Best Experience with Carta Bella

I had the best experience with Joanne of Carta Bella for our save the date, invitations, thank you cards and favor labels. Joanne was so helpful and she made the process flawless and easy. She does beautiful work.

Joanne is the BEST!

I've had the best experience working with Joanne for our Save the Date's, Invitations, and Table numbers/Seating chart! I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I reached out to her, she has made the process easy. She took the time to understand my vision and worked closely with me to create stationary that reflected our wedding style.

The quality of the save the dates and invitations were stunning. She helped assemble my invitations as well, which was a true life-saver for me! Joanne was always prompt in responding to any questions that I had. Even when I requested a few last-minute changes, she handled everything smoothly and delivered on time!

The way to go!

Joanne was awesome! She was always so responsive and very professional. Did a great job with our wedding invitations, ceremony programs, and table escort cards. My sister used her for her wedding as well. She does great work and was a life savor for us! Highly recommend! She will take care of it all for you. Thanks again Joanne!

Amazing to work with & beautiful product!

Joanne was so great to work with! She went above and beyond with the attention to detail for the invitations. She communicated well with us and made the process so simple. We did everything over the phone and email and any time we had an adjustment or communication she was always very quick to respond. When there was a delay with the vendor she really had our side and did a great job of getting the job back on track. The initiations turned out so beautifully and we couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend working with her!

Custom Yet Affordable!

I could not be more pleased with Joanne when it came to her taking care of our wedding invitations. I tried to go the online retailer route first but I was dissatisfied with the templates available and the lack of being able customize what I wanted. I work in graphic design and did not want to design such an important, informational piece on my own. From the moment I reached out to Joanne, she met with me in-person to go over countless design options and truly worked with me to produce something that we loved. She is incredibly responsive and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the final product. She is also super informative on invitation etiquette and formatting, something I was not familiar with and I appreciated her guidance. The pricing is also very responsible, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I highly recommend anyone in the Capital Region use Carta Bella for their invitation and stationary services!

Outstanding Vendor to work with

Joanne was great to work with! She delivered the product when she said she would and responded to any requests timely. She is very creative and all of the products that we received from her we loved!! We used Carta Bella for the bridal shower and wedding. Received many compliments from our guests. Carta Bella-The Very Best!

JoAnne of Carta Bella has been a wonder to work with in the design and printing of all related items for my daughter's upcoming wedding. She has designed and had printed the invitation, menu, program, and escort cards. Her experience, guidance and willingness to work within any budget has made this experience stressless. JoAnne's response time to questions, proof designs and final product has been remarkable. She has been a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her for all event printing needs. JoAnne has been the most helpful and communicative vendor we have worked with throughout the planning of my daughter's wedding. My son and soon to be daughter-in-law are now working with her in designing and printing their invitations and related printing needs. JoAnne is the best!

Highly recommend!

Joanne was so awesome to work with. She was extremely responsive (even on weekends) and had a beautiful selection of invitations. She also helped create a beautiful welcome letter for our hotel gift bags, our wedding program, and our seating chart. Not only did she do a wonderful job for my wedding, she also did an amazing job for my sister's wedding in 2017 as well. She has a ton of experience and is extremely kind. I would definitely recommend Joanne !

We loved using Carta Bella!

We absolutely loved working with Joanne and our wedding invitations came out beautiful! She was easy to get in touch with and professional. She showed us several different options and was able to help us pinpoint exactly which products we wanted. The invitations arrived quickly and matched our theme perfectly. Joanne was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was the only person my fiancé and I met with for our wedding invitations but her willingness to achieve want we wanted had us hooked right away. Joanne always made sure we were happy with what we were purchasing, so through the process of creating everything we truly felt like she cared about what we wanted and not focused on just her payment. She showed us every possible option for things and took her time to break everything down for us without pushing us towards a decision (which I loved). Impeccable quality and excellent service

My fiance and I went with Joanne at Carter Bella for a wedding invitations as well as our table side and could not be happier. She has a great attention to detail, was quick to turn around everything that we sent to her and the end product who is really great. It was nice to have someone like Joanne to work with while planning a wedding because she took all the stress out of this part of the process for us.

Joanne is the absolute best!!!! She is so creative and has a million options to choose from. Whatever you envision she can do! She is very prompt in responding to emails and extremely accommodating when picking anything up (invitations, extra envelopes she prints, etc). Joann was amazing! Everything came out beautiful. I didn't know people would compliment our invitations but we got multiple comments. She did everything in a very timely manner. We had her do our invitations,seating chart, table names, and thank you cards. I would have had her do the save the dates also but I didn't find her i time. When I was unsure how I wanted the thank you notes she was patient be let us figure it out. Everything was amazing I will probably use her again for Holiday cards, invitations and anything else I can think of.

