In one word: LOVE! My husband and I are probably the least photogenic people on earth, we both find a way to squint or make a weird face in every picture so to say we were nervous about wedding photos was an understatement. From the minute we met Josh and Meg they put us at ease, it was like haning out with friends not a photo shoot. By the time our wedding rolled around we were looking forward to seeing Josh and Meg as much as we were the rest of our family. They are the most talented and wildly fun couple we have ever met. Our family and friends are still talking about how much fun they were especially out on the dance floor. The pictures are amazing, they have an uncanny way of capturing details and emotions unlike anything I have ever seen.
Josh and Meg really were a joy to work with. From the first time you talk to them you feel comfortable which honestly is a huge thing when working with a photographer. Our photos are stunning, I am so happy they were the first vendor we booked for the wedding. Amazing couple, beautiful photos and priceless memories.
We feel so blessed to have found Josh & Meg. They're approach to wedding photography is exactly what we were looking for--more photojournalistic and absolutely about capturing real moments. They gave us an incredible engagement session and we were crushed to find out that they wouldn't be able to actually shoot our big day. We were married Sept 25, 2010 and i cant tell you how happy i am to have used Josh & Meg. I wanted to write this bc no one had written a review when i signed up with them. Choosing your photographer should be one of the most important decisions for your day - they will be the ones that capture all the moments you remember along with the ones you dont. Josh and Meg gave us the most beautiful, warm and touching pictures of our day. They shoot more like a photojournalist - so they let you be you and they just hang out and create art. I have had numerous people make the same comment to me about my wedding pictures "I dont envy you because there are so many amazing pictures i wouldnt want to have to choose which ones i want" WELL the best part is you dont have to choose - they give you ALL your pictures! If you want to get a feel for them check their blog a few days a month - always something new and beautiful with their cute comments on the couple. They love their job and you will love them for it!
We absolutely lucked out with our photographers. Josh and Meg were just getting into their wedding photography business when we booked them. We liked them for their style, their youthfulness, their fresh ideas, and of course, their cost (which has changed since then). The best thing is that we got two photographers for the ENTIRE day and we got to keep all of our photos and do whatever we wanted with them. They also have an online gallery where you can buy he-res photos.
Josh and Meg are fantastic people who really, really enjoy what they do. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
