We did everything over the phone and email and any time we had an adjustment or communication she was always very quick to respond. When there was a delay with the vendor she really had our side and did a great job of getting the job back on track. The initiations turned out so beautifully and we couldn't be happier! I could not be more pleased with Joanne when it came to her taking care of our wedding invitations. I tried to go the online retailer route first but I was dissatisfied with the templates available and the lack of being able customize what I wanted. I work in graphic design and did not want to design such an important, informational piece on my own.
