Looking for a wedding band or band for your corporate event?
The Sly Band is an 11 piece wedding and private party band. Our setlist is a diverse mix of pop, rock, R&B and classic songs for all ages. We perform locally here in Cincinnati as well as Lexington, Louisville, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Nashville, Columbus, Dayton, Chicago, Washington DC, Las Vegas and many other cities!
Every show is tailored to your specific needs making it your very own personal concert! Many members have been signed by record labels, toured with national acts, and even featured on MTV. Top-notch male and female vocals, choreography, outfit changes, horns, and state-of-the-art sound are packed into every performance. Whether it's a 3 hour nonstop high-energy dance party or a classy black-tie affair, your event is guaranteed to be remembered for years to come!

So much fun!

The Sly Band performed for our reception and it was the best decision! They brought the party right from the start and our guests have still been talking about them! They are so good, engaging, fun, and definitely put on a show! We would choose them again in a heartbeat! They were also very easy to work with and were always timely in their responses. Thank you to each one you for making our wedding a day we’ll always remember!

The Absolute Best Wedding Band

Our guests were completely blown away by The Sly Band! Over the course of their 3-hour, nonstop set, the dance floor was filled the entire time. From their amazing set list, wardrobe changes, incredible talent... they made the party one we won't forget. Three months after our wedding, our friends still talk about our band. We would hire them over and over again!

Incredible Flexibility and Musical Talent

We originally hired Sly Band for our June 2020 wedding which had to be postponed due to COVID19. During all the chaos of trying to find a new date, Sly Band went out of their way to accommodate and hold back-up dates for us throughout the year for no additional cost. Unfortunately, we chose a reschedule date on which they were already booked, but their response to the cancellation was incredibly fair and compassionate.

Prior to all this chaos, they were equally as professional and flexible. My family and I went to 3-4 shows to watch before we booked and they are SO GOOD. We had a blast dancing. Every single performer is stellar and the horns section is, out of this world, good. Communicating with Zack was easy and he was responsive to all our requests.

Even though we will not be able to have them at our wedding, I HIGHLY recommend booking this band. They are the best in Cincinnati.

We Love Sly!

The Sly Band is incredible. They don’t just play instruments and sing- they are performers and put on quite a show! Our friends and family are still talking about how amazing they were (2 months later!) Tim was flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. We had a few different musical acts throughout the night and Tim was more than willing to hop on calls with us and the other acts to discus the flow of the night. Do not hesitate- hire them for your wedding!

We planned our Cincinnati wedding from out of state, so we didn't have the opportunity to scout out a band in person. We choose the Sly Band based on online reviews and crossed our fingers they were as good as everyone said they were. Secret's out - they were BETTER than we could have ever expected. Huge energy, incredible sound, and so much fun. They kept everyone on the dance floor from start to finish, came out into the crowd to dance with us (at one point the entire horn section traveled to the back of the dance floor, stood up on chairs, and blared away), and were the absolute life of the party. We worked with them to tailor the set list and they were incredibly responsive to making sure the music and vibe were exactly as we wanted it. Everyone is still talking about "that incredible band" we had, and I've already recommended them to two other friends planning weddings. We could not have been happier to have the Sly Band be a part of our day.

The best band ever ! They were amazing and we had so much fun! They did not just perform, but also engaged all our guests and got everyone dancing ! Zach and Tim were great at suggesting some songs for the ceremony and for some other dances. Our guests are still talking about them! We totally recommend them for the wedding. They, by themselves, can easily turn your wedding into one of the most memorable occasions ! Thank you, guys !

If you are even thinking about hiring a band for your wedding, stop what you are doing right now and hire the Sly Band. If you are thinking about a DJ, stop what you are doing and just check them out! My fiance and I were originally going to hire a DJ but my cousin insisted I see this band. Within minutes I knew we just had to have them at our wedding. The best thing I can say is these guys bring the party. They effortlessly weave popular music and oldies, perfect for a mixed generation audience. They interact with the crowd, and feed off of them in a way that makes their set seem tailored to your event. By far, we received the most compliments about the Sly Band. Worth every penny.

The Sly Band was AMAZING - we have received so many compliments saying it was the best band anyone has ever seen at a wedding. They kept the energy up all night, and our friends and family NEVER left the dance floor once they started. No breaks, no downtime, just amazing energy and excitement all night. Cannot recommend them strongly enough - you will not be disappointed.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... Four hours of nonstop action.... We could not have believed it possible.... Everyone up dancing... Well beyond expectations. So good I would have the play at my funeral..... Thanks again!!!!!!!!