We just sent out our beautiful invitations for our June wedding and absolutely LOVE them!! Joanne is amazing! She provided me with many choices for invitations and helped me carefully decide on a style that matched my vision. Once I placed an order, she was able to get our invitations to us more quickly than I even anticipated. Joanne is very knowledge about her craft, and was able to provide me with guidance when I needed it. We had most of our wedding stationary done at Carta Bella and could not have chosen a better place! I was very particular with how I wanted everything to look, and Joanne was not only so patient with us, but she made sure that we were 100% satisfied with everything. Joanne is incredible to work with. From the time we set up our first meeting she was so responsive and accommodating to our schedules. I came prepared to our first meeting with several different ideas and Joanne instantly knew the look I was going for and was able to help me pick out something that matched our style and our budget. Joanne at Carta Bella did an amazing job. My first meeting with her made me think that the invitations were going to be really expensive. However, once she put together the sample for me and told me the price, it was much lower than it should have been for the quality of work. I loved the save the dates and invitations she did for me so much that I am having her do all of my table numbers, signage, etc. She really does beautiful work and will make the whole process very easy for you!

It was such a pleasure working with Joanne at Carta Bella. I sought her out after recalling how beautiful the invitations were for my friend's wedding. Although I didn't really have a vision, after spending some time discussing what was important to me and that I didnt' want a "cookie cutter" invitation, she helped me create the most beautiful custom wedding invitation. I can't tell you how many compliments I received once they arrived in people's mailboxes! I know many people think " it's just paper" but I truly believe that the invitation sets the tone for the event and I wanted my guests to know how beautiful the day would be, without being too "over-the-top." Any questions I had, Joanne was right there to answer them and everything was done in a timely fashion. It also helps that Joanne is extrememly personable and great to work with. I would defintiely recommend using Carta Bella and I look forward to future "events" to be announced by her design!!

Thank you Carta Bella for such an amazing job with all of our wedding stationary! Joanne helped us with a lot of different pieces for our wedding including save the date magnets with a custom info card, customized wedding invitations, and all of our wedding signage (place cards, welcome note, thank you note, bathroom notes, etc). Joanne is extremely creative, and was able to help with all different kinds of details! We kept a running theme throughout all of our stationary pieces, and Joanne made everything very easy! We even had a little bit of a budget, and Joanne was willing to be flexible, and help us come up with ideas that looked FANTATSTIC but weren't breaking the bank. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out! We thank you for your creative eye and attention to detail! Would definitely recommend Carta Bella for all of your custom stationary needs!

Joanne was an absolute pleasure to work with and the quality of her work is top notch. It can at first be overwhelming to select your wedding invitation given there are so many options, but Joanne patiently looked through many options with me and then eventually suggested a custom design that was a combination of aspects I liked in several different invitations. She's very creative, willing to experiment with different formats/ fonts, and pays extremely close attention to detail. She was also very responsive whenever I had questions. I ended up also using her for the table names and thank you cards given I was so happy with her work. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding - she'll reduce stress for you and you'll have beautiful invitations.

Carta Bella did an amazing job with our wedding invitations! Joanne made all of our ideas for what we wanted come true! Guests were calling our parents and us to tell us that they have never seen such beautiful wedding invitations. In fact, our invitations were so beautiful we decided to have Carta Bella make our wedding menus, church programs, table numbers, favor tags, and place cards. Everything looked well coordinated and the compliments were endless at the wedding. Joanne was truly wonderful and easy to work with. We are definitely using Carta Bella for future invitations!

She did our Save the Date magnets, full invitation package (including invite, envelopes with addressing, response cards, accommodation/direction cards), Place Cards, Custom tags for our favors, Signage and Thank You cards with our wedding photos- all very reasonably priced. She was incredibly easy to work with, flexible with our work schedules, took time to meet with us when necessary and also worked with us via email, super professional and talented. Joanne from Carta Bella was AMAZING to work with for our wedding invitations, donation cards, photo table numbers, reserved signs for the church, and gift sign for the reception. She was very creative, offered wonderful suggestions, flexible and provided us with the most BEAUTIFUL invitations, etc. we could have imagined. We received several compliments on her work!! Joanne was always willing to meet with us and answer questions over the phone or via e-mail. We feel the quality was exceptional! We highly recommend using her for your special day!!

