it all off. He was AMAZING and the whole staff from start to end was great. Not one mistake or bad thing to say about them. The Dj, food, cake, bar, everything was AMAZING our person thru the night was PATRICK.. He was the BEST ever, I mean he was on it.

Thanks you all for an amazing time and great service!

Got married at Victorias in October in the outdoor gazebo with a reception to follow in the embassy terrace. Overall, everything was great. The ceremony was beautiful, great photos, great dj, pretty good food. We got our own cake so cant speak for that.

My only complaints would be that after the ceremony, there is a 20-30 minute delay till the cocktail hour. So it was kinda odd having all the guests watch us take pics, and you could tell everyone was antsy to get into the banquet room. And it was a little chilly, so my now husband took his grandmother to the banquet room so she could warm up. After he left, they kinda yelled at her saying she had to get out of the room. A few other guests told me they got "yelled at" by staff. They must have to be strict to keep everyone in line and on time? But still seems kind of unprofessional to me.

And the other odd thing was they moved all our stuff from the bridal room to behind our wedding table. We had bags with clothes, my huge slip, etc all on the ground behind us at dinner. My maid of honor quickly fixed that problem and moved everything back with some help.

And lastly, apparently our guests didnt get to go back to buffet for seconds because food was put away too quick. Not a huge deal, but it did seem a bit rushed. And I also remember my beef being cold so was not crazy good, but pretty good overall(chicken marsala was awesome!)

Other than those minor details, it was great! John Foster and Jasmine were amazing to work with, so quick to respond, cheery, helpful. I had a lot of "diy projects" favors, programs, etc and they set them all up nicely! I would definetly recommend- I would just advise to talk to them about gap between ceremony and cocktail hour, have a plan for your stuff left in bridal room or it will be at your reception, and also speak up about giving enough time for guests to eat.

We got married at Graceland Chapel and had our reception at Victoria's.

WE actually originally booked our Reception at "The Ritz of Las Vegas" but they went bankrupt, so Victoria took it upon themselves to seemlessly take over the duty of making our wedding reception a HUGE success.

It turns out we could not have been more fotunate. We had 30 guests who all had an absolute blast. Peoples comments were that it is the BEST wedding they have every been too.

If you are considering getting married and havnig a reception in Vegas, Victorias should be your number one choice.

They really know how to look after everyone. The food served was plentiful and tastey. The DJ was awesome. The room and decor superb!
The cake, not only looked stunning, it was absolutley delicious!

I cannot say enough about how personable they are at Victoria's. They made myself and my wife feel like the most special people on earth that day.

My husband and I were married on September 25th and I must say that booking with Victoria's Family was the absolute best thing we could have done! Victoria's took care of EVERYTHING for us. We had an outdoor ceremony and our reception in embassy terrace. From the moment we booked wit Victoria's, we were literally treated like family rather than customers. April and Jasmine were there every single step of the way. They answered all of my emails promptly and always made me feel better when I started getting anxious about something petty. They did everything EXACTLY how we wanted and when we walked into the reception hall, we were blown away at how beautiful everything looked! Our wedding was perfect. The food was amazing, the dj was great and kept everyone on the dance floor and really made the wedding personal. I requested April as our Maitre D and she did a FANTASTIC job! The cake was fabulous too! I'm sad that we have to wait a whole year to dive into it again. Please do not hesitate with Victoria's Family. You won't be disappointed!

This place has everything you need! Both my husband and I work in the hospitality business and just wanted a place that did the whole kit and kaboodle so we didn't have to worry about anything! From Martha to Jasmine and everyone we were so very pleased with all the aspects of our wedding.
They held a very bewildered groom by the hand and assured him it would be quick, smooth and easy.
Our personal maitre d was amazing, our glasses were never empty and food was always at our table.
Just an overall smooth, worry-free, fun wedding. Thank you!

We got married on 9/10/11 at 7:00pm at the Embassy Terrace. Granted it was a pretty popular day these are the pros and cons of what we thought about our wedding, we still had an amazing time at Victoria's. All our guest had fun and it was pretty amazing day.

CONS
Photographer ( Got in way of taking pics , She got in the way trying to take really bad pictures of people walking down the which she did not even get the whole party waling down the aisle, I did not even get to see the bride walk down the aisle. She did not know how to take pictures, we got of pictures that were blurry or overexposed because there was something in the way, people with eyes closed, We had to direct her on what pictures to take, and what poses we should do, she was a young blonde chick, words can not describe how much me and our bride hated her. My bride said that when she first met her, she came into the bridal changing room and just stood there until my bride had to ask her if she could take pictures of her and the other bridesmaids.)

Ceremony ( we were told that our cocktail hour was in the same hour as our ceremony, so we made our ceremony short since we didnt want a long ceremony and wanted to get straight to partying, so when our ceremony was over our reception room wasn't ready and had to wait 30mins for it to be set up, so to kill for time I don't know why they did this but it made us look completely stupid but after we walked down the aisle after we kissed we met our wedding planner Julio and his assistant, they asked if we were alright which we were, but then they made us and our bridal party walk BACK UP the aisle and wait there, we had no idea what was going on or anything nobody was telling us anything and no direction at all what so ever, we felt so stupid standing in front of all 120 people doing nothing at the alter...)

