  We used Dream Day Cinema for our wedding a couple weeks ago and I must say, it was a true pleasure working with them. They were consummate professionals, incredibly responsive, communicative, and went out of their way in every way possible. They had never worked before with our photographer but from the moment our day began, they worked together seamlessly as if they'd worked together many times before. We haven't yet received our video so I will post an update to this review once we receive our video (our wedding was 2 weeks ago) but the videos we've seen them make look great so we're really excited.

  I would encourage any bride to book Dream Day Cinema for their wedding video! From start to finish the team at Dream Day has been professional, accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. The pricing is super reasonable compared to competitors, especially considering it included 3 videographers. I was extremely confident every angle of our day was captured.
  I also think it's important to note how non-invasive their style of video is. On our day, our guests were rarely even aware that they were being filmed- which was important to us. We had our ceremony in a church and I did not even notice they were there- yet our video has crystal clear definition and sound quality! Throughout the day I felt like Christy, Cody & Elliot were some of our closest friends. They were so sincere and easy to work with! They truly enhanced my wedding day. My husband was very hesitant at the idea of having our wedding videotaped, and they 100% won him over.
  Our highlight video captures the raw emotion of our day and I truly feel like I am reliving our wedding each time I watch it. I cannot wait to receive our full feature, which I know will be absolutely excellent! If you are debating having your wedding videoed (you won't regret it!) there is no better choice than Dream Day Cinema. The experience and product they provide has made them truly my top recommendation from my entire wedding.

  There are no words to describe Dream Day Cinema; they are phenomenal in every way! They have the patience of a saint and are always open to new ideas. We have received so many compliments about how well they worked together with our other vendors, they were never intrusive and captured everything important to us. We will 100% happily recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer to capture their special day!!

  These guys were great, very friendly and easy to work with. When I had questions they responded back nice and fast. I was honestly hesitant to hire a videographer but it has turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the wedding to look back on. They did an amazing job with the video!!!

We are so happy with our wedding video and trailer, it brings tears to our eyes every time we watch it! We are so happy we decided to do video, and my best advice for couples getting married, is DO IT! The day goes by so fast, and to be able to relive all those little moments is so special!   Dream Day did a fantastic job filming one of the biggest days of our lives! Christy totally went above and beyond from the moment she arrived to the moment she left! I would definitely recommend Dream Day Cinema to anyone looking for quality, affordability and professionalism!

  "Christy Thompson of Dream Day Cinema videotaped our wedding and created a video we can share with our friends and family via YouTube and on DVD. All the moments we wanted to capture and remember for a lifetime are there in our wedding video. Their service is professional and friendly. From meeting face to face at our rehearsal the night before to following through to make sure we were happy with the end product after the ceremony meant a lot. Christy not only asked us what kind of music we would like added in the background but also called after we saw the video to make sure we were happy with the end product. We highly recommend them and will call on them again for our next family event. "

  Dream Day will capture your day but they won’t return your phone calls. Its been almost 10 months since I was married and I still haven’t received my wedding video. I’ve called and emailed several times and I almost never get a response. When I do, they offer no explanation as to why there is such an incredibly long delay. They keep giving you a new deadline as to when it will be done, but that day always comes and goes. It’s nerve wracking when someone has the video of the most important day of your life and they won’t call you back. The day of the wedding they were great. But the remaining 10 months dealing with them have been nothing but anxiety driven and disappointing.

  We hired Dream Day Cinema last year to capture our wedding this October. We hired them based off reputation and we thoroughly loved the work they did/do that we saw on their website. However, in June of 2018 I went to reach out regarding anything we needed to do to prepare for our wedding as I had not heard from them since I signed the contract over a year ago. When looking up the website I noticed bad reviews of them taking almost up to a year to complete work for other weddings. To me this was unacceptable as a client and I tried to address the issue. It took me following up with them and finally getting a call back to discuss why they had bad reviews. The answer to me was acceptable and I decided to remain a client if we could amend the contract with a timeline of when I would receive product after our wedding. I had also inquired in the same call about adding an additional service. A week went by without them getting back to me as if we didn't matter. We ended up relieving Dream Day Cinema of their duties.

  STAY AWAY!!! SCAM. They will take your money and run.

  SCAM! STAY AWAY! We submitted our deposit and the company stopped answering our many phone calls and emails for an entire year. They were supposed to do several videos before our wedding, which didn’t happen. Then, two weeks before our wedding they asked when they should show up! Ridiculous. We requested a refund of our deposit (which they agreed to) and never received it. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Why does she do this to everyone?

  We got married in June 2017. It's almost 2 years later and we do not have a video. We receive two types of responses: no response to our emails and phone calls, or an apology and a lie committing to finishing our video. These dates pass, and we continue to be actively hurt by Christy. Please, please just give us our video.