When I started to look for our wedding invitations, I was completely overwhelmed with the choices that are out there. I went to several stationary stores, looked online, and consulted several industry professionals. When I met with Joanne, I was relieved to go through the process with her. We told her what our likes were, what our dislikes were, and she appropriately showed us choices that she thought would suit our tastes. She was able to read us, and suggest solutions that fit both our personalities perfectly.

Joanne from Carta Bella was wonderful in terms of helping us stay within our budget as well. She came up with solutions to get the overall look / quality we were looking for, but worked creatively to stay within our financial constraints. One of the best things about working with her was her personality. She was so sweet, patient, and great to work. The whole process was painless, and actually enjoyable!

And lastly, another perk to working with Joanne was her responsiveness. When I contacted her, she got back to me right away. After editing something several times, she didn't mind if I changed it just once more. She was quick, efficient and responsive...something every bride needs during the planning process. I would (and have already) absolutely recommend using her for your wedding invitations, escort cards, programs, and any other printing need!!!

Joanne of Carta Bella was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire process. We had literally last-minute changes to our seating list and Joanne happily printed new escort cards on a moment's notice. I came to her initially to design invitations, and she did such stunning work I used her for our Save the Date, programs, escort cards, cocktail napkins, gift boxes and table numbers--all of which turned out beautifully. I received so many compliments on the invitations and Save the Dates! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, she is amazing.

Working with Joanne on the invitations was one of my favorite experiences of planning the wedding so far. She really worked with me in terms of budget and gave me different options to fit my style/feel and budget. I loved the quality of the invitations and my guests have all commented on how beautiful they were. I chose the option to put my invitations together myself but having them printed and learning how to assemble them from Joanne really helped out. Joanne from Carta Bella was absolutely fantastic to work with. She helped me with my save-the-dates, wedding invitations, wedding programs, and thank yous. Everything was stunning. And its perfect that she can do it all. As a bride you don't have to look or shop around and get things all over. She was more than professional and her work speaks for itself. I ordered my bridal shower invitations , and they were so beautiful!. I loved them. In fact I loved them so much that I decided to order our rehearsal invitations from Carta Bella as well, Joanne was so easy to work with and treated me as if I was a personal friend and that I was her only customer. She would also respond in such a timely manner .I can not say enough about her company. I hope I have another big event so I can work with her again! I have also had some friends that asked me for her name as they loved the invitations so much. The reason I called her was because I was invited to a friends wedding and she did the invitations. Those invitations were the nicest ones I had ever seen so thats how I found her!

I had the pleasure of working with Joanne this past year and what a wonderful experience! Joanne was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful for my wife and I. She walked us through the different variations and styles of invitations, save-the-dates, table tents...you name it, she helped. Joanne was great in being able to take our concepts and point us to the perfect design. On top of it all, she was quick to respond to an e-mail or phone call and her rates were absolutely the best in town.

I would definitely recommend Carta Bella to anyone looking for the perfect wedding invitation. We met Joanne and she was nothing less than professional. She had a ton of options to choose from, as well as going a custom made route if we chose. She worked with us with any changes we wished to make. Joanne was a life savor for our invitations! My fiance and I were going through another vendor for wedding invitations and became extremely frustrated with them after they would not provide proofs or even a total cost/invoice for the invitations. We had a horrible start for the invitations and I was made to feel like I was making outrageous requests and the vendor was extremely unhelpful. We dropped the other vendor and in a panic I called a bunch of places and Joanne responded to us almost immediately. Our experience with her was SO DIFFERENT and how it should be! She was so accommodating and fit us in for an appointment immediately! My fiance and I loved working with her from the start and she was so helpful with helping us understand the invitation process and wording and reassured us we would have our invitations in time. She was quick to get us our proofs and put the accommodation cards together for us and we got our invitations in no time! Such a wonderful experience!

Carta Bella did the most amazing work for every paper aspect of our wedding. Everything from save the dates, to shower and bachelorette invitations, to wedding invitations - she does it all and she does it well. Joanne is so easy to work with. She is accommodating, caring and wants the best product for you. We also used Carta Bella for our programs, menus, place cards and table numbers. All were stunning and everything was exactly what we wanted. We HIGHLY recommend Carta Bella!

Joanne was great to work with! She has really good ideas and tons of samples! She is very friendly and down to earth. Joanne really tries to individualize your invites to exactly what you/your fiance want! She helped us create the perfect save the dates and invitations. She also worked within our time frames--sometimes even keeping us on schedule with reminders etc. Cost seemed reasonable with the quality. No complaints here!
