Love, love, love! Everything about my appointment was absolutely wonderful!! From the time I stepped foot into the store, to the time I left, I CANNOT say enough of how perfect my experience was. Courtney was my stylist (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER). She knew her stuff, gave excellent guidance and feedback, her personality was exactly what you would want in someone assisting you find one of the most important items about your big day! She was sweet, so patient, interactive with my crew, I honestly can’t say enough about her. I was able to show her some of my ideas and she knew exactly what gowns to pull. I found the ONE and honestly had it down to three that I could have been very happy with. Her words of wisdom, extra attention to the details I mentioned, ultimately helped me choose the PERFECT dress. I will always recommend Dress Gallery to future brides!!

I bought my dress here a couple weeks ago. The service was great and I never felt pressured to buy one.they asked what my budget was and stayed with in it. Very laid back atmosphere, which helped me find the right dress !!

I'm still in shock over how awesome my experience was! This was my first-ever bridal appointment, so I had no idea what to expect. I was nervous, but the atmosphere of Dress Gallery and the friendliness of everyone---even those who weren't your consultant---was unexpected! When Kayla came in, I immediately felt comfortable with her presence and experience. I had a list of things that I was looking for, and what I did not want. I showed Kayla this and just a few pictures, and she was off! I was so pleasantly surprised that we didn't even discuss very much---she is that good! Kayla was super flexible, and knew how to get my mind made up when it came to different style options. It only took an hour and a half and 4 dresses total to find my dream dress! It was such a good time and it flew by so fast, but I wouldn't change it for the world. Thank you so much Kayla and Dress Gallery!

There literally are not enough words to sing Marisa’s praises. I fell in love with the most amazing dress online, but one boutique nationwide (Kleinfeld’s in NYC) carries it. Marisa (and Jillian, the owner) were able to get a sample in from Memphis for me to try on—and it was THE dress. Every dress Marisa pulled for me was stunning. And she worked with my chronic health issues and disabilities so well—when I needed a water break, there was no hesitation. I was able to sit and take a break, and they made sure that the most important thing was how *I* was feeling. No pressure to try anything on. No revolving door of dresses in an attempt to make a sale. Just a truly wonderful, comfortable, fun, MAGICAL time . Everyone in my group LOVED Marisa and she’s now invited to the wedding (and so is Jillian! I just love them both so much!). Thank you, my darlings, for making my dream come true! I will never be able to adequately express my gratitude! (I didn’t pick any of the dresses posted, by the way ☺️)

I had an appointment with Dress Gallery this past Saturday. I had just bought a dress online that’s not from Dress Gallery prior to this appointment that I really liked. Jillian was the one that helped me. I showed her pictures of dresses that I liked. The very first dress that she picked out I fell in love with. I fit me so good I just knew that I wanted it. Jillian still made me try on more dresses. I tried on maybe 2 or 3 more until she came out with this GORGEOUS dress. This dress was like the dresses I had showed her in my phone. She asked what I wanted and she provided just that! When I had on the dress I felt absolutely amazing! This dress made me forget about the very first dress she brought out to me. I knew that this dress was the one and I couldn’t miss out on it. Jillian made me feel absolutely beautiful the whole entire time I was there. She even brought her boss to come look at me! Let’s just say... I bought the dress and returned the previous dress that I had bought before the appointment! I’m so thankful for Jillian and I’m so happy to be a DG girl✨.

I can't begin to express how awesome my experience at the Dress Gallery was! Not only was the atmosphere in their store very welcoming but the store was very organized and had a wide variety of dresses to choose from. My consultant Katie did a wonderful job finding me my dream wedding dress. She was so sweet and really paid attention to making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Jillian was my helper for the day, and she was seriously a magician. She asked me about my wedding themes/ colors, my preferences for a dress, she even asked to see my wedding Pinterest board. Every gown she came out with was gorgeous and unique in its own way, but she nailed down perfectly the exact dress I had in mind. AND the dress was exactly in my budget. I would go back to Dress Gallery in an instant, they were professional but Jillian kept it fun and light and was so incredibly patient with me. Thank you again!