Communication ( when we were told the room was ready people started walking towards the room and they told them no one could go in yet, we had no idea what was going on. )

Planner (We originally worked with Martha , who was AMAZING throughout the whole thing, answered all our questions and gave us great ideas, we trusted her with everything, then the day before we got a different planner who we met only once but at a bridal show, Julio , He was good, but didn't know what our plans were unlike Martha, so it was difficult to figure out stuff. )

April (We came in to do our 1 month review before the wedding, the whole time she was yawing like she didnt care about anything, not great customer service, every interaction we had with her before , she just sounded rude. )

Pros

Decorations (We really thought it was going to be very cheesy but it wasn't, It came out really amazing. We had purple table covers and white napkins, and candelabras on all 13 tables. We had our own candy bar buffet table, and they set it up for and did an amazing job on it, everyone loved it and though it was nicely done.)

Music/DJ (We didn't want to have some cheesy DJ and I was worried that no one was going to get up and dance, but our DJ was great, his name I think was Tony??, He saved our reception because I had brought in our own music on CDs because they don't let you bring in your own ipod , but apparently the CDs didn't work !! Yeah I was like CRAP !!! but the DJ went on iTunes and downloaded all the random music that we had and played it and added some extra awesome stuff in it as well, everyone was up and dancing and having a great time.)

Food/Drinks ( Food was great , we had a buffet at our reception and it came out great. All the food was great and everyone had something they could find to eat, we had a few vegans and one gluten free person, they had no problems whatsoever. We also went through 3 kegs for the entire night and it wasn't a problem for them at all, we had free beer, wine, coffee, soda and juice, which helped out)

Matradee (Mike I think ?) ( He was great, he got everything that we wanted, brought our dinner to us , made sure that we had drinks, and made sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to be. )

Cake ( 1 word , AWESOME !!!!!!!! , it came out way better than we expected, 5 tier cake decorated beatifully with the purple ribbon around it and the purple flowers that Martha recommended came out amazing !! the picture that they have online doesn't do it justice at all, we were so busy with taking pictures and talking to everyone that we didn't even get to eat a piece but I guess that is what the 1 year ann. is for.)

Price ( We paid almost 10,000 for our package and upgrades and we got our moneys worth, its basically we got what we pay for. If you want a wedding on a budget this is the place to do it at. It was a lot of pros and cons but we had a great time and our guest all told us it was super fun. )

Planner ( MARTHA was GREAT !!!! We can not express how helpful and great Martha was. Her recommendations were and turned out great. She knew what she was doing and actually made us feel at home. We wished she could of been there with us the day of but we don't know what happened or why they gave us Julio, although he was pretty awesome and made us feel clam the day of. We just felt more at ease with Martha helping us throughout the whole thing. )

We planned my daughters wedding from Toronto, Canada and although looking at the website was beautiful, we were not certain about what the venue would actually look like on her special day. All I can say is that from the moment we all stepped out of the limo at Victoria's site, we were extremely impressed with every single detail that had been taken care of. The night turned out fantastic! The food was great and again, there was no detail overlooked. My daughter upgraded her flowers to the calla lily arrangements and I didn't even think to change the guy's boutenneires. Well, when I arrived at the wedding spot, there they were and the boutenneires were indeed calla lily's (thank you again to our co-ordinator Jasmine for her attention to detail). I regrefully do not recall all the names of everyone we crossed paths with that day but from Jasmine the co-ordinator, to Kevin the Maitre'd, the DJ, all the wait staff and the minister, a great big THANKS from all of us. Their wedding day could not have been any more special - a very elegant and intimate day for all of us - If you have booked Victoria's and are feeling uneasy at all, please try and put your worries aside. If your day turns out as special as our's did, you will feel extremely satisfied!

When my husband and I were planning on getting married he suggested Las Vegas. I really did NOT want the cliche of the Vegas wedding, but for the sake of getting all of our family to attend we knew we had to do it where its cheap to travel. I hit the internet and started researching. I found Victoria's read the reviews and called and spoke with JULIO GUZMAN! Julio was helping me through most of the planning and I planned an entire wedding with his guidance in three months. I must admit I was still very afraid that I would end up with the "Vegas" wedding. I made all of my finals with Martha, which was a wonderful help in making the last minute decisions. The day before my wedding I met with Julio and he showed me around the grounds, I was suprise at how beautiful the place was in person. On my wedding day I was very afraid of how things would turn out since there was no rehearsal, the minister Rev Robert Greer (amazing man!) guided us through everything without a hitch! The ceremony was perfect, our guests thought that we had rehearsed. The reception was perfect, the food was AMAZING, and the Maitre d April was FABULOUS!!!! The wait staff did an outstanding job, making sure all of our guests were taken care of. My husband and I were waited on hand and foot. JULIO, APRIL and MARTHA were wonderful!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Chad and Jenifer Livingston August 6, 2011!

Victorias Family wedding chapel had it all together for us. It is a stressful time planning a wedding and they were there every step of the way. Anytime we had a question, it was answered promptly and to our satisfaction. When the wedding day came, we were very confident that the wedding itself was going to run flawlessly...and it did. Our family and friends had comments like, "it was a perfect wedding", "the food was great", "the DJ and dancing was awesome" etc. Again, thanks so much Victorias Family and especially Latasha Porter who was our planner. Hats off to you and Victorias Family.

We got married at Victoria's Wedding Chapel May 13, 2011. John Foster was our coordinator and he made our experience from planning to the wedding day an amazing experience. We are from Canada and I totally relied on their website for pictures and deion of their services to book our wedding and I was not disappointed. A few days before the wedding I had a chance to see the Chapel and Cocktail Room where our reception was being held and it was so beautiful I was in tears. They took care of absolutely all of the details. If your looking to have an upscale classy wedding that offers all inclusive packages for an affordable price this definitely the venue you should choose. The staff, decor, DJ and food was awesome and they created such wonderful wedding memories that we never forget. We would highly recommend them!!!
