A short distance from the bright, urban Las Vegas Strip, The Grove in Nevada offers enchanting and peaceful gardens for weddings. Exchange vows under the towering trees or alongside a romantic pond while enjoying nature in seclusion, far from the bustle of the city. The lush outdoor spaces coupled with the staff’s exceptional service makes this a memorable wedding location.
Facilities and Capacity
The Grove has three separate indoor and outdoor spaces for wedding celebrations. The venue can accommodate up to 200 individuals. Say “I do” in the Almond Orchard or beneath the waterfront arbor. The grounds are elegantly manicured and the gardens boast palms, flowering shrubbery, and a vintage-style wooden gazebo. Depending on the size of the wedding, they have two indoor reception spaces, the Grand Garden Room and the Garden Terrace Room. Both are light and airy with a soft yellow hue and wood beams. Their venue can be used for both the ceremony and the reception or just the reception depending on your needs.
Officiant and planning services are available to help you sort through all the logistics. Couples may also use their dressing room for wedding preparations. For the reception, tables, chairs, napkins, and linens are all provided, as is a head table for the special couple. Dinnerware and silverware can also be provided for your convenience. A DJ for the event and a photographer for the ceremony may be present to keep the party lively and capture the most sentimental moments.
The expert chefs can craft an array of sumptuous meals to serve to your guests. Beef bourguignon and herb buttered chicken are among the succulent entree choices. Side dishes include classic favorites such as pasta, potatoes, and a varied selection of vegetable dishes. The cuisine is served in a buffet style with two entrees, two sides, and a salad. Finish off the wedding’s meal with a personalized cake and raise your glasses with a champagne toast.

A dream come true..even in the time of Covid
At first I had to tell myself to be ok with not having over 65 guests, then I had to tell myself to be prepared in possibly having 50 guests. Then I had to mentally prepare myself that my Wedding may not happen, as our governor continues to make changes .
The coordinators have been straightforward and honest with me the whole time. However, you need to be the one that reaches out about questions/concerns. Time is of the essence. When our governor decided to make weekly changes and possibly cut down gathering size to more, I immediately reached out to Nancy who gave me wedding dates that were earlier in the month, and we talked options.
I pushed my wedding date from September 6th, 2020 to August, 22nd, 2020. I now only had two weeks to make it happen. Luckily my family and friends were all able to make the accommodations, flight changes to come.
The most stressful part about it all is the unknown. I will say that Nancy did an AMAZING job taking control with only two weeks out and keeping me on schedule of what is needed, and what is not needed. She knows what she is doing, is straight to the point, and just fun to talk to and have around.
Wedding day comes and it was a dream. I was only able to have 50 guests but it seemed to work out better this way. We had such an intimate wedding full of love. Everything was perfect. The setup was how I wanted, the food, the drinks. DJ Francisco was amazing!!!!! He kept everyone entertained. We had mostly Spanish speaking guests, so if you want a Spanish music DJ, BOOK HIM!!!!! Nancy and Ariel were both there that day and kept everyone rocking and rolling.
There was absolutely no complaint I would give to the Grove for my Wedding Day. It was magical. I felt like I was in a different world despite all that is going on. I still feel blessed to have been able to have it. My OCD walls came down. I only wish i would have booked more time!!!!!!
To brides that are booked and are unsure of what to do, just hang on. The coordinators cannot control guest size by the governors mandates. Be sure to reach out and have those conversations with the coordinators to prepare yourselves ahead of time as well as discuss cancellation policies, rebooking, etc. Be ok with a smaller guest size. It actually is really beautiful!!!
To brides considering booking, BOOK. Plan ahead. Hopefully things will change with covid by next year.
*If you are wondering about social distancing, yes you have to follow their guidelines. Yes, masks are required. But I would rather be safe than sorry. The social distancing and mask requirement did not stop my guests from having fun, and it did not stop our wedding. Now we have a story to tell our grandkids!!!!!*

We are fortunate enough to have been selected as The Grove's preferred photography company. In our time with them we have seen these ladies go the extra mile for all of their clients. They have an eye for the details and take care of so many things in the background that their clients never even know about. Their property has to be one of the most unique locations in Vegas with an iconic almond orchard and a gorgeous reception room. If you are looking for a fairytale wedding you have to look into this place. I cannot say enough about how amazing this venue and the people that make it a reality are. Truly a one of a kind location.
