Love, love, love! Everything about my appointment was absolutely wonderful!! From the time I stepped foot into the store, to the time I left, I CANNOT say enough of how perfect my experience was. Courtney was my stylist (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER). She knew her stuff, gave excellent guidance and feedback, her personality was exactly what you would want in someone assisting you find one of the most important items about your big day! She was sweet, so patient, interactive with my crew, I honestly can’t say enough about her. I was able to show her some of my ideas and she knew exactly what gowns to pull. I found the ONE and honestly had it down to three that I could have been very happy with. Her words of wisdom, extra attention to the details I mentioned, ultimately helped me choose the PERFECT dress. I will always recommend Dress Gallery to future brides!!

Maria is amazing! She instantly made me feel comfortable with her and fit right in with our group! She helped me find my dream dress and asked all the right questions to get there! 

I worked with Jandalyn at Dress Gallery and she was AMAZING! I can be really picky and tried on a lot of dresses, she was so kind and enthusiastic when helping me. I can get overwhelmed easily when big decisions are involved (wedding planning has been a CHORE) but this has been the first time that I felt like I had gotten to truly relax and enjoy the process, Jandalyn made it so easy and fun. I felt so supported and heard while I was there, I was never made to feel bad for wanting to try on more dresses. It truly felt like she was just excited as I was and I felt so special while I was there. When I started to lose hope and think that maybe I wouldn't find my dress that day, she pulled out the absolute PERFECT dress for me (she's just that good at her job). At the end of my appointment and I had my dress, her and I went through the store to look at all the dresses to ensure that I couldn't find one that I liked better which set my mind at ease and confirmed that my dress was the one!
Overall I had a great experience, I could not recommend Dress Gallery and Jandalyn enough!

My experience at Dress Gallery was amazing. Marisa was my consultant and she seriously brought the gown of my dreams on the first try. She brought me a few other beautiful gowns but they didn’t top that first one. She was very hospitable, straight forward, helpful, and got me everything I need to look like a Queen for my special day. I definitely recommend working with Marisa! This is not the gown I Chose but one of the ones I tried on.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dress Gallery. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and somehow still full of energy and joy. It’s exactly the kind of experience I always hoped wedding dress shopping would be.

Allison was my consultant, and she was incredible. I cannot overstate how much I loved her. I showed her just a couple of inspo photos, and every single dress she pulled was spot on. Honestly, the very first dress she grabbed would have been the one if it had fit perfectly. But then the second dress I tried ended up being *the one.* And I was able to buy it off the rack that day, which was huge because my wedding is coming up pretty quickly and ordering just wasn’t something I wanted to stress about.

Something that really stood out to me was that I never once felt pressured to buy anything. I never felt rushed, like I was taking too much time, or like I was asking for too much. I felt completely comfortable to ask for whatever I wanted, and Allison was so happy to help every step of the way. I really got to just enjoy and fully soak in what was a super important moment in my life.

It was also really special to have my mom and aunt there with me. They were fully folded into the experience, with plenty of space to sit, share their opinions, be part of the excitement, and feel respected as part of the process. That meant a lot.

And honestly, the prices were amazing. I gave Allison my budget and she pulled tons of beautiful options for me. I never felt like I was being steered toward the bottom-of-the-barrel section or anything like that. Everything felt high quality, timelessly beautiful, and absolutely fair for the price. For context, I went to another store for an appointment, when I told them my budget, they basically told me they had nothing for me. It was wild. Dress Gallery was the exact opposite of that. Everything I tried was reasonably priced, and I never felt like I was getting scammed into spending more than I was comfortable with for something I’m only going to wear once.

We had been to a couple of other places before this, and even went to another appointment afterward, which just confirmed even more how much Dress Gallery stood out. The quality, the selection, the professionalism, the vibe… it was all just next-level. I’m so grateful to Allison and the whole team for making this such a special, fun, and genuinely perfect experience.

Marisa was so helpful! She is very charismatic and that makes the process so much better. She helped us find 3 suits. Groom, Father of the bride, and best man.

I had SO much fun! Alison made the experience fun, comfortable, and most importantly listened to what I liked and disliked! I was very nervous coming in to the day and worried I wouldn’t find anything I liked. Alison immediately put my mind at ease and helped me to really enjoy the experience. 10/10 recommend!

There literally are not enough words to sing Marisa’s praises. I fell in love with the most amazing dress online, but one boutique nationwide (Kleinfeld’s in NYC) carries it. Marisa (and Jillian, the owner) were able to get a sample in from Memphis for me to try on—and it was THE dress. Every dress Marisa pulled for me was stunning. And she worked with my chronic health issues and disabilities so well—when I needed a water break, there was no hesitation. I was able to sit and take a break, and they made sure that the most important thing was how *I* was feeling. No pressure to try anything on. No revolving door of dresses in an attempt to make a sale. Just a truly wonderful, comfortable, fun, MAGICAL time . Everyone in my group LOVED Marisa and she’s now invited to the wedding (and so is Jillian! I just love them both so much!). Thank you, my darlings, for making my dream come true! I will never be able to adequately express my gratitude! (I didn’t pick any of the dresses posted, by the way ☺️)

Sarah was amazing!! This was the first and last store I stopped in, and Sarah helped me find my dream dress!!
I hadn’t been wedding dress shopping before. I knew styles I had liked in pictures, but I wasn’t sure what I would like on me, and what style would still let me feel like myself on my wedding day. Sarah took the styles that I told her I liked and my firm style “no”s and both let me try on a little bit of everything (allowing me to be certain of the dress I chose) and helped me narrow down what I liked and what I didn’t so that I could find my dream dress!! She also helped me narrow down accessory style preferences in a separate visit!!
Sarah was super friendly, very helpful, and very inclusive of the group I brought with me!! She was also mindful of my budget which was greatly appreciated!!!