I had the best experience finding my wedding dress this past July. My sales consultant was the sweetest thing and got a feel for what I was going for after the first dress or two. As my appointment was nearing the end, she said "let me pull one more." That was the dress! Not only was it WAY below my price range, but it was exactly what I had envisioned myself being in when I walked down the aisle. It was the perfect size, shape, look, fabric, etc. We paired a cute little belt with embellishments with the dress and that was it. It flattered my body and was modest at the same time.

They had comfortable furniture for all 7 of my guests. The associate listened to my answers. She stayed within my price range, one other store did not, so I appreciate that. Every time I saw the associates go back and forth to the dress room, they were running! I appreciate the hustle. They dont waste time but the dont rush you either!

My experience at Dress Gallery exceeded all of my expectations. I was anxious to try on dresses out of fear that I wouldn't feel beautiful and confident with my body, but I left feeling incredible about myself and in love with my dress. My consultant, Courtney, was beyond amazing. She listened to my vision and seemed to just "get it" right away. She genuinely wanted feedback on every dress I put on and used my likes/dislikes to find the dress of my dreams. Her commentary was hilarious and she made the entire process so much fun. She went above and beyond to include my family and their requests, but at the same time it was clear that she was 100% there for me. I also loved the private bridal suites for trying dresses on and sharing the experience with my family.

I do not have enough nice things to say about Dress Gallery! I got both of my high school prom dresses here and had wonderful experiences, so I knew this was "the" place for me when I was looking for my wedding dress! I was so blessed to work with Kayla, who was just so encouraging, courteous, and fun to work with! She brought me dresses that were exactly what I *thought* I wanted, but then gave a gentle push when she brought out a "wild card" dress -- which I absolutely fell in love with! Completely different than what I thought I wanted, but I am so glad she used her intuition to bring me what became MY dress! I was also able to get my veil AND my six bridesmaids ordered their dresses as well! We all had such a great experience, and I would highly recommend Dress Gallery to ANY bride!

I was in Wichita and stopped by the store. They worked me in (since I had limited time and no appt). I showed them photos of the dress I wanted. The manager knew her stock so well that the third dress was "the one" for me. They referred me to an alteration person to shorten the dress to tea length and to add a yoke. My dress was gorgeous and a fraction of the cost.

We purchased our bridesmaid dresses at Dress Gallery, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! We originally were going to purchase the dresses at a different store, but then changed our mind at the fitting when the lady insulted some of my bridesmaids about their size (this lady felt everyone needed to be a stick). Anyway, I found the same dress at Dress Gallery for a little bit cheaper, and they were so nice on the phone, so we decided to get the dress from them. April was SO helpful and nice. All of my bridesmaids felt great while in her store. Not only did they get measured, but they got to try on a dress from the brand in their size (something the other store didn't do). April also worked with me on getting sizes from bridesmaids that were out of town. After we had the dresses altered, Dress Gallery steamed them and were courteous enough to call me when they noticed that the lining did not get altered, something that I had overlooked. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dress Gallery and would recommend them to any bride looking for bridesmaid dresses or even a wedding dress for herself.

Jillian is beyond amazing. I went in yesterday to try on dresses and was paired with Jillian as my consultant. She was warm and friendly right from when we walked in. She asked great questions and really listened to what I was looking for. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease at what could have been a bit uncomfortable as you change (obviously) in front of your consultant. I can be pretty picky (I'm sure any bride probably is) and she remained patient and pleasant the entire time. I believe I tried on about 8 dresses before she found the perfect one (I actually ended up with two ) yep, she's that good!! Dress Gallery in itself is a wonderful, beautiful place and they have so much to offer with so many options. I am so thankful to Jillian for helping me find the perfect dress and making it an enjoyable experience.

I worked with Jillian at Dress Gallery to find my DREAM wedding dress!! I truly believe I had such a good experience because of Jillian! After spending 3 to 4 hours at David's bridal I thought I had found the perfect dress, but just had one more place to check out...I am so happy that I did! Finding "The One" With Alexis
I have everything and more to say about Dress Gallery. More specifically Alexis. This was my first time going in and trying on wedding dresses EVER. Alexis greeted me with the most welcoming smile and uplifting attitude. I cannot say how much I appreciated this and how much it eased my mind going into this process. While trying on dresses Alexis made sure I was comfortable and happy with the choices she was choosing for me. She was able to bring a dress in front of me each time that I can confidently say I really liked. She got to know me and my style very fast. I could not have found “the one” without her. Being a "Plus size" bride I was worried about not only finding a dress that would be flattering but also feeling comfortable with who was helping me choose and try on dresses. All of the girls that helped me during my experiences were all wonderful. None of them made me feel awkward about being picky. They were also very patient with my crazy friends and family that were running around. They were also great when I had forgotten to purchase a necklace and came in the day of my wedding frantically trying on everything. They're suggestions and opinions were very helpful when choosing our grooms and groomsmen attire as well.

