Easy, Reliable, Beautiful!

My husband and I hired Citti's for our wedding. They were so sweet and made the whole ordering process very easy. They made great suggestions and were very communicative about our options. The delivery was on time and there were no hitches along the way (except for my husband and I getting hitched...bah dum bum). :)

The flowers we received were absolutely gorgeous and the colors were incredible. The flowers held up throughout the entire day and continued to make us smile the week after the wedding. I was so sad when they finally all died!

I would absolutely use Citti's again and am so grateful to them for helping to make our special day really beautiful.

Professional and friendly. Citti's Florist worked withou our budget! They helped in our decision making and made our flower choosing experience less stressfull. I would recommend them to everyone!

Citti Florist worked with me until I decided on what I wanted. I made several changes during the process, but they were very patient with me. They also helped me decide on what flowers would look good together. I appreciate their help and were very happy with how the arrangements turned out!

I loved Citti's florist! They took pictures that I brought in of what I liked and made it even better. They were very professional. All of the appointment were always on time. They always answered their phone and/or returned voice mails the same day. They even delivered the flowers outside of their normal area to help accommodate our wedding. The delivery driver was very nice and on time. I couldn't have asked for a better florist.

The wedding flowers were the last thing that was on my mind and I went into citti's florist to get this taken care of, last min. (3days last min.) But I liked the fact he didnt try to sell me on anything crazy and i told him my budget and get gave me the best looking flowers ever!! I loved my flowers I dont regret having them do my flowers even if its a chain store. Best quality for your buck!

Citti's delivered beautiful creations to my wedding! I went in knowing what I wanted with pictures and everything, and they did EXACTLY what I wanted! All the flowers were elegant and they lasted the whole day! They even included a free toss bouquet!

I was truly shocked that I ended up picking Citti's as my florist. I classified them as a large brand and couldn't see them accomplishing my vision. But after sitting down with Adriana I just knew she got what I wanted. I still had some reluctancy after booking with them but was happy that they were going to put together a centerpiece for me to preview.
The tables were AMAZING, from the flowers at the church, to the tables to our beautiful bouquets I just couldn't say anything negative. I've never ever smelled such a fragrant bouquet before. I couldn't get enough! I had so many complements on the flowers. It was one expense I just had to have and i am so thrilled that Citti's made my vision a reality.
The one issue i had with them in the beginning was customer service. After my initial meeting it was hard getting time with anyone. But at my final meeting I just mentioned that to them and after saying something they were absolutely 100% attentive.

So they get a low scores for responsiveness because Chris Citti never responded to my e-mails or voicemails and hurried me through the consultation. They did however make up for my many trips and phone call irritation by having beautiful flowers and arrangements done beautifully in my colors and the alter piece was done so beautifully with the masks for mardi gras like I liked. It was all sooo beautiful

-i only had a small budget to work on. justin of citti's florist accomodated my needs and delivered more than expected. he made suggestions on how to make the flowers beautiful.i loved the flowers when i got them, esp my bouquet!
-i ordered the bridal bouquet, groom and father's boutonniere and moms' corsages, and fresh flowers-orchids and lilies for the centerpieces. i did the centerpieces myself (bec of my budget, and bec i only had a simple design) and ordered the flowers from citti's. the flowers were fresh and beautiful.

Their flowers are great and a priced great too. I would suggest you pick up your flowers yourself and not have someone else do it as I had my MIL pick them up and she didn't know what my bouqet was suppose to look like. I got to the house about 40 mins before we had to leave to find my bouquet was completely wrong! it had babys breath and i hate baby's breath it was meant to be completly different to what it was but there was no time to change it. i called them a few days after and they refunded some money due to the fact that i had paid extra to have my bouquet upgraded when it never did get upgraded.
