We purchased my e-ring there and one of the small side pavee stones fell out- we were leaving for our vacation 2 days from when it happened- the jeweler was on vacation at their store- so they rushed it out to the Schenectady store...we were supposed to pick it up 2 days later there...they got it done early and we picked it up at our local store instead!

Megan and staff have always been so helpful and Hike does amazing repair work! The work has always been done to the highest levels of quality and they have always been so prompt!

The work was excellent in quality and beauty. We got a custom order to fit two asymetrical bands around the engagement ring.
