Our experience with Alysa and the staff at Otsego Media has greatly restored my faith in humanity. After a glorious weather day for an equally spectacular wedding at the Otesaga Resort, we sadly and most unfortunately had to wrestle with the heart-breaking issue of a different photographer’s sub-par photos. Devastating. Thankfully Otsego Media had also been present videotaping the festivities. When I called Alysa tearfully relaying the other photographer’s poor workmanship and ethics, she compassionately listened and said that they would be able to capture a fair amount of stills from their footage to salvage our desperate situation. I was completely relieved, truly trusting in her reassuring words. After all, only the priceless photos and videos stay with us after these milestones events. The dresses get cleaned and boxed, flowers fade, invitations get discarded, cake and dinner details become distant concerns, and the cherished family members and guests age— all that really remains are the videos and photos that we can keep! This video was a gift from the groom’s brothers that was outside of the original wedding budget. I emphasize this with great candor, the magnitude of their gift was far-reaching and far beyond its cost. We cringe at the very thought of not having hired Otsego Media, and how lost and regretful we would have been at this very moment if we only had the disappointing photos of another (who shall remain nameless) photographer.

We highly recommend AND COMMEND Otsego Media for their extreme professionalism( they even rented tuxedos for our black-tie event), profound attention to detail, and selfless willingness to spend countless hours extricating still frames from moments we were missing. May their virtuous staff be rewarded ten-fold for the many kindnesses extended to our family!
