We got married in the fall of last year, at Ruby Hill Golf Club Pleasanton. My hubby & I were planning a wedding pretty much last min (in 6months) and of all the vendors we hired, we were definitely most thrilled w/services provided by Inspiration. Initially we hired another florist based in SF, but after a few meetings with them, we were not happy at all. Scratching our heads and wondering what we can do, our friends recommended Inspiration Floral. We both met with them and was wow-ed by how much value they can offer, and how professional they were. Our final decision was to loose the $950 deposit we had initially placed with the other florist, and book Inspiration Floral ! That was one of the best thing we ever did, in terms of choosing a floral vendor for our wedding.
Our wedding day was just amazing-- I had to say that the flowers played a huge part in making our wedding dreams coming true. When I saw my bouquet, I have to admit I had to choke back tears of joy.. every element of the bouquet that was discussed in our meeting was exactly what I wanted, and more. The crystal monogram among the roses were stunning!
We had them design the arch for our ceremony as well as all the flowers for the reception. The arch was simply gorgeous, they must have used hundreds of roses all over, in a garland for this arch. Their team showed up on time, did their job so fast we didn't even know when they left. Our expectations were definitely not only met, but was *exceeded*! I was breathless when I saw how stunning the rose petal lined aisle was. And to think -- we thought we could not afford real rose petals for the aisles! She made it happen ( when the previous florist we had hired couldn't include it in, with our budget).
Our centerpieces at our reception -- well let's just say our guests were all blown away as much as we were. We initially thought to make it simple by going with just low style, but after providing a walk through site visit ( which was free to us), Michelle recommended us to incorporate high styles and low styles to give the room some dimension and to help us "stretch our dollar". What a great suggestion-- because the venue has really high ceilings and the towering candelabras filled with blooms really made the room stunning & it helped us stay within our budget!!
Overall....My husband and I can't be happier ! Every penny we spent was well, well, worth it. The pictures turned out beautifully esp with all the florals & details! IFD--Highly recommended, we would use them again!

Inspiration Floral provided flowers for our wedding day. Of all the vendors we hired, we couldn't be happier with our choice for selection of the florist. We interviewed well over 6 floral designers in the area and decided on Inspiration Floral.

We had a wedding guest list of about 350. Purchasing flowers for a large event (in my case, a wedding) can be quite a difficult thing to do, especially if you don't have a background in horticulture and/or are clueless about the zillions of flowers out there! But meeting with them the first time set us at ease. They were so easy to work with. They listened to my ideas, took it and made it 10 times even better! I'm impressed with their design skills, service and attention to detail. Every detail from the pearls to the pink ribbons I wanted for the flower girls' wreath was in there, the jewels for my bouquet was exceptionally stunning. The centerpieces were gorgeous! They crossed all the t's and dotted all the "i''s and made sure everything was perfect. The products that they delivered were high quality, fresh, and **exact** to my specifications. I wanted flowers that had a contemporary-elegant feel but not too architectural-- and they understood exactly how to translate the design elements in my wedding into the floral design. We had a slew of compliments from our guests on the exquisite quality and taste level of the arrangements. Most of my guests told me after the wedding how it was one of the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended.

Our photographer went crazy and took zillions of photos of all the details. At first my husband and I didn't think florals and decor would make such a difference to the ambiance of our venue, but it sure did!! OMG--it was one of the highlights of the night.

Overall, they delivered far more than I ever had envisioned. We got elegance, lushness, the grand high-end look and feel we hoped for ; but we didn't' feel that we paid that "high price" tag that other floral designers would have charged us had we gone with them. Honestly, hiring Inspiration Floral was one of the best decisions we made! Highly recommended! Do book a consultation once you know your date, they only book limited number of events per day.

I just wanted to share the great experience we had with Inspiration Floral Design. We just came back from our honeymoon, and my husband and I were talking about how everything went. One of the top and favorite vendors we hired was our florist. I am a meticulous person with high expectations and our designer Michelle have met and exceeded my expectations!! For those that know me, I'm hard to please at times, so that really saids something.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! She handled all of my last minute changes with professionalism and patience. All of the hundreds of details were nailed down--even after I had changed my mind with the colors many times. I was absolutely thrilled with everything - especially my bridal bouquet. It was everything I wanted and more - just stunningly beautiful. The high style centerpieces totally blew everyone away. It really transformed the ambiance of the room!

We could not have hired a better floral designer. I'm very picky with details and finding just the right type of flowers and color combinations to use for the wedding. Throughout the process of interviewing floral vendors ( we had met with at least 6 of them ) and just didn't get the right feel like we really wanted to hire any of them-- until we met with Inspiration Floral. My husband actually found them online through a search... and were we sooo glad we did ! Right away we *knew* we wanted to work with them. She's got a warm sincere personality, very energetic and bubbly, very professional. She's got great ideas for transitioning the floral pieces to be reused from the ceremony to reception, and is great with working with our budget. We were so inspired with their floral work and ideas that we ended up increasing our wedding budget towards the florals and decorations. Every (extra) penny we spent was ALL worth it !

There are awesome! They're work is outstanding and very pleased with how everything turned out! They represented backdrops and headtable decor great. We also did some great decor for my entry doors and it was beautiful. The representative who I was working with was lovely! She was very easy to work with and worked with me in determining what was right for me.

