They were with us from 11am - 12am full 13 hours!!

I can't believe I did not do more research on this guy before I contracted him to do my wedding! He met us up and promised one thing and delievered something totally different. He showed us books and we were amazed but then he did not deliver anything close to that to us. He expected all the money upfront without doing anything for us, but we only gave him half because of stories we heard. We had a 3 day event and I can say on the first day there was 500 people and he told us he would have 2 photographers-he came alone. Also in the contract he was supposed to make our engagement enlargements, but I ended up doing it. He was also supposed to put our slideshow together but I did it. He missed all of the outdoor decor and when we asked about it he said he never saw it. Of course you are not going to see it when you bring one photographer to a 500 person event. On my last day of my wedding as I was getting ready his wife informs me that they are moving to Mexico in 2 weeks!!! At this point I am having a panic attack thinking why this was not discussed in prior meetings but I stayed calm. We go throught the reception and at the end as I was walking off the stage VICTOR-main photographer asked me about PAYMENT! Are you serious! I told him that he was ridiculous and we will give him the money after we get back from our Honeymoon. At this point I was PISSED! So months go by and after emailing him about 15 times I finally get a response that books are being worked on. I sent him a list of pictures I would like to see in each book along with some pictures I wanted edited so I can print. He told me that edits were not in my contract and he only gave me the raw images from my wedding. Anyone could have taken those pictures and handed over a CD to me. He showed me a template of the book and I told him specific things to take off and add and asked him why my book looked different than the books that were shown to us and online. He went on a RAMPAGE about the cost of the books and how much we paid and you people blah blah....The only thing I can think at this point was how UNPROFESSIONAL he was to talk to us like that. He was very slow to answer emails and gave us a run around. I never thought I would ever see anything from him ever. He did after 10 months give us our books, but they were not close to what we approved. All I have to say is thank GOD he does not do photography in Houston anymore! He lives in Mexico now but comes down to visit and I am sure he would just take on any wedding in a short period of time just to get money in his pocket. If you email him he has partnered up with a company named RECLAIMED MOMENTS! I am not sure if Victor works with them or what is going on, but I know his email address for exceed goes to a guy named Jason at this other company. For all future brides and grooms my advice to you is to do a lot of research on your photographer and check out websites that have reviews. Also, it does help if it is a company and the photographer does not work from home so if you run into a problem you can go directly to the company. At the end you want to make sure you have memories you can cherish for a lifetime without the headache of going through something I went through!

Exceed photo has an amazing product. Victor and Marisol took quality photos for the bridal and the wedding. The photobook was amazing. My husband and I are very pleased with our pictures. The only issue that we had was that they were not as timely in responding as I would have liked in returning calls/emails, but they did get everything to us, and their quality of work is fantastic. Not to mention, they were willing to come downtown after the reception at no extra cost and take a few more photos. Check out their website, you will see their amazing work.

Exceed seems to respond and gives you the impression that they will be there and provide you with the best service in the beginning. However, once you pay off your balance, they IGNORE you and keep telling you that your photos/products will be ready. Don't fall into that trap! We are just hoping we will see SOMETHING. If we don't get a response in another two days, they will definitely be hearing from my attorney.

Would never recommend this photographer as we never received our final wedding books. They don't communicate well and rarely respond.

Exceed photo they are excellents

I cannot say enough about the amazing job Luis, Irma and the family did for us! They traveled to Dallas to take our engagement photos, they attended the rehearsal dinner and stayed all night for the wedding. We have the most wonderful pictures of our special day and I could not be happier with the outstanding job they did. They were all very professional and a lot of fun!

They were great!!! Photos got to us very quickly! They were very friendly and got along great with everyone at the wedding.