Katie is a miracle worker! I had a bridal appointment at Dress Gallery, followed by an appointment at another store. We didn't find "the one" at the morning appointment, but we all loved working with Katie so much that we made an appointment for later that same day! At the second appointment, we were able to specify my 3 favorite characteristics of my dream dress. We didn't find a dress that had all 3 qualities, so Katie got WAY creative and was able to piece together the perfect dress by using separates! I was able to walk away with essentially 2 dresses (one dress, plus a detachable separate skirt) for over $1,000 BELOW BUDGET. Katie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help make my day that much more special. Everybody was incredibly kind and willing to do whatever they could to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and having fun. I would without a doubt recommend Dress Gallery!

The Dress Gallery and their consultants were absolutely wonderful. After a long day of little success in finding my dress, they were helpful in allowing me to find what works for me, not just what they thought looked good. They were never pushy, always helpful. While I did not buy my dress during my first visit, I came back the next day to be welcomed back generously and given the same helpful, caring assistance. Once I found my dress, they called designers and shipping stores to make sure my dress was to arrive on time and to help find discounts to make my dress affordable! I would TOTALLY recommend the Dress Gallery!

The Dress Gallery was the first place I went to in search of my wedding dress, and I didn't have to look anywhere else! Jillian was an amazing consultant and let me try on 12+ gowns at least twice until I was 100% sure which one I wanted. She was patient, kind, and informed on the gowns and quality of the material. I was a walk in at Dress Gallery and they were very willing to fit me in to their busy schedule. Andrea helped me try on a lot of different styles and gave me ideas. She wasn't pushy and found me dresses that fit my budget. She understood that I was just looking and had other places to look at. A Special and Memorable Experience
Sarah was amazing!! This was the first and last store I stopped in, and Sarah helped me find my dream dress!!
I hadn’t been wedding dress shopping before. I knew styles I had liked in pictures, but I wasn’t sure what I would like on me, and what style would still let me feel like myself on my wedding day. Sarah took the styles that I told her I liked and my firm style “no”s and both let me try on a little bit of everything (allowing me to be certain of the dress I chose) and helped me narrow down what I liked and what I didn’t so that I could find my dream dress!! She also helped me narrow down accessory style preferences in a separate visit!!
Sarah was super friendly, very helpful, and very inclusive of the group I brought with me!! She was also mindful of my budget which was greatly appreciated!!!

My experience at Dress Gallery was amazing. Marisa was my consultant and she seriously brought the gown of my dreams on the first try. She brought me a few other beautiful gowns but they didn’t top that first one. She was very hospitable, straight forward, helpful, and got me everything I need to look like a Queen for my special day. I definitely recommend working with Marisa! I would highly recommend getting your dress at the Dress Gallery. They have an amazing selection and the shop is cute (even with the construction going on). Katie Jones really knows the stock and was able to pick EXACTLY what I was envisioning. I only showed her a couple pictures and the dresses she pulled were amazing. She really knows her stuff! I was very pleased with my experience at Dress Gallery. My consultant was Allison. She was super sweet and very helpful. Every dress she picked out for me I liked. There was not a single one that I was totally against. But she also told me that the right dress would speak to me. She was right. I tried on maybe 5 to 6 dresses and the second one was the perfect dress. She also went the extra mile. I have a short engagement so she triple checked she could get the dresses in on time and get alterations done before the wedding before she even brought out a dress. I had a very great experience and I HIGHLY recommend.

