Tim and the rest of the team at Suburban Rental are fantastic! We rented a large tent from them, and it was a great decision. The tent itself was perfect - it defined the outdoor space really well, and the lanterns we included provided just the right amount of light for our dance floor. But where Suburban Rental really excels is in their customer service - their pricing is unbeatable (and if you book in the winter you can receive an amazing additional discount), they work with you to customize your order to exactly what you need, and their cancellation policy is very favorable to their customers (I was able to remove certain items just a few days before our wedding, e.g. a gas heater, and received a full refund for that portion of the rental). They also were able to set up the day before our event, which allowed us to add additional lanterns without too much of a time crunch. If you are in need of a tent, or any other rental supplies for your event, save yourself a lot of time and effort and go straight to Suburban, because they are the absolute best!
