With less than six months to plan a wedding, my husband and I were in desperate need of help for our big day this past winter. With countless details to consider, our priorities included finding a wedding coordinator/planner, a master of ceremonies and DJ. After a bit of research and various recommendations, we decided to meet with Josh to discuss our wedding plans. Within minutes of meeting with Josh, we quickly knew He would be the perfect fit to help us create the wedding we both envisioned. Step by step, He helped us through the planning process and made us comfortable and confident that our day would go smoothly. When the big day came, Josh not only met, but exceeded, all of our expectations and was fabulous – both as our master of ceremonies and DJ. All of our guests had a wonderful time, and we came away from the experience knowing that it was exactly as perfect as we both had hoped it would be. Without a doubt, we confidently recommend Josh to anyone in search of someone with wedding expertise – we were tremendously happy and grateful for all He did for us and are certain He will provide a similar experience for others!

Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys says they're different, they really mean it. They are not another typical bad-DJ-for-thousands-of-dollars company, but a company that truly cares about your event and will help in any way they can. The owner, Joshua, was so friendly and helpful throughout the planning, and their online resources were PERFECT-you make song lists for "must play" songs, "play if possible" songs, and "do not play" songs (i.e. the chicken dance :)). Joshua could not have been more perfect. He was energetic, spoke at the right times to let everyone know what was going on but wasn't overbearing, and obviously loves what he does. To this day, almost 2 months later, we still get compliments on our DJ and how great he was!!! On top of everything else, Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys is reasonably priced. Compared to other DJ's in the area (many of whom we met with), Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys is worth every penny and then some. Don't waste your time looking at any other DJ's.

Our DJ was wonderful! Josh is so great and easy to work with. He has a huge library of music and was able to keep the dance floor going strong all night! We had people of all ages – from our grandparents to our friends entertained all night. You can tell that He really loves what He does! He was also our coordinator on the big day, and everything was perfect and went off without a hitch. We also used him for our ceremony music, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys!

I really can't say enough about Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys. Three weeks before my daughters wedding our scheduled DJ cancelled. I find the Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys website, and after talking with Josh on the phone, he came to our rescue. Had appointment to meet him the following Wed, and just loved the professionalism and ideas they came up with to make the song selections for the bridal party so much fun during the reception. Was blessed to get Josh, he helped make my daughter's day very special. I would not hesitate to use their services again and send to referral business.

We booked Joshua as our DJ for our wedding reception and he was a hit! Many people asked what company he was representing and also went as far to say that he was the best DJ they had ever heard! Josh was very professional, flexible, and relaxed. He made good suggestions for special dance songs, and announced all the events (cake cutting, toasts, garter toss, first dance, etc) for us. He also made sure that everyone was aware of our send-off. He personally got everyone outside to get the bubble blowing started and then had us come out! Josh made our night special and we would recommend him, and Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys, to our family and friends hands down!

AMAZING! I couldn't imagine that a DJ could make a ceremony sound so good. During the reception when a few people started getting more than just a little skanky on the dance floor he promptly changed the music . I wanted people to have fun of course, please don't get me wrong, but this was a very formal event, and some people just needed to be saved the embarrassment of what they were doing. Josh is amazing; I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else. The little extra you spend is well worth it, I felt like our DJ knew us for years, the music was perfect. Thank you so much!

I have nothing but positive feedback for Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys. We were fortunate enough to be referred to them earlier on in the process. Joshua provided the DJ services for our reception and it was nothing less than outstanding. Since the wedding, our guests have commented on how beautiful the ceremony was and how much fun they had at the reception. We are in our 30s so many of our friends have been to several weddings. One guest commented specifically on the DJ and how the music selection and the timing of everything kept the party going. Josh did an excellent job in playing the right things at the right time. He obviously fed off of the crowd very well and made sure that the party was a great one! We also contacted Josh to locate string musicians for our ceremony. When we met with the musicians, they were professional, they listened to what we wanted, and their music was beautiful. Looking back, I believe we only had to meet with Josh twice and once was our initial meeting to determine whether we wanted to go with Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys for our wedding. We only met with our musicians once and followed up with her on our music selections. The bottom line is that Real Entertainment Disc Jockeys listened to us and understood what we wanted and even made excellent recommendations for some special touches! Joshua did a great job throughout the wedding planning process of staying in touch and making sure that I was happy and satisfied with the service they were providing. He was AWESOME! He was so helpful on the day of the wedding and so much fun during the reception. He did a great job playing music that we had talked about and then also taking requests and mixing in a few of his own choices. Everyone was out on the dance floor and had such a good time partying! Our Daughter Christina was recently married Joshua was our DJ, and we cannot tell you how pleased we were with his production of our event. He was professional, helpful, fun and upbeat and absolutely kept the party jumping with his selection of music. Joshua’s attention to our timeline was impeccable, as well as his willingness to help with any and all questions/requests our wacky guests could throw at him, but thanks to Joshua’s experience and awesome equipment, the sound was phenomenal!!! Joshua was an amazing DJ! From the very beginning he was very professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions, returned calls promptly, and had plenty of experience. On the day of our Wedding Joshua came very early to have everything set up on his part, was dressed very professional and the selection of music played @ our Wedding was perfect for everyone. My husband and I got so many compliments on our DJ, they loved his pleasant and fun attitude and felt that he played music based on the vibe he received from our us and our guests. Everything was in perfect harmony. He handled all the family intros perfectly, and even helped to keep our reception on track w/ the other events of the evening, such as 1st dances, cutting the cake, bouquet and garter toss. I cannot say enough about Joshua, he was wonderful and my husband and I both feel he more than exceeded our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a great DJ!

While you were incredibly effective in selling yourself to us, we were very disappointed with your execution of our event. We had multiple meetings with you, in which you explained how the process would work. Therefore it was incredibly disturbing that you yourself would mess that up. For example-changing the music when the Groom and Pastor walked down the aisle, and changing the music for the bride to walk down-I was standing there for almost 5 minutes with the Eagle Hills staff struggling to get your attention. Those mistakes should not have been made. In addition, we were disappointed in your presentation of the speeches we had written. It sounded as if you had never even read over them-replacing words, stumbling through, skipping parts-it was very upsetting. Further, while I understand there can be complications with equipment, as a professional you should have adequate equipment and back-ups. Your explanation that your usual back-up didn't work did not seem adequate. And finally, your overall manner of presentation came across to both John and I as stressed, nervous, and irritated. No where to be found was the calm man we had met with for the past year, and that was the last thing we needed on our wedding day-as you said, your job was to take care of your portion of the event and take the pressure off of us, when in reality you put more pressure on us by seeming so unsure of yourself.

Wonderful Service, Way more than a DJ

There were a few mix ups. Memories of the Groom and Mother, only one was mentioned and it was talked about very quickly and was shortened. The Bride and Mother were not read at all. The music selections that were made out months in advance were barely used.

Josh is great, he is extremely organized from the first planning session and he gets back to you usually in just one day. He had lots of great ideas, and everyone had a great time. We didn't have a lot of people who wanted to dance at the wedding, but for those of us who were the music selection couldn't have been better. He kept things running smoothly and if there were any needs for last minute changes I sure didn't know about them! He kept people interested, and everyone said how great they thought it was. The only thing I wish he would have done is give my husband a little more instructions on what he was about to do, as soon as my husband got the garter he threw it, so I am not sure if anyone was fast enough to get a picture!