Impromptu? They got you!
I had originally made an appointment for a different store but none of my bridesmaids could attend it. I made a frantic call to Dress Gallery and they were able to quickly give me a new appointment that everyone could attend! The seating area was so cute and was able to comfortably fit 7 people. The lady that worked with me was very intuitive to what I was searching for and we had a really fun time; there were lots of smiles and laughs! She stayed within my budget and I don't think that she ever brought me a dress that was above it. I did not think that I would find my dress, but I did! I am in love with my DG dress and I can't wait to wear it again! I was able to have my mom, my grandma, my fiancé's mom, and my bridesmaids there to support me. Thank you Dress Gallery!

DG Was Everything I Wanted
I don't need a Say Yes to the Dress moment in the middle of the store, and I was really looking for something private and personal, yet still special. The layout of DG is PERFECT for that! When you make an appointment, you and your consultant have a private room, and you can use the big runway for your big reveal or to narrow it down between your two or three top choices. The dresses towards the front of the store appeared to be the sale dresses, and my mom said she saw their store room at the back. I didn't feel the need to browse for dresses, as I had stalked the entirety of their Pinterest boards beforehand (which is a feature I loved!).
My consultant was Alexis and she was a DREAM to work with. They have you send pictures of dresses you like, and they also take a peek at your Pinterest before you arrive, AND they know what your budget is before you step foot in the door. Alexis never once pulled a dress over my budget, and the dress I settled on was actually $500 under!
Another thing I loved about DG was their Opal & Lace collection! The salon actually worked with a designer to create a line unique to them and two of the 5 dresses I tried on were from that line, and were SO CLOSE to completely perfect.
I cannot rave about DG and Alexis enough!

Worst anxiety to best experience!
I had the worst anxiety about trying on wedding dresses. I hate trying on clothes in general and this is the most important one! Honestly thought I would have to go back multiple times and maybe even multiple stores. A friend of mine purchased her dress from Dress Gallery and I remembered it being a positive experience so I booked there before anywhere else. Best decision ever. When I talked to them on the phone to schedule, they explained their current in stock dresses were all on their pinterest and they recommended I make a board and save some of the dresses to help the stylist understand what I might like. That was great! I was able to really understand what designers I like and even have an idea of the price range I was looking at for what I liked. When I arrived, Chelsea took a look at my pinterest board and worked with me. She asked about each dress I tried on, what I liked, and what I didn't like, took that feedback and each time brought back a more perfect dress for me. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and helped me into each one. The fifth dress I tried on was the one! It was so perfect, I cried when I walked out and saw it in the big mirrors. And without hesitation Chelsea asked about the type of veil I wanted and had me walk the runway! (It seriously felt like an episode of Say Yes to the Dress :D Who would have thought!) And she stayed within my budget. I would go back in a heartbeat!

I was able to book a wedding dress shopping visit on week out and ended up loving every dress she brought me after Katie found out what I wanted. I went with about the 5th or 6th dress I put on and ended up buying that day! They helped me stay under my budget and really listened and was patient with me. Katie gave me such a great experience she was so helpful and personal. Highly recommended.

Dress Gallery is the place to go! I have never received better service from any other bridal store. I truly felt like a bride and the only bride in the store. Bethany is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and my budget. She so upbeat and fun that it made the appointment awesome. She even let my bridesmaids pull dresses that they thought I should try on.
One of my bridesmaids ended up pulling a dress that wasn't in my price range, but I fell in love with it. Bethany helped make that dream dress a reality for me! They even are going to steam it and secure all the beading at no extra charge. That is an amazing value for me since I bought the sample. Not once did they push or pressure me!
I can not stress how great my whole experience was at Dress Gallery. They really accommodate their customer's. Dress Gallery is the place to go for anything wedding party related. They really have everything and awesome customer service! Ask for Bethany!!!

Kayla did AMAZING! Made everybody feel comfortable, not rushed or pushy. Very informative and helped me find the perfect dress when I thought I wouldn't find the exact one I wouldn't! My mother even found her mother of the bride dress too! Thank you so much and would highly highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Dress Gallery. I said "YES" to the dress! Kayla Hemphill was my Bridal Consultant, and she was fantastic!!! She made trying on dresses, and getting measured very comfortable. She listened to what I was looking for, and brought me several beautiful dresses to try on. I would definitely recommend working with her! I loved the private room where I tried on dresses. There was plenty of comfortable seating/space. It was overall a great experience! I have no complaints! I think you should definitely go here first!

