The manager who was there when we got our rings is no longer employed with Helzberg, so that is a good thing. He insisted that it's my "body chemistry" that caused my white gold to need to be re-dipped AFTER ONE MONTH. The fact that the ring wasn't ready when promised, and my husband had to wait for it while the guy rushed to dip and refinish it twice after being sized, had nothing to do with the finish wearing off in a month. Ironically, the next time it was dipped and not rushed through the process, the finish lasted for 6+ months.

Helzberg's is a wonderful place to purchase your wedding bands. They offer free cleaning every 3 months to cheap your wedding bands shinning as much as the day you said "I do". They also offer a wonderful and cheap extra service program. We only pay 5.00 a year and if anything happens to the bands they pay to repair them. This is a wonderful place especially when it comes to a piece of jewelry that you will be wearing for the rest of your life.
