Resorts World Las Vegas is a brand new luxury resort and wedding venue located in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. We opened in summer 2021, this resort offers state-of-the-art amenities, A-list entertainment, and unique wedding venues. Facilities and Capacity
Resorts World Las Vegas offers soon-to-be-newlyweds a mix of both indoor and outdoor venues where couples can host nuptials of all styles. The resort can host events and grand occasions with up to 5,000 guests. The resort also has a rooftop terrace that can be configured for ceremonies and receptions, and which overlooks the breathtaking Las Vegas Strip. Additionally, numerous other amenities can be enjoyed by couples and their guests over the wedding weekend. These include a state-of-the-art theater featuring top-notch performers and residencies, over 25 retail stores, and more than 40 food and beverage outlets. A seven-pool complex includes the first-ever infinity pool overlooking the city, while a luxurious spa is available for the wedding party to pamper themselves.

Thee Best Experience
My hubs and I were the first couple to be wedded at RWLV and I wish I can relive that experience all over again. Loved every part of it — planning, pre-partying, celebrating, post-partying, relaxing, and eating!! We got married on Aug. 1, 2021 and we still have fam/friends talking about it being “the best wedding” they’ve been to and how “it was so much fun” and that the “food was so good.” We literally did everything at RWLV and didn’t leave the property that weekend. Surprisingly, there was so much to do! I didn’t even have time to gamble the whole time I was there. (So many food choices, so many pools, so many bars!) Also, there are different spots to choose from to have a ceremony and/or reception. We decided to have both ceremony and reception in the Lily Ballroom and Terrace. The space was absolutely stunning!

Jackie Powell was our first point of contact at RWLV as a Weddings and Celebrations Mngr. She has tons of experience and her talent definitely showed. Jackie truly was amazing and my favorite person to work with. She gave us a tour of the property (while being built) and helped me and the hubs see our vision. She recommended vendors that really suited our wants and needs — they were fantastic and affordable! We felt comfortable with her from the beginning, which put us at ease for choosing RWLV. Jackie’s passion for the industry showed in her personality and work. Hubs and I were so happy to work with her.
Katie Hagenmaier is the Exec. Meetings Mngr for Catering and Conference Srvcs. AKA the best in the biz! She was our main point of contact while onsite. She really did wonders to make sure everything went exactly as planned with the floorplan layout, vendor set up, food, etc. (OMG the food was amazing! We had a custom menu and they were so easy to work with and mindful of our budget.)
Ashley Kozell was the intern that was by my side the day (afternoon) of. She was so helpful. Our little chats really calmed me because I was so nervous that day. Grateful for her!
Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with. They ALL went ABOVE AND BEYOND, making the whole experience fun, memorable, and perfect! They were so supportive and involved — the wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them part of the team! Jackie and Katie offered so much help, I could tell they really cared about us and wanted us to have the best experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!
