He was recommended to us by our friend who saw Pat and the crew in action at another wedding. From day one, we knew that he was our guy. Pat was so accomodating, friendly, FUNNY, and creative. Everything was so hectic on the day of the wedding, but Pat made us laugh and forget about the craziness. Our guests were coming up to us and commenting about how Pat was really nice to them too.

Patrick Sweeney and his team were wonderful!!
My hotel room was a mess when he came in the morning, our skies were cloudy and misty and he made it work.
Patrick and his team climbed on, over railings and structures and even rolled in wet grass to get the right shot. Patrick did anything needed to keep us smiling, including dancing / clowning around. They were so enthusiastic and made us feel like models!
They were quick and decisive when getting the family shots and kept on top of the time so we weren't late for anything.
We got to enjoy our cocktail hour and our dinner, they weren't intrustive in anyway yet did what they needed to do to get great shots.
I would reccommend them to anyone and I think it speaks to their quality that I heard about them through a friend of mine first. Word of mouth is the best review for a vendor.

Patrick and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our December wedding and we could not be more pleased we chose him as our photographer! Patrick's passion for photography was clearly evident from the moment we met him as he will do anything for the perfect shot! We also decided to do a "love story" video where we got interviewed separately and surprised our guests with it at the reception and it was made with such care that people were crying and laughing. People keep mentioning how that was one of the most unique things they have ever seen.

We hired Patrick for our wedding on 9/7/2012 in Lakewood. Overall we had a good experience. Patrick is a professional photographer and we are very happy with the pictures that came out. He had the team of 4 people at the wedding day including videographers. Neither he or his partners blocked the view at the ceremony. He also did the engagement photo shoot for us before, so we all felt comfortable and had fun taking pictures.

Patrick and his crew were excellent. Anything I asked for was "Yes, no problem". Pat went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

There are not enough words to describe how great Patrick and his whole crew are! From our first meeting we knew that Patrick was it. I do not really like taking pictures, but I could tell by his personality that he would make me feel much more comfortable! From our engagement session to our wedding day, Patrick was very professional, easy to work with and enthusiastic about what he does. The day of our wedding he was great and able to organize our very large wedding party so that everything went smoothly. I can honestly say that I love each and every picture that they took as well as the video! Our wedding day was amazing and I am so happy that we had Patrick Sweeney Photography there to capture each beautiful moment!

Patrick and his crew, both photography and videography were absolutely amazing. On top of their skills with the cameras, they are amazing people to work with. They kept us laughing and smiling all day. My bridal party loved him as well. They did my sister in laws quince, but I had never met him before. He was the only photographer we met with. After leaving our meeting, there really wasn't a question as to whether we would use them or not. The price is very reasonable, especially considering everything you get for the price. Our engagement pictures came out awesome and our wedding pictures were absolutely stunning. They captured everything so perfectly so that we can relive our wedding day forever! I can't say enough about these amazing people! Book them! You will not be disappointed.

After my husband and I got engaged in July of 2010 we were highly recommended to use Patrick Sweeney Photography by my cousin Jesse and his wife Joanna who used Pat and his crew for their November wedding in 2007. After seeing their pictures and video, it was a no brainer. Long story short, Pat was already booked for our wedding date but sometimes things are just meant to be and I am so glad *and lucky* to have been able to have Pat and his crew (Nancy, John, and Pete) share in and capture our special day. When we first met with Pat and his wife Nancy they took a great deal of time with us and were very informative about what all our options were as far as video and photography. In making our decision to use PSP we felt confident and excited. As our day drew closer Pat helped our anticipation grow when he took our engagement photos at Rutgers Gardens. The pictures were phenomenal and I could not wait to see what he would capture on our wedding day.

On our wedding day Pat and his team did not disappoint. They were on time and ready to capture all of the days moments from start to finish. Pat and his team really go out of their way to capture great shots and are open to any suggestions. At one point Pat even climbed a wall, despite his vertigo, to capture one of our favorite shots of the day at Lambert Castle.

Sadly, our wedding came and went so fast as many weddings do. After we returned from our honeymoon (1 week later) Pat already had our proofs ready. My husband and I couldn’t believe how quick the pictures were ready, the presentation of the pictures, as well as the quality and quantity of the pictures. (They really were everywhere and you would hardly have known it!) Pat and his team made the job of picking out our pictures so difficult once again…we loved them all.

Everyone who is a part of the PSP team is enthusiastic and passionate about their job and it shows in their work. My husband and I highly recommend Patrick Sweeney Photography. In fact, we already went back for our holiday photos and look forward to using Patrick Sweeney for other memorable moments in our lives.

His complimentary engagement photo session takes place at a location of your choice...where he gets to know you as a couple prior to your wedding day. If I could rate Patrick Sweeney higher I would. He and his team are excellent. We had our wedding on April 2, 2011 and what INCREDIBLE pictures they took. They were so attentive, patient, and friendly I couldn't have asked for anything more. We didn't feel pressured or felt that we couldn't enjoy our wedding because we were being constantly pulled to the side to take pictures. I have been to weddings in which the photographer is constantly pulling the couple and not letting them enjoy themselves.
