My dress was amazing. It was a great price, but the service was awful. I had to remind them over and over to order things for me, like my bustier, and to start putting my corset back in. They ordered my mom's dress so late she had to get alterations on it the day before we left for my wedding. The prices for the alterations for my bridesmaids were exorbitant. If you find a good dress buy it and get out!!!

These people are not very professional. They claimed to have lost all record of where I had paid for my dress. After i pulled out the recpit and proved that I had paid they claimed to have lost my dress. When they finally remembered which dress it was I had it was in the back room, not in a bag and thrown on the floor. There were foot prints all over it. Also the lady doing the alterations had cut the dress up and had not fixed it as she was being paid to do. She refused to fix the dress and refused to refund the money. Save your time and do not go to this place. You have enough stress as a Bride, you don't need to fight over your dress as well. If you have to get a dress in Valdosta, Ga go to Kiss the Bride in the old part of town.