They had an excellent selection of designer dresses in various pricing categories. I ended up spending a little more than I intended but still less than my top out budget. Emma was attentive to my budget, body type and style and consistently brought me excellent dress choices. I couldn't have chosen a better place to have the perfect wedding dress experience.

Dress Gallery is the Best
Jillian was my consultant and was fabulous. As an older first-time bride, she was great in letting me try on various styles and find the best fit for my body type. I tried on many and she was excited for each and every one of them. She provided honest opinions and suggestions. Honestly, I didn't think I would purchase at Dress Gallery, but I found a dress within our budget and I am very pleased. I'm looking forward to going again to purchase my accessories and working with Jillian.

A unique experience and amazing dresses
Chelsea was amazing to work with, as well as the whole team. She had an amazing selection of dresses to show me and I felt very special the whole time. Not only did I find my dream dress but I also had a great experience overall.

Kayla was amazing, she listened to everything I had to say and picked dresses that were in my budget with exactly what I wanted. Never once did I feel rushed or felt that I didn't have enough time to find the dress I wanted. Every dress I tried on was exactly what I asked for in a dress, unlike two other stores I went to where I felt rushed and not listened to. My Mom was only in town for 5 days so we wanted to get as much wedding planning done as possible in that time. Dress Gallery was the 4th and last dress appointment we had and I am so glad I made the decision to wait until I had visited every shop before making my decision and purchase. Jillian was eager to help me find the perfect dress and in my price range! She asked to see my favorites so far..I had 2 from previous shops that I really liked but both were missing things that I really wanted. After only trying on a couple of dresses with Jillian, she was able to find the perfect dress that was a combination of my 2 favorites. It was amazing, and my Mom loved it too! I am so happy with my dress and with my experience at Dress Gallery! The individual rooms are great and private, and staff was all very friendly! Jillian was awesome and I will definitely be requesting her for the rest of our wedding needs at Dress Gallery :)

Memorable Experience

Courtney, my consultant did a fantastic job pulling dresses not only below my price range, but everything that I had envisioned. She added personal touches and helped my vision come to life! Dream come true
I happened to be at Dress Gallery for a bridesmaid fitting for my cousin when I decided to ask the front desk if I could try on a wedding dress. They told me I needed an appointment but they had an opening in 45 minutes. My wedding was less than 6 months away and I hadn't looked for a dress yet. Honestly I was dreading it but one on display caught my eye and got me excited. My sister was luckily there along with my cousin. We got to the room and Marisa came in and sat down to ask me all about what ideas I had in my head. I really wasn't getting my hopes up and even told my sister I wasn't going to find a dress today. Marisa comes back a little bit later with her first pick and we went to the dressing room and I could tell it was a beautiful dress. But when she pulled it up... when I'm telling you I died - I DIED!! This was EVERYTHING I have ever dreamed of my wedding dress being! I couldn't believe it. I tried on 3 other dresses just to see but this one was THE ONE. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or anyone better to help me find my dream dress!! Marisa was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. And she's clearly a magician!

I had a fantastic experience at The Dress Gallery, and would encourage every bride to be shopping in Wichita to check it out! Of all the bridal salons I visited in Wichita, this was by far the most welcoming and fun experience. I was greeted with cheers and congratulations. My helper (Zoe), was fantastic. She was fun, celebratory, and super sweet.
Most important, they had the most beautiful gowns I'd seen for the best prices. If you buy on your first visit, it's an automatic 10% off, which is a lot when it comes to wedding dresses. They had lots of different styles with beading and lace that looked much more expensive than the prices would suggest. I bought a fantastic dress that I am IN LOVE with.
To cap it all off, the salon sent me a thank you note and gave me a few other cute surprises when I made my purchase. For the experience, the dress quality, the selection, and prices, it was the best I'd seen.

My experience with Dress Gallery was amazing! I had been looking at a couple different stores previously, but nothing was really shouting "I'm the perfect dress!" My consultant, Kayla, really helpede to find the perfect match. She listened to what I wanted and was searching for, and she brought many different options for me to try. My thoughts of my original dream dress were soooo different than what my dress looks like now, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Dress Gallery and Kayla for your help!
