To my dad, brother, best friend, and husband they were wonderful but to my mexican groomsman absolutely got ignored. The day he went in for his fitting was there must have been like 20 people attempting to be helped but we must have waited an hour for something that was promised to have taken only 5 minutes- when you say you are going to help someone GET with it- prioritize please! At least check back in with us...

Awful! Out of eleven tuxes two of them fit and one of them they said would have to do because they couldn't fix it in time. Everyone else had to return them and have them either order something to get there the day of the wedding or have them hem or fix them in one way or another. It was a terrible experience, don't use them unless you have to. My fiance spent the entire day before the wedding running people back and forth to the tux place to get their suits fixed! Offered no apology at all, just laughed it off!

Men's Wearhouse was very helpful for our wedding, all of our groomsmen and the groom were all over the US leading up to the wedding and they were all able to get fitted at locations near them and then pick them up here in Wichita before the wedding.

They didn't do so hot they forgot alot of stuff we had no socks,shoes and they didn't have everyones sizes right so we had to make a 1hr to there store the day of the wedding to get things

We had a great experience. All of our groomsmen were in different states, and the wedding was in a different state from where my husband was fitted as well. Despite working with stores and employees in Kansas, Florida, Georgia, and Kentucky everything came in perfectly the week of the wedding at the Wichita, KS store. With as many cooks as there were in that kitchen, I was worried that something would go wrong, but all the sizes and colors were exactly right. On top of that, we got a GREAT deal. Highly recommend.
