She was so nice throughout the process of designing our invitations. I met with her a couple of times and she was very helpful. When we received the invitations it looked children ahd made them. Inner envelopes were matched up with the wrong outer envelopes, stamps were missing, several squares on the front of our invitation were off center and they were overall "messy." We had her fix several of the really bad ones and were more lenient than most would have been. We needed to add one person at the end and she refused to make one more inviation for us, wouldn't return our phone calls and told us she was "done helping us." DO NOT USE HER!!!!