I highly Recommend, inspiration floral design. The flowers were absolutely perfect, and I couldn't believe how much we got for our money. My bouquet was even more beautiful than I had envisioned. My bridesmaids loved their bouquets too, the boutonnieres were fantastic, and the centerpieces and altar arrangements were completely gorgeous. I couldn't believe how well she understood my vision and how perfectly she carried it out. We got tons of compliments on the flowers, all night long. I would recommend them to all my friends and family !

I was on a budget as my husband and I payed for our own wedding. Inspirational floral worked on our budget. The flowers were very fresh and lasted through the event nicely. My bouquet was exactly what I dreamed of. They were on time and did a great job setting up. The only slightly negative experience was not getting a picture of our centerpiece until 2 days before the wedding. There had to be slight changes but they were accommodated promptly. Also we had to return the rented vases to their shop in South City and that was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that we had a good experience with this florist and would recommend them to a friend.

During the course of our wedding planning, we were recommended by our event coordinator several designers. While we meet with other designers, we selected Inspiration Floral to create our wedding. Although our coordinator warned us that --they would be closer to the pricier scale (compare to the other retail florist we met); but considering it all, when we see the end result, we felt that every penny was well worth it. I guess the saying is true "What you pay for is what you get!"

At our first consultation, I had no clue what I wanted. The consultation went for hours and they took the time to explain everything, and inspired me in so many ways… we pour though album after album of gorgeous pictures and they took the time to explain the different flowers that are in season, and the colors the come in, and I was inspired by all the great ideas they came up with for my event. I haven't had the slightest clues about flowers and definitely had no clue what I want. Everything they created look so beautiful. So after a few days of researching designs on my own.. I finally knew what I wanted and what I didn't. I'm a pretty "indecisive" person, and to my surprise, this isn't hard! Our second meeting, I communicated the styles and flowers I like, and she took that, changed them up a little, and came up with more fantastic ideas! My vision was understood instantly and we left it up to them to plan the rest of the details. My experience was stress free. I was in love with calla lilies and orchids and that was the floral theme.

When I walked into the church—striking, and again into the reception later, it was EXACTLY what I had hoped for! On our wedding day, the flowers were ready and being setup an hour earlier than scheduled, and when she took them out of refrigeration they looked as fresh as can be. My bouquet was stunning, with jewels and pearls and every flower was perfect. The bridesmaids loved theirs as well! Our designer, took the time to label each corsage/boutonniere helped us not to get them mixed up (they were just super organized about everything). You can see the amount of work that goes into this wedding to make it possible!

Considering that callas and orchids are among the priciest wedding flowers, we would have had to pay *a lot* more for the quality, freshness, and generous sizes of the blooms had we gone to one of the other floral designer vendors with their big showy storefronts. They are very accommodating when working with budgets guidelines as well and is committed to giving every customer the most for their expenditure. They are so commited to their clients that they only take on no more than ONE wedding per weekend. If you are looking for an event floral designer that won't disappoint, I highly recommend them! Michelle is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Her creativity and attention to detail really showed in the beautiful work she produced. She exceeded all my expectations for the floral at my wedding. Guest kept commenting on how beautiful our centerpeices were throughout the evening. When I saw my bouquet I teared up! They were recommended to me by a friend who was getting married at the time I was looking for a florist. And wow, I'm I glad she did! They were easy to work with, creative, professional and flexible. Our designer knew exactly what I was looking for. For the types of flowers that I wanted, and for the time of the year that I wanted them, it was a good value. I had to change the order a few times due to changes in the wedding party and colors. She was very flexible, and had no problems making the changes I needed. She worked with us (for 3 hours, I might add) to develop decor ideas and didn't just show us cookie-cutter standard items—like most other retail florists we met. That was exactly what I was looking for...a designer who can come up with unique ideas. We felt comfortable giving her our budget amount and we worked with that number to find a balance between the items. She was wonderful to work with and has impecable taste...not the cheapest floral designer compare to the ones we interviewed, but price isn't everything, and I think overall, every penny was well worth it! They created an amazing ambiance for my event. We recommend Inspiration Floral to everyone, they were by far our favorite vendor.

Michelle came up with several floral and decorating ideas for our ceremony and reception venues that were extremely creative and delightful. Michelle not only produced exceptional floral designs, but she took into account the entire space and was able to provide a large backdrop and other unique floral touches that successfully conveyed our theme.

Inspiration Floral saved us after our original florist we had booked
went out of business. We found her by recommendation and couldn't have
been happier. I was afraid that 3 months was not enough time but she
made everything come together so beautifully. She worked with our
budget and was willing to use glass bowls, candles and seashells that
I had bought for our table centerpieces. I was very impressed that she
came and personally oversaw everything on the wedding day. When I saw
the flowers, I seriously couldn't believe they were for me, they were
gorgeous, exactly what I asked for and actually even better than what
I had imagined. The flowers were very fresh and vibrant which lasted
well beyond the wedding day and remained beautiful! The wedding
planning would have easily otherwise took a wrong turn and end up very
frustrating if it weren't for this vendor taking the lead and freeing
my stress the last 2 months of our wedding. I'm so thankful of her
team for putting all this together in such as short period of time! I
would recommend her to anyone, they're fantastic!

The main contact was great to collaborate with, very attentive and offered great suggestions. My only concern was on my wedding day, the flowers were not as fresh. I have figured that it was due to the warm weather but more sustenance for the flowers would suffice so they could have arrived fresh and vibrant. The cost of the flowers were cheaper than any other vendors I have researched online. Since I had an out of town wedding, finding vendors around the venue was quite difficult but Inspiration Floral Design seemed to be flexible enough for my needs.
